Blaine had been in the lounge with Rachel for the past hour listening to Rachel's plans for him now he was going to be starting McKinley in the fall. God that girl could talk! She hadn't even asked him what his plans were. She barged outside while he was telling Kurt his news and dragged him inside. She then proceeded to tell him he was going to be the new male lead of the New Directions because let's face it he was a much better performer than Finn. Had she forgot that she was Finn's girlfriend and was supposed to love him?

Kurt had always told him she could get tunnel vision when it came to her ambitions and he wasn't kidding. Blaine had not managed to get a word in edgeways. Suddenly she stopped talking as her phone started to play "My Way" by Frank Sinatra. Rachel reached in her jeans pocket taking out her phone to read her message.

Blaine took the chance to look out to the patio. Kurt and Finn were laughing and joking with each other. You could tell they were really enjoying being together. Blaine was glad. He knew Kurt was nervous at first when Burt and Carol had told the boys about them getting married. Kurt was apprehensive about having a brother he used to fantasise about but now you could clearly see he had nothing to worry about as they both had put Kurt's crush behind them.

Blaine was brought back into the room by Rachel groaning.

"What's wrong Rach? Anything I can help with?" She may be annoying but with any luck she would become his sister one day.

"It's just Jesse. He won't take no for an answer. He keeps trying to get me to choose him over Finn when I've told him I'm not interested and that I want to be with Finn. He wants me to meet him at Breadstix in half an hour. I'm sorry. I know you don't want to hear all this. I'm going to go to the bathroom to freshen up."

Blaine knew what he needed to do. He went outside to the patio.

"Has she finally let you escape?" Finn said with a smile.

"She went to the bathroom to freshen up. Look guys if I tell you something she just told me will you promise not to freak out. I mean I'm going to handle it so there won't be anything for you to worry about."

Both the brothers stared at Blaine and simultaneously said "Oh God! What has she done now?" Blaine looked at them with a small smile.

"Rachel's been on her best behaviour I promise. She's just had a text off Jesse. He's trying to get between you guys AGAIN. He wanted to meet up with her. She's told me he's kinda been harassing her and won't listen when she says she's not interested."

Finn jumped to his feet. "That's it I'm going to put an end to this once and for all!" Blaine squared off to him.

"NO YOU'RE NOT!" Both Finn and Kurt stopped and stared at Blaine in shock. They never thought the shorter guy had it him.

"This is what you're going to do Finn. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. You tried to scare him off at Prom and all it did was get you kicked out. You're going to stay here, pretend like you don't know about the text and let me handle it. Your family; let me deal with him"

"No offence dude but what are you going to do about it. He's like half a foot taller than you!"

"You would be surprised. I can be VERY persuasive when I want to be. I'll be back in an hour." With that Blaine winked at Kurt and turned to leave the house. As he walked away he could hear Finn talking to Kurt.

"Ohh man! TMI! Did he really have to say that? I don't need those images of you guys. Your private life is just that PRIVATE. I don't need to know how you do the deed."

"Finn. Calm down. We haven't "done the deed". We're both virgins."

"DUDE I DON'T WANT TO KNOW!"

Blaine chuckled to himself. He just loved to mess with Finn. He quickly jumped into his car and drove to Breadstix. Jesse was already sitting at a table waiting for Rachel. As Blaine walked over to him he got a very smug smile on his face. Blaine thought to himself "I'm going to wipe that smile right off your face." He slid into the booth opposite Jesse.

"What's this Hudson can't fight his own battles anymore he has to send a Warbler to do it for him?"

"Finn has nothing to do with this. Rachel has. She's tired of telling you herself so she's sent me. SHE'S NOT INTERESTED. SHE WANTS FINN. So this is what is going to happen. You're going to BACK OFF and disappear to never be heard off again. If you don't you'll regret it for the rest of your life."

"Whatever. She knows she's too good for that looser Hudson and is going to come running back to me. You will never understand what it's like to have a girl like Rachel Berry."

"See that's another thing you have wrong. Rachel is my ex-girlfriend. Even after everything we went through I still decided to be with Kurt. Why won't you just understand? Twice she's been with you and twice she's run to Finn. He may not be the brightest spark but even he would know he'd have to go to other classes than just Show Choir. I mean really are you that thick?"

Jesse looked shocked that anyone would ever talk to him like that. He was Jesse St James the ex-lead singer of Vocal Adrenaline for Christ sake. He was furious.

"You're just a hypocrite Warbler. You're only with the little powder puff to get the scoop on the competition just like I was in the beginning with Rachel."

Blaine reached over the table and twisted Jesse's arm.

"Okay. Listen to me. You NEVER get to talk about Kurt like that again. He's my soul mate and the love of my life. I will personally make sure they never find your body if you do. It might be a new concept for you but The Warblers have honour. We would never spy on the competition. If we don't win fairly there's no point winning. This is your last chance to walk away. Finn and Rachel are my family and no one messes with my family. Either you vanish into the horizon now or two things with happen. 1) I will get the New Direction guys and we will make sure you get very accustomed to eating hospital food. 2) I don't know if you're aware but The Warblers are very connected. I will make sure they use those connections to ensure you won't even be able to get a job working in a fast food restaurant. You are going to never bother either Rachel or Finn again. Do I make myself clear?" Blaine let go of Jesse's arm.

"Crystal." Jesse got up and scurried out of the restaurant, rubbing his arm as he went.

With a broad smile Blaine walked back into the Hudson-Hummel house. Finn and Kurt pulled him outside straight way.

"Are you okay babe?"

"Did he hurt you?"

"I'm fine but he might have a sore arm for a while after I nearly snapped it off. He got the message though. Back off and no one bothers my family."

"Ohhh… My big tough man!" Kurt grabbed Blaine's face and kissed him passionately.

"Ahhh. I really don't want to see it!"
