Your heart knows. Even if the rest of you doesn't.
Author's Notes: This came out of nowhere.
“Sometimes I think about marrying you, ya know?”
“What?”
“I dunno. I just think about it sometimes. I know we’re only seniors in high school, and they say you don’t marry your high school sweetheart, but, I dunno. I think about it is all.”
“Hey. I think about it too. But those other high school sweethearts, they don’t have what we have. They don’t have honesty and trust and as much love as we have. We’ll make it. I know we will. Because you’re the best thing that’s ever happened to me and there’s no way in hell that I’m letting you go now or ever.”
“I love you, Kurt.”
“I love you too, Blaine.”
Blaine curled further into Kurt’s side and just gripped his hand tighter. He didn’t know what the future would hold for them. But he knew they’d be together. Because he honestly believed with all of his heart, that Kurt was made for him and he was made for Kurt. And he thanked whatever being that Kurt had decided to ‘spy’ on the Warblers at Dalton that day.
But he also knew that even if Kurt had never showed up that day, he would have found him eventually anyways. He didn’t know when or how, but he would have found Kurt no matter what. Because when someone is your soulmate, your heart always knows where to look, even if the rest of you doesn’t.
End Notes: Super short. But I just need them to talk about this.
