Shortly after they break up, Blaine finds out that he's pregnant, and because of how far along he is, he knows that Kurt's the father, that he conceived before Kurt left for New York. Blaine keeps trying to get in touch with Kurt, but Kurt still refuses to talk to him. Time passes, and nearly three years later, Blaine and Kurt meet once again, but Kurt doesn't know about Blaine's pregnancy, or his daughter.
