Unable to stop the grin caused by how adorable Blaine is, Kurt's face broke out in to a wide smile and he walked over to Blaine. He ran his hand through Blaine's hair and he heard Blaine hum in his sleep. After a few moments, the alarm Kurt had set went off and he turned it completely off immediately so he could wake Blaine up himself.
“Blaine,” Kurt whispered as he kept stroking his hair. “You need to wake up. You have to go home.” Kurt hated having to send this beautiful boy home so soon. Or at all.
Blaine began to stir and mumbled out a muffled, “Kurt?” as he rubbed his eyes.
“Yeah, I'm here. You have to get up so you can get home on time. Come on.” Kurt gently pushed Blaine on to his side and slid into the bed facing him. Blaine smiled and placed his hand on top of the one Kurt was using to cup his cheek. “Hi,” Blaine said with a goofy smile. Kurt couldn't help the tiny burst of laughter that escaped his mouth before he returned an equally dreamy, “Hey.” They laid there for a few minutes before Blaine spoke.
“I should get going, huh?” Blaine sighed. Kurt hid his disappointment and nodded. “Yeah, you should,” but that doesn't mean I want to let you, Kurt thought to himself. If he had his way, he'd keep Blaine here in his bed and do things to him that would definitely distract from stupid stuff like school or work or eating.
Kurt brought Blaine's hand up to his face and kissed his knuckles before saying, “I laid out your clothes so they wouldn't be so obviously wrinkled.” Blaine snorted and shot Kurt a knowing look. Walking into his home with a wrinkled blazer was the least of his worries at the moment. Kurt laughed and stood up so he could give Blaine his clothes.
He felt a bit silly for having to put his school uniform back on after what they did. It was almost like that 'walk-of-shame' feeling he figures people get when they have one night stands. Except it's nothing like that because he didn't even spend the night and the sun was still hanging low in the sky. For all anyone else in the building knew, he could have done any number of innocent activities while he was here. Now he's leaving at a reasonable hour and it would be as if nothing ever happened. The realization that he may just be another notch in Kurt's bedpost made him feel awful. Apparantly, he was doing a great job of conveying every emotion he was feeling perfectly on his face and Kurt took notice.
“What's wrong?” Kurt asked, sounding genuinely worried.
“Nothing. I should go home, now.” Blaine replied way faster than he should have. He stood up and quickly pulled on his underwear and pants. Kurt was sitting at the edge of the bed and looked hurt when Blaine turned to face him but he quickly schooled his features into a cheery grin and said, “I – I had a really nice time. I mean, you're...nice.” Blaine looked surprised for a moment before the realization of everything that had happened set in. Oh God, he'd really gone home with some stranger and had sex with said stranger. Well not sex sex but it was still bad enough. He muttered a quick good bye and practically ran out of the room and out to the parking lot, leaving a baffled Kurt behind.

When Blaine got home, it was 6:45 and the sun had finally disappeared. He walked into foyer of his family's unnecessarily large home and walked out into the living room. His mother was sitting on the couch rifling through a large stack of files. “Hi, honey! How was the mall?” his mother asked cheerily. Blaine smiled and said, “It was great, mom. Really...fun.” She tilted her head and smiled her best Hallmark smile and said, “That's great, dear. Dinner's in the kitchen, you can warm up whatever you want.” Blaine sighed and said, “I'm not really hungry but thanks,” and headed straight for his room.
Blaine flopped down face first on his bed and groaned. What had he done? He doesn't even know Kurt. What was it about him that made Blaine lose all of his inhibitions and just go for it. He's never been that guy. He's always been reserved and never assumed that other boys might want him in that way. He never made the first move; the fear of rejection and humiliation was far greater than his desire to pursue a boy he likes. Especially after that Sadie Hawkins dance. He couldn't face pain like that again. So why had he just offered himself up for it?
He suddenly felt exhausted and decided to just lock the door and strip naked and huddle under all of his blankets. He really needed a shower but that could wait. Sleep was pulling him under and he barely registered a small beep from his phone on the nightstand. Blaine groaned and just left the phone there to wait for when he woke up the next morning.

Kurt couldn't sleep. His pillows were the only part of his bedspread that he didn't wash and they smelled just like Blaine. He snuggled his face deeper into the pillow and took a long deep breath before he exhaled and flipped over onto his back. Jesus, what is happening? He's never felt like this before. Not even when he was absolutely positive that Finn was the one. There had to be some kind of strange explination. But what? Kurt had never been touched and taken care of so gently. Whenever he had sex with Alex, they fucked. It was hard and rough, and sure, Kurt climaxed just fine, but where was the love? The feelings? The tender touches and the sweet whispers? Isn't that was sex is supposed to be? He never had that with Alex. He was just a sex object to him, never anything more. Kurt couldn't stand thinking about what Alex did to him, what Kurt had fell for. He promised he would never treat anyone the way Alex had treated him. So when he found Blaine, and received as good as he gave, the anxiety that weighed his stomach down whever he was intimate with anyone just disappeared. It was perfect. And it wasn't even 'proper' sex. What is happening?
Kurt groaned and flipped over onto his stomach, reaching out to the other side of the bed where his phone was. He quickly typed out a message and sent it to Blaine (thank goodness he woke up before Blaine and was able to exchange their numbers). He knew that waiting a few days was probably the most socially acceptable thing to do but he just couldn't wait that long. He needed to talk to Blaine, to find out what that sad look in his eyes was all about. Kurt just hoped it wasn't because of him because the last thing he wants to do to Blaine right now is hurt him. He promised he would never hurt anyone and he was going to make good on that. He had to see Blaine again.
*****
Blaine woke up at 6 a.m. the next morning and walked straight into his small bathroom to shower. He stood under the hot water and let it just sink into his skin and clean everything that had happened away and off of him. He quickly soaped himself up and rinsed off before all the hot water ran out and got out. He stood in front of his bathroom mirror with a towel around his waist and just stared at himself. He remembered how guilty and awful he felt the first time he exchanged handjobs with Danny in the corner stall of the boy's bathroom at school. He remembered coming home and doing the same thing: just standing in front of his mirror and examinging himself, looking himself in the eyes and checking to see if anything had somehow changed. He never saw anything then and sighed with relief before scrubbing his hands under the sink's hot water three times. This time was different.
Blaine stared into his own eyes and saw...something. He felt his knees shake slightly and a blush heat up his cheeks as he replayed what he had done with Kurt...to Kurt. He couldn't place what it was that had changed but it was definitely there, hiding in his eyes and just waiting for him to realize what it is. The word was on the tip of his tongue but he absolutely cound not come up with it. He sighed and began drying himself off more thoroughly. His eyes landed on the dark purple bruise that was sucked into his inner thigh the day before. Blaine felt his dick twitch in response to the heat that shot up his spine as he imagined the phantom touch of Kurt's red, kiss swollen lips sucking the mark between his legs. Blaine wrapped his hand around his now half hard cock and stroked it as he shut his eyes in an attept to bring back the vivid memory of Kurt's face as he sucked his cock. “Oh God...fuck,” Blaine ground out before he came all over his fist and stomach. He dropped down to sit on the lid of the toilet and cleaned himself off. What had he just done? He wouldn't be able to look Kurt in the eyes ever again...if he ever saw Kurt again. It would be almost too easy to avoid going to that mall again. But he knew he wouldn't do that. He couldn't do what he did with Kurt and then just forget about it. He needed to see him again.
Blaine pulled on a fresh pair of underwear and sat down on the edge of his bed. He saw the small red light flashing on his phone and remembered the message he had waiting for him. His eyes lit up when he saw who it was from.
7:50 p.m.
Hey, it's Kurt! I know I should probably wait a few day before trying to talk to you again but we didn't exactly talk much the first time so...anyway, I'd like to see you again. Maybe we can meet up at the Lima Bean again? Let me know. If you want to.
8:13 p.m.
Oh, and I should probably tell you that I stole your number from your phone before you woke up yesterday. I guess it was a good thing I did since you left so abruptly. Hope this doesn't scare you off. -K
Blaine felt a slight pang of guilt at the reminder of how he practically ran out of Kurt's room yesterday but he decided it must not be as bad as thinks if Kurt wants to see him again. Oh God, Kurt wants to see him again. The same Kurt he just jerked off to in his bathroom. How does he get himself into the most awkward situations. Blaine ran a hand over his face before typing out a reply.
6:45 a.m.
Hi Kurt. Sorry I left so suddenly yesterday, I just...I don't know, I'm weird. But I'm glad you texted me. I'd like to see you again. Are you working today? I can meet you when I get out of school later. -B
Blaine re-read the message about twelve times to make sure it wasn't too friendly or distant or weird or forward before pressing the send button. He set his phone down and pulled on his school uniform. As he was buttoning up his white shirt, he heard his phone vibrate on the small drawer. He was a bit surprised that Kurt would reply so quickly this early but he smiled when he saw the small print on his screen.
6:51 a.m.
Good morning! I actually am working today so we can meet at the Lima Bean at around...3:30? Is that okay? idk what time you get out of school. :p
6:53 a.m.
3:30 is fine. See you then! :)
6:58 a.m.
Great! See you soon. :)
Blaine let out a small, dreamy sigh before slipping his phone in his pocket and grabbing his school bag. He walked downstairs with a slight skip in his step. He felt almost euphoric and it wasn't even 7 a.m.. He remembered how odd he had been feeling not an hour ago and laughed to himself at how ridiculous he had been thinking. He was fine. Everything was going to be fine. He would see Kurt today and they would talk and laugh and he would be happy. Yes, today was going to be a good day.
