The Vow
Kurt and Blaine have been happily married for a few years, until an accident leaves Kurt with a head injury that doesn't allow him to remember his husband. Based off of the movie The Vow, but goes further.
Author's Notes: This has been posted on FF.net, but I guess they are doing some stuff, so I'm moving it over here. This is less tainted with stories outside my Klaine, though, so I'm not complaining!
