Author's Notes: So I couldn't stop with the happy, so here's another amazingly happy chapter.Enjoy! :D

Kurt decided to tell Rachel in person about the engagement, so he called her the day after and invited her for lunch.

"Hey what's up, you said it was important. Where's Blaine? Are you two fighting again?"

"Rachel, shut up. Blaine and I are fine, he's seeing his parents off at the airport. Let's go sit down and I'll tell you why I askd you here." Kurt made sure to keep his left hand out of Rachel's veiw until he was ready to show her the ring.

"Okay." Rachel could tell there was something different about Kurt, but she couldn't place what it was.

"You know Blaine was going to propose, but didn't get to because of my stupidity. Well yesterday, we went out with his parents and he took me to Battery Park and gave me the most amazing speech then proposed!" Kurt squelled and held out his hand for Rachel to see the ring.

"Kurt, wow! That is- that's beautiful. I'm so happy for you!" Rachel pulled Kurt's hand closer to look at the ring.

"It was his grandfather's, and get this it's from Tiffany's."

"Oh my God! Are you serious!?"

"Yep. I'm still not sure if I've completely grasped that I'm engaged. It still seems so unreal, you know?" Kurt sighed happily and looked down at his ring when he was struck with an idea. "Why should I be the only one who gets a ring? We've always been agaisnt stereotypes, why should I be the only one to get a ring?"

"What do you mean? Are you saying you want to give Blaine a ring too?" Rachel asked.

"Why not?" Kurt was already planning this out in his head.

"But how would you even get one?"

"I had been saving money for a place here, but since we got the condo, I now have that money to use on something else."

"Like an engagement ring?" Rachel asked with a smirk.

"Yes, an engagement ring. You have to come with me, we could go now, before he gets back." Kurt was already running around, grabbing shoes and a jacket.

Rachel just laughed, she'd never seen Kurt this excited.

"Alright, let's go. I left a note for Blaine saying I went out with you, just in case he gets back before we do."

They hurried out of the condo and headed to the main part of town, destination Tiffany's.

"Hellom welcome to Tiffany's, how can I help you?" A young woman appeard as soon as Kurt and Rachel entered the store.

"I'm looking for an engagement ring for my fiancé that would go with this one." Kurt held out his hand for the woman to see.

"We have that exact ring, only in silver, would you like to see it?"

"Yes please." Kurt said, following the woman to a display case.

"Oh Kurt, it's perfect." Rachel said in awe as the woman handed Kurt the ring.

"It is, isn't it?" Kurt said, barely above a whisper. "I'll take it." Kurt spoke a little louder, handing the ring back to the sales woman.

"Alrighty, just come on over here and I'll get you rung up." She smile as she boxed the ring, young people like this was why she enjoyed her job so much.

"Thank you ma'am." Kurt took the little blue box, identical to the one Blaine had presented him with. "Now I have to plan how to do this."

"What about a romantic dinner?" Rachel asked as they exited the store.

"No, that's what Blaine's original plan was, kind of a sore spot."

"You said you were going to Ohio for Thanksgiving, do it then." Rachel suggested.

"Maybe, I could se about getting into- no. I have it! I want this to be about us being equals, so I'll take him to Battery Park, only at night and do it there. It's perfect!" Kurt exclaimed.

"That's a great idea, now when are you going to do it?"

"Tonight, I can't wait." Kurt was overly excited for this. "Oh and thank you for doing this, coming with me, it means a lot."

"No problem Kurt, you're my best friend." Rachel smiled, linking her arm with Kurt's.

"Hey Rach, I know I'm not a bride, so I can't have bridesmaids, but will you be one of my groomsmaids?"

"Of cours I will Kurt. I'd be honored."

They walked together until Rachel had to leave, she had a rehearsal of some sort to get ready for. Kurt promised to call her tomorrow to let her know how it went.

When Blaine got him, he found Kurt sitting at the kitchen table with pizza. "Are you planning on eating all of that?"

"Nope, it's for both of us, I'm working on popcorn now." Kurt said with a smile.

"What's all this for?" Blaine asked, eyeing the ice bucket with a bottle of wine. "And where did you get that?"

"You and I are having a movie night, the movie is a surprise so don't ask. As for the wine, I had Adam buy it. The perks of having a friend over the age of 21." Kurt laughed.

"We never do all this for movie night, what's so special about tonight?"

"So many questions Mr. Andrson. The answers will be revealed later, right now you are going to take this pizza and this bucket to the living room. I'll be in there shortly with glasses and plates." Kurt gave Blaine a quick peck on the lips before ushering him out of th kitchen.

As promised, Kurt was there in a few minutes with glasses, plates, and a bowl of popcorn. "Get the remote and press play please."

"Okay." Blaine didn't ask anymore questions, he just got up and did as he was told. He took in a breath when the opening titles started. "Moulin Rouge. You're planning something, I can tell."

"Am not. You love this movie and we always said Come What May was our wedding song, we're engaged now, it only seems appropriate." Kurt was proud of himself for playing this so well.

Blaine gave Kurt a look, not quite sure what was going on, but decided to just go along with it. "So are we going to sing along or..."

"Of course silly." Kurt smiled and settled in beside Blaine. Phase one: Complete.

Once the movie was over, it was officially dark outside. Time for phase two.

"I cry every time they sing Come-"

"Let's go for a walk. We haven't been on late night walk since we moved here." Kurt interupted.

"Kurt-"

"Please." Kurt begged.

"Fine, alright. I'll clean up, you go get out jackets." Blaine gave in.

"Thank you!" Kurt squeled, jumping up and running to their room.

By they time Blaine had finished cleaning up, Kurt was standing by the door, ready to go.

"You're really eager for this walk, aren't you?" Blaine joked as Kurt helped him slip into his jacket.

"Yes, let's go." Kurt grabbed his hand and dragged him out the door.

Blaine let Kurt led them since he seemed to be wanting to go to a certain place. He just enjoyed being able to take a late night stroll with his fiancé without worrying about being judged.

Blaine didn't even notice they were in Battery Park until Kurt stopped them in the exact spot they had stood yesterday. "Kurt, what-"

"You were right, I was planning something. You brought me here yesterday and gave me a beautiful speech and an even more beautiful ring. I was talking to Rachel today and it hit me, we've never played to the stereotypical gay fantasy that the world has made up, so why start now." Kurt took a deep breath and laced his fingers with Blaine's.

"You are the love of my life Blaine, I knew from the moment I met you. I waited through many flirty duets and one horrifying Gap attack for you to see what I already saw. I would've waited on you forever. Thankfully though, I didn't have to, watching me sing Blackbird for my dead pet bird made you have a moment. Since then we've been through a lot, but one thing has stayed the same, out love for each other. I never stopped loving you, and I never will. We're going to get our happy ending, the one we always dreamed of. We're going to get married, have kids, grow old together, and when the time comes, we'll probably even die together. I know I couldn't stand to live one day without you." Kurt stopped to take a breath.

"Me either." Blaine whispered.

"I brought you back out here because we've always been equals, and I never want that to change." Kurt pulled the little blue box from his jacket pocket and got down on one knee. "So Blaine Devon Anderson, will you do me the honor of making me the happiest and luckiest guy in the world buy becoming my husband?" Kurt popped open the box, revealing the silver ring.

"Kurt honey, oh my- of course I will!" Blaine felt himself start to cry.

Kurt stood and slipping the ring onto Blaine's finer before pulling him in for a passionate kiss. He pulled back and wiped the tears from Blaine's cheek. "I hope those are happy tears."

"They are, believe me. God Kurt, I love you so much."

"I love you too Blaine. Let's go celebrate, the diner is open 24 hours and I know you love their apple pie." Kurt took Blaine's hand as they started walking in the direction of the diner. They didn't talk, but they didn't have to, it was a comfortable silence.

On their way home from the diner, Blaine couldn't help but to start singing Come What May, Kurt gladly joined in. By the time they reached the condo they were exhausted. They went straight to sleep, but not before linking their left hands together, feeling their rings. They both fell asleep with happy thoughts of weddings and loving each other until their dying day.

Oh my god..this was soooo cute! I loved how realistic it was, it's so like Kurt to just get a wonderful idea and go with it. I really love that you included Come What May. That song is so wonderful and I can't wait for the Klaine version to come out. I also liked that you kept everything sweet and wonderful, because even though a little drama is good, I love seeing(or reading about)them being happy and sooo in love. Kurts speech was soo perfect. I love that you included the Gap attack and that Blaine only fell for Kurt after he sang about his dead bird. I hope everything stays wonderful and happy and full of joy for at least a little while longer before they start running into problems. Please write a 3rd one because even though I don't want this to end any time soon, it has to end eventually and to have a 3rd one would definitley stop me from being as sad that this story was ending( still please don't end in any time soon). I can't wait to see what Finn/Kurt talk about and what Blaine/Burt talk about and how the wedding planning goes. Until next time,<3 Emma

I couldn't help myself. I enjoyed writing Blaine's proposal so much that I just had to write another. :) I wanted it to be sudden and not really planned, so that's why I did it this way. I'm so excited for the Klaine version of Come What May so I decided to add it to my story, it just fits so well. I have no plans for any major drama any time soon. There will be small things, but nothing serious, so no worries there. :) Kurt's speech was actually easier to write than Blaine's, I wanted Kurt to mention things like the Gap Attack and the Blackbird moment because Blaine's speech was all about the serious stuff, I wanted Kurt's to be about the fun stuff. :) I'm working on ideas for a 3rd story, but I still have quite a bit to do in this one so it won't be ending any time soon. :) The Finn/Kurt talk is going to be one of the small drama things, Finn's just looking out for Kurt, but all will be well. :) The Blaine/Burt talk is going to be a funny/sweet talk. I can't wait to start working on the wedding plans! I have quite a few different ideas for the wedding so we'll see what actually comes out. Next update Friday! :D-Krystal :) x
