They all said the house was haunted, but Kurt didn't believe any of the stories and he didn't believe in ghosts, so there must be some other explanation as to why food and books are disappearing. When Kurt finds that explanation, he thinks he would have been less shocked if it really had been a ghost. He never expected to find a terrified, hazel-eyed boy living in his attic.
Author's Notes: The idea for this story came to me while I was watching 'The Woman in Black' (movie version with Dan Radcliffe), but it isn't related to the plot of that at all (just in case you were worried about death). I'm hoping it isn't too slow for the first few chapters as there's a fair bit of backstory that needs to be set up before Kurt and Blaine meet, but there will be Klaine romance! If you've read any of my other stories you'll know I'm a bit of a sucker for the sweet, romantic scenes, so there will be that in this story eventually. The story will be told from Kurt's perspective and in flashbacks from Blaine (in italics) until a particular point in the story is reached, then it will switch between being told in Kurt and Blaine's perspectives.Few warnings for future chapters: fairly non-graphic violence and brief, non-graphic mentions of abuse (not severe). If there is anything else I will mention it at the beginning of the chapter.Obviously this is going to be pretty angsty and I'm hoping I don't get too unbelievable with the situation with Blaine's parents, though it has to be pretty bad for reasons you'll soon see.I'll shut up now and just thank you all for reading! :)And thanks to my beta, xBleedingBlackRosex!
This was a wonderful story and if you have any more works like it let me know,Thanks
