"Hey, Lizzy, quit it!" Finn said and Elizabeth tugged on his hair. He gently pried her little hands out of his locks, looking down at his step-niece. He smiled widely as her large, hazel eyes looked up innocently at him and she grinned a toothless smile. She was the spitting image of Blaine, she had his eye color, complexion, and hair. The only differences were that she had Kurt's mouth, nose, eyebrows, and eye shape.
"Are you messing with Uncle Finn, little girl?" Kurt asked her, taking her from him. She cooed, clapping her dimpled hands. He smiled and pecked her on the lips, and she giggled. He laid her down on Burt and Carole's couch, blowing a raspberry on her tiny belly and making her squeal. Carole smiled at the sight. Kurt was so good with his daughter.
"Hey, Carole, could you come here for a second?" Blaine called. Carole walked over to find him standing in the hallway, looking at pictures.
"Yes, sweetie?" she asked. Blaine pointed to a picture.
"Is this Kurt's mom?"
"Yeah, it is. He looks so much like her, doesn't he?"
"Yeah. I thought it was her. Little Elizabeth has her smile," Blaine said softly, smiling. Carole smiled and went back into the living room to find Kurt cradling his daughter in his arms. She was asleep, snuggled into his arms, and he was smiling down at her. He looked so much like his mom had. Finn sat down by him and gently brushed Elizabeth's dark curls off of her forehead, smiling down at his niece.
"She's so cute. She looks just like your mom," Finn said softly to his step-brother. Kurt looked up and smiled.
"She does. I hope my mom is happy, because I've finally found my place," Kurt said softly, looking back down at his baby girl.
