Blaine sighed softly, placing his hands over Kurt's on his abdomen. Blaine looked down at his two month pregnant stomach, really looking at it. Was he supposed to be this big? He knew that after the first pregnancy a person's abdominal muscles stretch around the baby easier, but he looked like he was four months pregnant instead of two. His brow furrowed.
"Hey, Kurt, do I look bigger than I should be?" he asked.
"I don't know... Blaine, what are you doing?"
"I'm measuring myself. I'm only at six weeks," Blaine said, getting up. He walked into the en suite and dug through the drawers until he found Kurt's measuring tape, then wrapped it around himself. "If I was thirty-two at the very beginning, and I'm six weeks now, that would mean that I should be about t thirty-six inches now." He wrapped the tape around himself, then looked at the measurement and sucked in a gasp. "K-Kurt, you need to see this." Kurt got up and went into the bathroom and Blaine showed him the measurement, forty inches.
"What the fuck?" Kurt said. He took the measuring tape from Blaine and wrapped it around him again, taking the measurement himself. It was the same. "I'm calling the doctor, this can't be right." Kurt went into their room and grabbed his cell phone off the nightstand, quickly dialing Dr. Sommer's number.
"Hi, Dr. Sommer, um, this is Kurt Hummel-Anderson, and Blaine just measured how big around his stomach was, and it said forty inches, and he says he looks like he's bigger than he should be," he said into the phone.
"Relax, I'll schedule him an appointment. How does twelve thirty sound?"
"Perfect. Thanks, doctor," Kurt said, sighing in relief.
"No problem for my favorite mpreg patient," the doctor said. Kurt chuckled and hung up.
"We have an appointment at twelve thirty, so we need to get ready," he said before going into Elizabeth's room to wake her. Blaine got dressed in clothes he didn't really care about getting the ultrasound jelly stuff on, quickly running a comb through his messy curls. He then went into Elizabeth's room. He found her standing in front of Kurt, who was almost finished braiding her hair. He smiled a little when Kurt put a ponytail holder at the end, then tied a pink ribbon on it to match the pink frilly dress she was wearing.
"Where are we going, Daddy?" she asked innocently. Kurt picked her up and placed her on his hip.
"Well, Mommy needs to see the doctor about the baby, so we're going to need you to be really good because this is super important and we don't have time to get you a babysitter. Do you promise to be on your best behavior, Miss Elizabeth?" Kurt asked, nuzzling her cheek and making her giggle.
"Yes, sir," she said.
"Alright. If you're good we'll go get ice cream afterward, ok?" Kurt asked her.
"Yay!" Elizabeth squealed. She pecked Kurt on the lips, making him smile. It seems she'd gotten over the little moment of hate she'd had at them because of those idiots at school. They walked out to the car and got in, Elizabeth buckling herself into her booster seat. Kurt started the car, as Blaine didn't like driving in New York while he was pregnant, with good reason, because hormones and road rage do not go well together. They soon had gotten to the doctor's, and they all got out, Blaine taking Elizabeth's hand. They went in to check in, then sat down in the waiting room.
"Hey, Kurt?" Blaine said softly while Elizabeth drew in her tiny notebook that Kurt had given her for her birthday.
"Yeah, babe?" Blaine smiled a little at the endearment.
"I was thinking of getting a tattoo," he said softly, blushing a little. Kurt looked a little confused.
"A tattoo? Of what?"
"Well, I was thinking it could be your name, Elizabeth's name, and the baby's name, with 'The stars in my sky' under it in Italian," Blaine said softly. Kurt smiled.
"It's your decision, honey. Just, do it after you have the baby, tattoos hurt and that would not be good for the baby," Kurt said. Blaine rolled his eyes.
"No, I was just going to get the tattoo, then get a belly button ring while I'm still pregnant so it'll rip my stomach open," he said, his voice biting.
"Whoa, scary hormones," Kurt said, eyes wide. "You know I was joking, right?"
"O-oh, sorry. Kinda stuck in black and white right now," Blaine said, eyes apologetic.
"It's ok, baby, I know this is a tough time for you," Kurt murmured, taking Blaine's hand.
"Hummel-Anderson?" a nurse called. Kurt and Blaine stood up and Kurt grabbed Elizabeth's hand, leading her back with them. As soon as they were in the room where Blaine would get his ultrasound, she began asking what everything was and what it did.
"Honey, please stop asking what everything is. We don't know. After the appointment, maybe the doctor will answer your questions," Kurt said patiently.
"Ok, Daddy," Elizabeth sighed before she proceeded to climb up onto the table Blaine was sitting on and curl into his side.
"Mommy, is the baby ok?"
"Of course, baby girl, this is just a little check up," Blaine told her, hoping it was true. She smiled.
"Do we get to see the baby?" she asked, gently poking his protruding stomach.
"Yes, you do," the doctor said as he came in, smiling.
"Hi, Dr. Sommer," Blaine said, smiling.
"Hello, Blaine. I assume this is the lovely Elizabeth? My, have you grown, sweetheart," the doctor said, smiling at the little girl clinging to Blaine's side.
"Who is he, Mommy?" she asked in a whisper.
"He's the doctor that got you out of my tummy when you were born," Blaine murmured, rubbing circles into her back. The doctor smiled.
"Here, I've got something for you, since I heard I'd get to be seeing you again," Dr. Sommer said before he walked over to the little counter that was in the room and opened a little jar, pulling out a lollipop in the shape of a teddy bear.
"Do you like grape?" he asked her. She nodded, and he smiled before handing her the lollipop.
"Thank you," she said, smiling at him. He smiled.
"Alright, now that we're all acquainted, let's see your baby!" he said, clapping his hands once and immediately reminding Kurt and Blaine of Mr. Shue. They shared a look, smirking a bit, as the doctor prepared the machine.
"Alright, sweetie, I'm gonna have to ask you to go sit on Kurt's lap, ok?" Dr. Sommer asked Elizabeth. She nodded and moved to sit on Kurt's lap, sucking happily on the lollipop. Dr. Sommer asked Blaine to roll up his shirt, then squeezed the clear gel onto his stomach, making him hiss at the cold. He then began moving the Doppler over his stomach, looking at the scream to see what it was that had made Blaine look twice as pregnant as he truly was.
"Oh, I think I found what's making you bigger," Dr. Sommer said, a smile creeping onto his face.
"What?" Blaine asked.
"Well, not only have you been blessed by one baby, but you've got another in there too," Dr. Sommer said, smiling widely. Blaine's eyes widened and he looked at Kurt, who looked dumbstruck.
"T-twins?" Blaine stuttered.
"Yep. See, here's one head, here's another, the four little feet, the hands, the bodies... Do you want to know the sexes?" he asked. Blaine and Kurt looked at each other.
"Yes," they said at the same time, making the doctor grin.
"Well, you shouldn't have any trouble telling these two apart, because you have a boy and a girl," he said, smiling. The two parents grinned widely.
"I get a little brother and a little sister?!" Elizabeth squealed excitedly.
"Yep," Dr. Sommer said. "And both seem to be in perfect health."

I updated!!! Yayy! Lol hope you like the new chapter. It's kinda sad at the beginning!
Hi, loving this story but just a couple of cirtisisms, 1) I am not sure why Blaine is called Mummy, he is a man!! It would feel better to read if he was given a variation of dad. 2) It is impossible to know the sex of a baby at 6 weeks, 18-20 weeks they can tell but still not 100%.Sorry to be so critical but these things ruin the story a bit. Other than that, it is not too badly written.
1) As I told another person before, I have the kids call Blaine mamma because I feel he would want them to. Normally I do use a variation of dad, such as dad/daddy or dad/papa. 2) I'm sorry, I really haven't had any kids myself so I wouldn't know. I try to research as best as I can for things like this, but I can't find everything, you understand. I apologize for any falacies in my pregnancies, but alas, you don't know anything about it unless you've actually been pregnant.
