“Hi Rachel, I have just started to make dinner. Do you want some?” asked Kurt.

“No thanks. I was at NYADA so I ate there” Rachel replied.

“I didnt know you would be there. Have you come to your senses and re-enrolled?” Kurt asked with a slight smirk.

“No, I dont need to go back. Ive done well enough on my own” she answered but there wasnt any harshness to her voice. She knew Kurt had her best interest at heart. She had his too, which made what she had to say even harder. “They wanted to do an article about me in their annual report. They needed to get my permission first. Which of course I gave”.

“Thats great news Rachel.”

“Yeah it is” said Rachel looking somewhat sad.

“Why arent you happier? Normally you leave seeing your name in print?” questioned Kurt.

“Because thats not the only thing that happened while I was there. Kurt, I saw Blaine...” she started.

“Yeah he goes there” he said somewhat confused.

“Kurt, I dont know how to tell you this...” said Rachel.

“Rachel just tell me” said Kurt starting to get worried.

“He wasnt...he wasnt” said Rachel struggling to get the words out.

“Rachel youre starting to scare me now” said Kurt impatiently.

“He wasnt alone. He was with Sebastian” said Rachel.

The name alone made Kurt shiver. He thought he wouldnt have any more dealings with him after high school. He suddenly felt seventeen again as feelings of insecurity washed over him. He shook himself out of that and reminded himself that he wasnt seventeen anymore. He could trust Blaine and he had no reason to doubt him. He looked back to Rachel and he noticed she looked very concerned for him “Im sure it was nothing. Im sure Blaine just forgot to mention that...Sebastian got...a transfer or something” he said trying to convince himself.

“They were very close. They looked very cosy. I was so close to yelling at them, but I thought I should tell you first” said Rachel.

“Blaine wouldnt cheat. He wouldnt do anything like that” said Kurt half assuridly.

“I hate to say this it looked like cheating to me” she said. She hated that she made Kurt sad. But she knew she had to tell him “Ill give you space later when he comes over. But Im only a text away if you need me to yell at him”

“Thanks Rachel but I dont think that will be necessary” said Kurt.

Kurt felt like the time would never come for Blaine to arrive. He just want to clear things up. He wanted to hear Blaines side. His thoughts were interrupted as there was a knock at the door. Kurt opened it to find Blaine greeting him as normal “Hi Kurt” Blaine smiled as he leaned in for a kiss. Kurt found it hard to kiss back. “Is everything ok” asked Blaine.

“No...well...its not...but I hope it will be” said Kurt unsure how he should bring up the accusation.

“Kurt what is wrong?” asked Blaine.

“Rachel saw you and Sebastian today” said Kurt. He looked carefully at Blaine to gauge his response. Blaine looked surprised.

“Yeah he...um...he transferred ” Blaine said simply.

“Thats what I said to Rachel.”Kurt chipped in.

“He wasnt happy where he was. His course only focused on acting. He wanted something that was more about theatre and music. He searched around and found that coming to New York was his best option” said Blaine.

“You seem to know a lot about his life” said Kurt with suspicion.

“The first I knew about it was when he arrived a few weeks ago” said Blaine.

Kurt could feel the insecurity and anger rise “Hes been there a few weeks and you didnt think to tell me? I thought it was just a few days ago”

“What does it matter how long hes been there?” asked Blaine

“Im just surprised that you didnt think to tell me. Maybe there was a reason. Rachel did say you looked very cosy” Kurt said. He hated where this was going, but he had to find out.

“I didnt tell you because I knew this is how you would react. Also I dont like what youre suggesting Kurt” said Blaine angrily.

“I have to ask...are you cheating on me with Sebastian” Kurt felt sick as the words left his mouth.

“I cant believe youre asking me that” said Blaine in disbelief.

“You still havent answered my question” said Kurt.

“Its a ridicolous question. No I am not cheating on you with Sebastian. It just goes to show that you dont trust me” Blaine said.

“Blaine Im sorry I doubted you” said Kurt regretfully. “I just love you so much”.

“Kurt, please dont cry” said Blaine softly as he wiped away Kurts tears.

“When we where back in high school, Sebastian did everything he could to take you away from me. I just imagined he would do the same now.”

“He wont take me away from you. I love you” said Blaine.

“But hes charming, good looking...and...hell get to see you every day” said Kurt struggling to get the words out through sobbing.

“Yeah, but hes not you Kurt. I love you and thats all that should matter” said Blaine.

“I love you and Im sorry. Ill have to have a word with Rachel” said Kurt.

“She probably just saw us hugging and we all know that she likes a bit of drama” said Blaine.

“Ill tell her to keep the drama out of our lives” said Kurt as Blaine nodded in agreement. “I am sorry Blaine” said Kurt sincerely.

“I know. But you do have to trust me. Because if you dont then theres no point. Do you trust me?” said Blaine.

“I do Blaine” answered Kurt.

Blaine woke up in his apartment the next morning feeling a warm body stir next to him. The events of the previous night went around his head.

“A penny for your thoughts?”

“Just thinking” replied Blaine.

“I thought everything was sorted”

“I hate lying” said Blaine “I hate lying to him Sebastian”

“But he doesnt suspect anything now? He believed you” said Sebastian.

“Yeah I think I convinced him that nothing was going on. He looked so sad and I stood there and lied to his face. Im a horrible person” said Blaine.

“No youre not” said Sebastian before he cupped Blaines face to kiss him. They continued to kiss gently until Blaine needed air.

“Thank you” said Blaine “I love you”

“I know” said Sebastian smugly.

“I think I always knew there was something between us. I fought to resist you in high school, but when I..when I...” said Blaine pausing as Sebastian placed delicious kisses along Blaines neck “when I saw you in NYADA something happened. I love Kurt, but I just couldnt resist you any more”.

“Why fight what youve always wanted” said Sebastian.

“You do know that I love Kurt. I dont plan on leaving him” said Blaine.

“I know” said Sebastian sadly. He was quickly distracted as Blaines phone beeped.

“Kurt wants me to come over” said Blaine.

“Make up some excuse. Tell him youll be a while” said Sebastian with a mischevious smile as he gently ran his fingers down blaines chest making the destination obvious.

“I cant...he...I shouldnt” Blaines resolve quickly fell as Sebastian ran his hand over Blaines cock. “Ill tell him...that Ill see him later. Let me just text him”. Sebastian reluctantly pulled his hand away. After the text was sent Blaine turned to Sebastian “Kurt can never find out”.
