Author's Notes: AN- My grandad was one of the most inspirational people I have ever known. When I was sixteen my grandma was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. The way he took care of her, day in, day out, so loving and patient... I'll never forget it. Not ever. True love shows itself not when it's easy to give, but when it's hardest. I loved this story. It was a sweetly endearing tale of a true Klaine endgame ~ a sad, but unflinchingly realistic "Notebook" tale. Do you draw tears from your readers? Yes. But we do so appreciate your efforts in this well-written verse. Another thank-you from a fan, my dear. ~ Valerie
