Broken Promises
Blaine knows that he and Kurt are going to be together until the end of time. He knows that he is never going to love anybody but Kurt. To prove this he gives Kurt a promise ring and ten promises which he intends to keep all his life. The ring becomes a representation of the happiness and joy of their relationship which Blaine was so sure was destined to last forever.
