Klaineberry's first night in New York. Fluff and friendship. Drabble.
Author's Notes: This is one of my first stories, so don't kill me if it sucks, please.
Kurt and Blaine lay in bed, half asleep and pressed tightly together, as if they had melted together. The window in their room was open, and a winter breeze was slowly drifting in, but they had on only a light blanket, the other persons heat keeping them perfectly warm. They were in an after sex daze, and were basking in the glow of the love that was practically radiating from the walls. Blaine was sleepily murmuring words about love into Kurt's ear, and in between them, they were sharing sweet, slow kisses. It was their first real night in New York, and they couldn't be happier. Their apartment was insanely expensive and way too small, and Rachel had claimed the bigger room, claiming that she needed space for all of her emotions, but even so, they had finally made it.
"I could stay like this forever." Kurt whispered. Blaine replied by tightening his hold on his boyfriend. They both sighed contentedly. That's when it started. From the next room came a whimpering, bringing the couple out of their daze. Slowly, the whimpering turned to crying, and then stifled sobs. Blaine's face, previously smiling, fell. The sobs got louder. Kurt winced. "Rachel." Leaving Ohio had been harder on Rachel than Kurt and Blaine. The day they moved, Finn had decided that he couldn't take a long distance relationship, and broke it off with the girl. Much to Kurt's surprise, it had crushed her. She had been claiming, ever since New Directions traveled to New York, that she would cut all ties when it came time to pursue her career, and while she was trying her best, she had no one there to support her. Not like Kurt had Blaine, at least. Kurt sat up in bed, and Blaine groaned.
"No, you're so warm. Lay back down." Instead of complying with his lover's request, Kurt stood up and pulled on a pair of boxers. He looked backed to Blaine as he made his way toward their door. "
As much as I love your cock, I don't think Rachel's in the mood right now." He leaned down, grabbing a pair of shorts and tossing them to Blaine. "I'll be right back."

Half an hour or so later, Blaine was fully clothed, under the covers in the freshly made bed (he figured that no one wants to sleep in come), leafing through vogue. He smiled at how Kurt had circled everything he liked, and even made notes about how he could make them himself. Blaine looked up when he heard the door open, and saw his boyfriend walk in, Rachel in tow.
"Rachel's having a tough night, and I think she could do with some cuddle time."
The girl nodded shyly. "I don't want to impose, but it would be nice to not sleep alone tonight." Blaine, without a thought, pulled back the blankets and motioned for Kurt and Rachel to climb in. He pulled the brunette closer to him, kissing the top of her head. Kurt stroked her hair.
"It's going to be okay, baby." Blaine whispered to her. She smiled at him.
"Thank you," she said.
In that moment, Kurt, Blaine, and Rachel all knew they were never going to feel alone again.
