Kurt and Rachel are living together down in New Orleans in 1969- a time when your sexuality could be grounds for extreme prejudice. With the gay liberation movement going strong, Kurt has left the closet- a brave act that lost him his teaching job. Needing help with rent, Kurt and Rachel open up their home to a new tennant: Blaine, a native Louisianaian who has issues coming to terms with who he really is.
