Author's Notes: Just a little random plotbunny I had. I like it, and hope you do too!

Kurt stepped out of his dorm room with a smile on his face and fear in his heart. He had known this day was coming, he just was so nervous for it to finally happen. His blue Alexander McQueen sweater clung to his body perfectly, his black jeans fit just right, and his favorite Doc Martins hugged his feet comfortably, like they had since high school. He felt so at home, yet so far away at the same time.

He'd barely been walking a minute when he felt himself slam into someone else. He had been completely spaced out, thinking too hard about how good he looked and how he was going to die the minute he stepped into the lecture hall. Kurt felt his books fall from his arms, hitting the sidewalk with a resounding thud. "I am so sorry!" he said, his face flushing incredibly red as he bend down and scrambled for his books. "Here, I'll help you." a low voice said, making Kurt finally look up at the person he had unceremoniously collided with.

He was beautiful. There was honestly no other word to describe the man before him. His brown hair looked as though it was usually gelled, but today it fell over his eyes and curled wildly all over his head. His face was clean shaven and chiseled, with only slight dimples as he smiled. And his eyes. Hazel, or green, or brown, or even golden, seemed to stare right into Kurt's soul as the man handed him his theory textbook.

"First day?" The voice spoke again, coming from the lovely man's lips. Kurt snapped himself out of his trace. "Yeah, I guess I'm just a little stressed." he heard himself say as he stood up, brushing the dust off his jeans. "It's my first day too, actually. I'm Blaine Anderson." the man said, holding out his hand. Kurt stared at him for a moment, then reached out his hand to shake Blaine's. "Kurt Hummel." he replied, beaming. When had he ever beamed before? This guy was some kind of magician, obviously.

"Where are you going? Maybe we could find our way together." Blaine asked, smiling. Kurt's jaw almost dropped. His smile was flawless, his teeth shimmering and white, his cheeks dimpling ever so slightly. "I have Music History now, with Dr. Pritchard." Kurt replied, glancing at his schedule. "Studying music? Me too! I've got History as well. Let's go!" Blaine said, wasting no time.

He began walking, and Kurt tried to keep up. Giving his watch a glance, he realized that this pace was required, or they would be late for their first class. He was grateful that Blaine had been so nice. He was glad they had bumped into each other.
