Love Is Insane
Since before Blaine was born his parents have had a plan for him, where he'd go to school, where he'd attend college, even what career he'd later pursue. It's not until Blaine makes a snap decision to take his life into his own hands that he realizes it sometimes takes being on the brink of death, to really start living.(Based loosely on It's Kind of A Funny Story by Ned Vizzini)
Author's Notes: !TRIGGER WARNING! This story does discuss suicide, it also takes place in a mental health facility and talks of other medical conditions (drug abuse, self harm, depression). I will state on the top of each chapter what I think may be triggering in them but please consider that the whole story may be considered triggering to some people. Also though the story is based loosely off the book/movie It's Kind of a Funny Story, knowledge of them is not necessary to enjoy it.
