Blaine tries to prove that Kurt doesn't actually win at everything.
Author's Notes: A/N: Hello all! This is a little drabble that I wrote for one of my buddies on tumblr. The idea came about when she made a post about whether or not Darren is ticklish. Enjoy! Disclaimer: I do not own Glee.
"Kurt! Kur-ah!" Blaine couldn't form a complete sentence while he was under the assault of Kurt's fingers.
"Kurt-no! Stop!" Tears streamed down Blaine's face as he futilely fought for an escape while being mercilessly tickled by his boyfriend.
"Ah, ah, ah. Not until I hear the magic word." Kurt grinned mischievously at the boy beneath him. He took in Blaine's disheveled appearance. He was panting to catch his breath, his eyes were watery from the force of laughing so much. But behind those benign tears was a playful spark that told Kurt that Blaine didn't really want him to stop.
"What magic word?" Blaine barely had time to catch his breath before Kurt's fingers resumed their attack on his ribs.
"Wa-wait!"
"Nope. The time for waiting is over, my dear." Kurt couldn't help but to join Blaine in his laughter. Seeing Blaine so happy and carefree, a stark contrast to his usual calm and collected demeanor, made it too hard to resist the feeling.
Kurt continued tickling Blaine until the they were both gasping for air.
"Mercy!"
Kurt's fingers froze at the exclamation and he looked up at Blaine carefully.
"Are you sure?" He asked teasingly.
"Yeah," Blaine panted. "I'm sure."
Kurt grinned at his victory and flopped down on the bed beside Blaine.
"That wasn't so hard, was it?"
Kurt's answer came in the form of Blaine's nimble fingers getting revenge on their assailant.
"Bl-Blaine, no!"
"Ah, ah, ah. Not until I hear the magic word," Blaine parroted back to Kurt.
"Oh no," Kurt struggled to keep his laughter under control while he fixed Blaine with what was supposed to be a threatening glare. "You are in so mu-ah!" Whatever Kurt was going to say to Blaine was never revealed, as he fell into laughing heap.
Some minutes later, once Kurt's throat was a bit sore from laughing and calling for a break, he finally surrendered.
"Mercy!"
"Are you sure?" Blaine cheekily mocked their reversed roles.
"Oh, believe me. I'm quite sure."
"Fair enough." Blaine settled beside Kurt and for a while, neither of them spoke. The only sound in the room was the rapid breaths being drawn as both boys tried to regulate their breathing.
"What just happened?" Kurt, for all the fun he just had, had no recollection of how the sudden tickle fight came to pass.
"Well," Blaine began, still panting. "You were the one who insinuated that you always win in everything. So I set out to prove you wrong."
"Through a tickle fight? Really, Blaine?"
Blaine grinned at Kurt's exasperated expression and leaned over to kiss him on the nose.
"Don't get too upset about it. Besides, I like it much better when you win."
"Oh, I can tell. After all, I know what it does to you."
Kurt pulled Blaine into a fiery kiss and decided that he could put his hands and Blaine's body to a much better use than tickling.
End Notes: A/N: Well, nothing left to say here. Thanks for reading!
