One Day at a Time
Early-onset Alzheimer's ran in their family. The brothers had known this. Their mother had had it, as did their grandfather, and so on. Never mentioning it to Kurt, Blaine prayed he'd never have to. Cooper was prepared though. What he wasn't ready for was how quickly the disease took Blaine.
Author's Notes: i got prompted for amnesia!blangst on tumblr, and instead, this happened. i wasn't planning this to be a multi-chaptered fic, but that's what it's turned out to be. i don't have character death planned, but if that's where the story takes me, then i'll put a warning in the chapter notes, and write an alternate ending for those with triggers.i'll update this as often as i can. i don't have much time with work and all, but when inspiration stirkes (which is often), i type out a few paragraphes on my phone and email them to myself. feedback is always appreciated, and feeds as inspiration as well. thank you in advance for reading this fic! hope you enjoy :)
