Look How They Shine For You."Aww come on!" Blaine whined. "Pleeeeeeease?" I looked away knowing he was giving me his puppy dog face. God, he could probably convince me to shave my head with that look. "Kuu-uurt" he said again. "No Blaine I will not walk to the beach with you at 2:30 in the morning!" We had rented a cottage near the lake for two weeks for vacation. The beach was a couple minutes walk away and Blaine has been pestering me to go with him for the last twenty minutes. "Why do you even want to go? We are having a perfectly good little all night Harry Potter movie marathon right here!" I protested. He sighed. "Plus there could be bears out there! Or like ... I don't know ... vampires." Blaine smiled. Wow it was adorable. "Well if it's bears and vampires that you're scared of you need not worry!" he exclaimed. "I'm here to protect you!" He jumped up on the couch and took his (what he thought was a) ninja pose. I giggled. I couldn't resist Blaine's adorable-ness any longer. If he wanted to go the beach then I guess we were going to the beach. I sighed in defeat. "Grab the flashlight," I said. Blaine grinned from ear to ear. "YAY!" he said jumping off the couch and doing a little twirl. He was so cute. He grabbed the flashlight out of his suitcase and took a blanket off the couch. Then he ran over to me and draped the blanket over the two of us. We walked outside like that. Both Covered in Blaine's Disney Princesses blanket. He reached out and entwined his fingers with mine as we walked down the narrow dirt path. "Whoa!" I gave Blaine a confused look. He just pointed up. I turned my head towards the sky and gasped at what I saw. The sky was so full of stars it looked like it might tip and spill little pieces of star everywhere. The stars were bright and brilliantine. They shimmered and twinkled like I'd never seen before. It was magnificent. I felt Blaine tug on my hand. He lay down the blanket on the sand and motioned for me to lie next to him. I lay down and took his hand again. I stole a look at Blaine. His beautiful hazel eyes were full of happiness and his smile said the same. Now I didn't know what to look at. The glittering sky or my gorgeous boyfriend. Blaine sensed me looking at him at returned my gaze. Then he pulled me closer to him. Putting my head in the crook of his neck. Fitting together perfectly. "Kurt?" "Mm hm?""I love you.""I love you too Blaine.""Kurt ... Don't freak out okay?""Okay," I said skeptically. Was he breaking up with me? Now? Maybe Blaine was to good to be true. I mean what did I do to deserve someone as amazing as him anyway?"It's just ..." Blaine said interrupting my thoughts. Oh no here it comes."It's just you mean so much to me and I would do anything for you I would crawl to the ends of the earth to make sure you are happy and safe and i know I can be childish and immature sometimes but I love you more than anything and-" I cut him off, relieved. "Blaine ... I ..." I was touched. I couldn't believe he'd just said that! That was exactly how I felt about him!"Kurt will you marry me?" Say what?"If you don't want to that's fine!" he said quickly, "I understand if you dont want to. I just thought -""YES! YES YES YES YES!" my eyes filled with tears. "Really? Awesome!" he grinned. "I uh kinda left the ring at home though. But I thought now would be the perfect time to ask." he blushed. I bit my lip. "Blaine it was perfect. You are perfect." I looked up at his liquid gold eyes. "You are perfect," I said again. He pressed his soft pink lips against my own. He tasted like RedVines and sunshine and a taste I couldn't quite place. I tangled my fingers in Blaine's dark curls. His own hands rested on the small of my back. Our lips moved in synchronization. I could stay like this forever. But i cant. I pulled away in need of oxygen. I put my head back on Blaine's shoulder and smiled. "Look at the stars, look how they shine for you." Blaine's angelic voice sang softly. "And everything you do. Yeah they were all yellow." I looked up at him lovingly and joined in on the next verse. "I came along. I wrote a song for you. And all the things you do. And it was called yellow."Our voices raised at the chorus. "You're skin oh yeah you're skin and bones. Turned into something beautiful. Do you know? You know I love you so." I looked at Blaine lovingly and was surprised to see he was doing the same. "You know I love you so." he pulled me closer. "It's true. Look how they shine for you. Look how they shine for you.
