Some Klaine fluff for the lovelyKayla on Tumblrto make up for making her stressed about watching Dr. Who!
Kurt loved waking up like this. All wrapped up in Blaine and breathing in his intoxicating aroma. He couldn't believe they were finally here, in this brand new married place.
It had taken them a long time to work through their issues after Kurt moved to New York and everything fell apart, but they had. After many, many tear inducing arguments about who had wronged who during their troubles, they had reached an understanding that, while they were certainly not perfect people, they were perfect for each other.
They took their time getting back to each other, wanting to be sure they were both mature and grown up enough to commit to each other completely. Sure they had messed around a little in the meantime, but they were teenage boys with raging hormones so who could blame them.
When they finally reunited, it was magical. Blaine had come to New York to look at dorms at NYU where he had been accepted into their musical education program and Kurt had surprised him with space in his apartment with Rachel and Santana. Kurt had finally reached a point of complete forgiveness and knew without a doubt that Blaine was it for him. After their most recent argument, Kurt had thought that was it for them, that there was no way they could possibly work their way back to each other, and it was the gut wrenching fear that Blaine really wasn't the one for him that solidified that his love for Blaine could survive anything life threw at them. So, after consulting with Santana and Rachel about Blaine moving in with them, like a good roommate should, he cleaned out some space in his room and called Blaine to apologize and try and work things out.
After a few months, they were both antsy and ready to start their lives together. Blaine took things into his own hands and surprised Kurt on his 20th birthday with an engagement ring.
Kurt was blindsided but over the moon with this new development and when he wasn't working on his schoolwork, he threw himself into the wedding planning.
Everyone around them told them they were crazy for getting married before they finished school but they didn't care. They knew their love better than anyone on the outside could possibly comprehend and marriage felt right for them.
Thankfully, Burt knew they were the real deal and helped them out in any way he could. Mainly, by purchasing an small starter apartment for the couple to start out in so they had one less thing to worry about paying for.
Now, here they were, a bit over a year later, settled into their newly-wedded bliss.
"I can fell you staring at me," Blaine said, shaking Kurt out of hisreminiscing.
"How can I not when you're all mine now?" Kurt shot back with a smile.
"Mmmm, I do like the sound of that, baby," Blaine hummed. "I can't believe we're finally settled and actually married!"
"It's been a long time coming, that's for sure, but I wouldn't want to be anywhere else in time or space than where I am right now," Kurt schmoozed.
"Ah, baby! So you're saying if the Doctor showed up right now and said he would only take you on as his companion, you wouldn't desert me for adventures and near death experiences on a daily basis?" Blaine schmoozed right back.
"Of course, not! You're all the adventure I could ever hope to have. Every day with you is an unexpected adventure and I wouldn't trade anything for it!"
"I feel the exact same way, baby! Now come over here and take me on an adventure that makes me forget my own name," Blaine suggested with dark, lust filled eyes.
"Well who am I to deny my handsome husband such an intriguing request?" Kurt responded.
Yes, being married was definitely what they both needed, and they intended to live this life to it's fullest.
