Blaine smiled as he walked into his and Kurt's small apartment. They had moved in here after Blaine graduated from NYADA, Kurt having graduated the year before. That had been just over three years ago now.

Blaine could hear Kurt singing, his voice still the most beautiful sound Blaine had ever heard, he figured it always would be.

The words to whatever song Kurt was singing, weren't clear, but the melody was just gorgeous.

Blaine moved through the apartment, following Kurt's voice towards their bedroom. As he got closer, the song's lyrics became clearer, and Blaine could actually feel the emotions in Kurt's voice: hope, fear, happiness, but most of all, love.

Love poured from Kurt with every word he sang. He'd never sounded better, Blaine thought; and then he recognized the song, the lyrics sinking in and curling around Blaine like a soft warm blanket.

Tears of hope and happiness pooled in Blaine's eyes as he stopped just outside the bedroom door, listening to Kurt, the love of his life, pour his heart out in song.

Blaine stayed where he was until after Kurt finished the song. There could only be one reason for Kurt to sing that song; one wonderful, beautiful reason.

Kurt started whispering, but Blaine couldn't make out the words being said. He took the last few steps needed until he stood in the partly open doorway into their bedroom.

Kurt was sitting at the foot of their bed, head down, hands splayed over his flat stomach.

"You are so loved, little one. I haven't met you yet, but I already love you more than you will ever know," Kurt was saying as he caressed his midsection,

"Your other daddy is going to love you, too, so much. And then there's grandpa Burt, grandma Carole, uncle Finn, aunty Rachel, they're going to flip when they find out about you. Oh, let's not forget uncle Cooper, just don't be alarmed when he starts talking really loud and pointing at stuff."

Blaine must have made a noise then, because Kurt looked up suddenly, tears streaming down his face. When he saw Blaine standing there, he smiled bigger and brighter than ever before.

"K-Kurt?" Blaine choked out, praying this wasn't a dream, that Kurt would say the words Blaine had longed to hear for the last two years.

"Hi. Welcome home, Daddy!"

Blaine sank to his knees in front of Kurt, placing his hands on his love's stomach before looking up into Kurt's amazingly beautiful tri-color eyes, "You.... Really? You're...?" The tears Blaine had tried to hold back, were flowing freely now as he searched Kurt's own streaming eyes.

"Yes," Kurt said with a shaky laugh, "I'm pregnant."

Blaine's face lit up like a Christmas tree as he surged up to capture Kurt's lips with his own.

"I love you so much, Kurt," Blaine whispered breathlessly against Kurt's lips as they both pulled back slightly, foreheads resting against each other.

"I know," Kurt chuckled before adding, "I love you, too."
