"Do you wanna talk about it. Your dream, I mean." Blaine asked, brushing a strand if hair from Kurt's forehead."Someone was hurting me." Was all Kurt said before turning away."Was it me?""... Yes."In which Kurt wakes up screaming after having a vivid nightmare, and Blaine reminds him of his safety, in his arms.Just a little violent in the beginning. The ground was cold and wet under his shaky body. He couldn't move. Or call for help. Rain pelted over top of him like he was in the shower. The cold made him feel even more numb. His eyes were squeezed shut, and he didn't dare to open them. Not even when he heard the clink of boots coming toward him. The sound growing closer and closer. He didn't move. He was too lifeless.
The next thing he heard was laughter. Cold, evil, unforgiving laughter. Before he knew it, he was being kicked in the stomach the boot he heard earlier.
He tried to scream but no sound would escape. He covered his face as his attacker continued to pound his foot in all places of his body. His legs, neck, stomach, face. Everything seemed fuzzy.
Suddenly, words climbed up his throat.
He opened his eyes and looks up. Blaine. It was Blaine who was hurting him.
"Stop! No! Please stop!" Kurt cried.
Then the pain stopped. He was no longer wet, or cold. He was no longer outside or on the ground. He sat up too fast, making him dizzy. But he then realized where he was.
"Kurt...?" He heard a sleepy groan from next to him. The bed shifted as the other body sat up. Kurt brought his knees up to his chest and buried his face in them, circling his arms around himself.
"Kurt, what happen?" Blaine tried, putting a warm hand on his boyfriends shoulder. Kurt shuttered as tears covered his cheeks. He was all the sudden very embarrassed.
"Sorry." He whispered.
"What? For what?" Blaine worried. He watched Kurt hold in his sobs and rock back and forth.
"For waking you up," Kurt cried.
"No. Don't be sorry." Blaine pulled Kurt to his chest, immediately feeling how tense he really was. "You screamed. Did you have a bad dream."
Blaine felt Kurt nod against his chest.
"I feel sick," Kurt choked.
"Are you gonna thr-" Blaine was suddenly pushed back as Kurt leaped from the bed. Luckily, Kurt made it to the bathroom in time for-
Blaine followed suit, hearing awful retching noises and chokes, followed by broken sobs and hiccups.
"Oh no, Kurt. Baby, are you okay...?" Blaine said, entering the bathroom. He found himself becoming very concerned as he wrapped his arms around his pale love.
"N-" hiccup,"n-no."
"Are you gonna be sick again?"
"No..."
"I'm gonna carry you back to bed alright?"
Kurt nodded as Blaine picked him up gently. He wrapped his legs around Blaine waste and his arms around his neck tightly, burying his face in his shoulder. Blaine had a death grip on Kurt's back, all the while. Once they reached the bed, he placed his on his back gently, falling between Kurt's legs.
Blaine hovered over Kurt for a minute before pressing a kiss to his forehead. He moved so that he was next to Kurt, and not on top if him, in fear that he might hurt him.
"Do you wanna talk about it. Your dream, I mean." Blaine asked, brushing a strand if hair from Kurt's forehead.
"Someone was hurting me." Was all Kurt said before turning away.
"Was it me?"
"... Yes."
Blaine's heart literally broke.
"You don't think I would ever-"
"No."
"Okay, good because I would never touch you like that."
"I know. It just... Scared me. It was so real..."
Blaine snaked his arms around Kurt's torso, pulling him flush against his chest.
"But it wasn't. And it never will be. You're safe. You'll always be safe with me."
