Kurt and Blaine walked to the diner. This diner has always been Blaine's favorite place to eat.
As Blaine and Kurt walked towards the diner, Kurt was trying to get his mind off of this crush he had on Blaine. He had to get over it.
They got to the door and Blaine opened the door for Kurt.
"What a gentlemen." Kurt said smiling.
Blaine laughed. "I try."
Kurt and Blaine sat down at a booth in the back corner of the diner. This was Blaine's favorite place to sit. As Blaine looked over the menu, Kurt glanced up from his menu to look at Blaine. His eyebrows were perfectly triangular. Blaine had the best eyebrows, something about them just made Kurt smile.
Blaine looked up to see Kurt staring at him. He laughed and raised his eyebrows. Kurt felt his face getting red.
"What are you looking at? Is there something on my face?" said Blaine as he wiped his face with his hand.
"There's nothing on your face but perfection." Kurt thought. He could never say that to Blaine's face.
"Haha, no. There's nothing on your face, Blaine." Kurt said trying to hide his smile.
Blaine just laughed and looked at the menu again.
The waitress came by to take our order. Once she left we began to talk about how early Blaine got up to do his hair. Kurt thought his hair was perfect. Not one single hair stood out. Blaine hated having his hair without gel, but Kurt loved it that way.
The food came and Blaine went right in for the fries.
"They have the best fries ever!" Blaine said as he stuffed about six fries into his mouth.
"They are really good." Kurt said eating only one at a time.
Kurt reached for the ketchup bottle and so did Blaine. Their hands touched. Blaine's hand was on top of Kurt's. Kurt could feel his heart pounding against his chest. Blaine looked at Kurt in a way that Blaine never really looked at Kurt before. Blaine snapped out of it and let go of the ketchup bottle.
"Im almost done with my fries. I don't need ketchup anymore." Blaine said as he awkwardly handed the ketchup bottle to Kurt.
Kurt put ketchup on his fries and tried to hide his shaking hands. Blaine made him so nervous.
The waitress came back to pick up their trash and gave them their bill. Before she walked away, she smiled at Blaine.
"You have really nice eyes." She told Blaine.
Blaine laughed as he handed her the bill.
"Thanks, but you're not going to get an extra tip for saying that." Blaine said laughing.
"Him trying to be funny is so cute." Kurt thought to himself.
The waitress laughed. "You're cute, Mr. Eyebrows." she said.
Blaine smirked and said, "Thanks, but im not on your team. You know, im totally gay."
The waitress looked embarrassed. She turned red.
"Oh im sorry!" she said with disappointment.
Blaine laughed and told her it was okay.
"So... You two must be dating then?" She said as she looked at Kurt.
Kurt's heart stopped. He was flattered but at the same time worried to what Blaine would say.
Blaine smiled at Kurt, "Nah, we're just really good friends. Kurt is too cute for me." Blaine said as he handed the waitress her pen.
"Oh, I see... Well you two have a goodnight!" she said as she walked away.
"Aw what a sweetheart. Poor thing must be so embarrassed." Blaine said as he cleaned his hands with his napkin.
"Yeah, but she's right. You do have nice eyes...." Kurt said as he took a drink from his coke.
Blaine laughed. "Shut up, Kurt!" Blaine said in a playful way as he threw his napkin at Kurt.
Kurt smiled and got up from the table. As they walked out Kurt asked, "Did you really mean what you said about me being too cute for you?" Kurt asked anxiously waiting for an answer.
Blaine blushed a little. "Well....." Blaine said.
"Well what?" Kurt asked.
"You are truly adorable." Blaine said as he walked Kurt to his car.
Kurt smiled. He felt better and warm inside. He gave Blaine his jacket and opened his car door.
"I had a great time tonight, Blaine." said Kurt as he looked into Blaine's eyes.
"I did too, Kurt." Blaine smiled and hugged Kurt tighter than before. Kurt closed his eyes hoping he wouldn't let go, but eventually Blaine did let go.
"Goodnight, Kurt. I'll call you tomorrow." said Blaine as he walked away.
"Okay goodnight, Blaine." Kurt said as he turned on his car.
Then Blaine was gone. Kurt drove in his car to his house. He has never been this happy in a long time. "Maybe things will change with me and Blaine." He thought as he turned up the radio.
