"I know we've been taking things to a new level recently, so--"

"Do you, Kurt Hummel, take this man, Blaine Anderson, to be your wedded husband?"

"I do." He smiled to his blushing groom.

It was a beautiful Christmas morning. The sun was shining, fresh snow covered the Earth, barren trees swayed gracefully in the cool wind and there was a slick, icy lake just off in the distance. It was a Winter Wonderland and the perfect place for a wedding.

Kurt had been planning this moment since the first day they met. Blaine was dressed to perfection in a sleek, black suit with an adorable bowtie tied around his slender neck and a little, pink flower tucked neatly into his breast pocket, the same kind he wore to Kurts junior prom.

All of their closest friends and family were there. Finn was his best man and Cooper was Blaines. His father and Carole sat teary eyed in the front row smiling proudly while Blaines were sitting on the other side nodding encouringingly at their son. All of their friends from high school were there too, from both MicKinley and Dalton, cheering them on from the back. 

When he was in high school, Kurt had thought that the only thing he wanted in life was to be married to Blaine and to just skip high school so they could move to New York together. Thank god though, Blaine had talked him out of it and they decided that although inevitabley this would be their fate; it would just have to wait until after college.

They had been eagerly counting down the days until then, and now it was finally here.

 "And do you, Blaine Anderson, take this man, Kurt Hummel, to be your wedded husband?"

"Absolutely." He beamed squeezing Kurts hands from where they were linked between them.

"Then by the power vested in me by the state of New York. I now pronounce you two to be husbands. May your lives be filled with love and happiness."

The newlyweds smiled brightly at each other before sharing a deep, tender kiss. 

Applause erupted all around them and they couldn't help but break apart to giggle.

Blaine leaned in close to Kurts ear and whispered, "Thank you for saving me Kurt...Now please let me spend the rest of our lives trying to make you just as happy as you make me." He slipped something onto his husbands finger before cupping his cheek and placing another gentle kiss to his lips.

Kurt looked down at his hand to see the same ring Blaine had made him for their very first Christmas together. 

"Merry Christmas sweetheart."
