"So I got to third base with Kurt today," Artie smirked.
"Wait, what?"
"Oh, god!"
"Kurt, start talking before I murder Artie," Blaine glared.
Artie beamed at the commotion hed created. Kurt turned a deep shade of red as he laughed into his water glass.
"Okay," Kurt started. "So, the two of us get back to Mercedess place, and its pouring rain-"
"We were both absolutely soaked," Artie interjected.
"Absolutely soaked," Kurt continued. "Were freezing cold, our clothes are wet, and I couldnt get him and the chair up the stairs by myself, so I picked him up-"
"No one was home to let us in, but Kurt had a key," Artie interrupted again.
"Right," Kurt said. "So, anyway, Im standing there, Ive got Artie in my arms like this," Kurt held out both his arms for dramatic effect. He and Artie both couldnt seem to stop laughing as they told the story together. "And, I suddenly realize-"
"Uh, Artie? How close would you say we are?"
"Id say were youre holding me in your arms in the middle of a torrential downpour close. Why do you ask?"
Kurt hesitated. "I ask because the key to the front door is in my right front pocket."
Artie looked at Kurt. Kurt didnt meet his gaze.
Artie sighed. "Welp," he made a show of removing a glove. "Lets get this over with!"
"Oh, god, were doing this," Kurt squeezed his eyes shut and turned away. He tried to think of anything else besides Arties hand fishing for the keys.
"Got em!" Artie finally cried. "Which one is it?"
"Uh," Kurt blushed. "Its the pink one with the cupcake on it."
Artie laughed. "I cant wait to tell this story later!"
