Author's Notes: My attempt at the Blaine-and-Rachel-are-siblings meme. It's going to be angsty in the future when I get into Blaine's past. Backstory: Rachel and her fathers moved to Lima before her sophomore year and what would have been Blaine's freshman year, but he instead went to Dalton. Shelby does not work for McKinley (so no Troubletones but she might show up later.)
