After a long and boring day the final bell finally rang and Blaine was ushering kids out of the room as fast as he could.  

“You ready to go kiddo?” He asked Candie once the final child had been picked up.

“I sure am!” Candie smiled. “It’s Friday and I’m really excited for the weekend!” Candie said excitedly.

“Is that so? What do you have planned for the weekend little miss?” Blaine asked holding her hand as they crossed the parking lot.

“Well daddy and me are going to go to the mall! He’s been working really hard and when he gets his paycheck he’s going to treat me to ice cream.” Candie smiled sweetly. “Since you’re coming for dinner you should come with us.” Candie said happily.

“Well if it’s okay with your dad I would love to come with you.” Blaine smiled as he lifted Candie into the backseat of his car. He didn’t have a car seat, but he was pretty sure he was already breaking enough laws by A driving a student in his car and B sleeping with said students father. Yeah a car seat wasn’t really going to matter at this point. He buckled her in and adjusted the strap so it wasn’t choking her, before ruffling her hair and closing the back door.

“He loooooovveeesss you! Of course you can come!” Candie teased playfully.

“Well I looooooovvvveee him too.” Blaine smiled into the rearview mirror and Candie giggled.

“You two are adorable.” Candie smiled. “I’m glad my daddy found you. He would never say this but he was very lonely before you. I think you’re the one for him. You’re his prince charming, just like all the fairy tales we read in class. Only daddy’s a prince too not a princess, no matter what mommy says about him being a girl. And instead of fighting a dragon of something you saved him from himself.” Candie smiled sweetly, not really understanding the impact of her words. It was truly touching to Blaine to hear such powerful things said by someone so young and innocent.

“He’s my prince, that’s for sure. And you’re my princess.” Blaine smiled and pulled into the small parking lot.

“Well Princess Candace, we have arrived.” He said bowing as he opened the door. “And your chariot awaits.” He said crouching down so she could latch onto his back for a piggyback ride.

As Blaine approached the counter where Kurt was working he made a trumpeting noise and began announcing the arrival of Princess Candace.

After a long afternoon of watching Blaine be absolutely adorable with his daughter Kurt knew he had found the one. Yes he’d known that he loved Blaine. But now he knew Blaine was the one, the one. Like the one he wanted to help raise his children, like the one he wanted to marry. Like the one he wanted to spend the rest of his life. Like the one.

Instead of fixing dinner for everyone Blaine offered to buy Chinese food since he’s just gotten a raise this morning and he figured everyone could use a treat.

And after dinner Kurt and Blaine cleaned up the dishes while Rachel gave Candie a bath and Finn, Santana, and Brittany watched the football game.

When the dishes were done Kurt and Blaine snuck off into Finn and Rachel’s bedroom locking the door behind them.

“Oh hell no!” Finn yelled and Blaine panicked.

“Shhh it’s okay he’s just yelling at the TV.” Kurt said mindlessly working on the buttons of Blaine’s shirt.

“Kurt take your gay sex shenanigans elsewhere!” Finn yelled and Blaine laughed.

“Still yelling at the game?” Blaine teased.

“Yup, it’s a pretty intense football game.” Kurt smiled.

Blaine just laughed loudly and got this look on his face.

“What?” Kurt asked.

“Nothing. I’m just trying to come up with some sexual football puns but it’s just too easy.” Blaine laughed and Kurt pushed him playfully, Blaine falling back onto the bed and pulling Kurt down with him.

“Hi.” Kurt said with a smile as he laid there on top of his boyfriend.

“Hi.” Blaine replied feeling warmth in his heart as he held the man of his dreams close.

“I love you.” Kurt said kissing Blaine’s soft lips.

“I love you too.” Blaine smiled and kissed him back.

They traded loving kisses and soft touches for a while before things soon became very heated leaving both boys panting and sweating.

“Oh Kurt I love you so much.” Blaine said kissing and sucking and nipping up the side of Kurt’s neck.

“I love you Blaine. I love you more than anything. You’re it for me, you’re the one. Watching you today, interacting with Candie. I want you to be a part of her life. I want you to be a part of my life.” Kurt said between soft moans as Blaine left sweet love bites down his long neck.

“I want that more than anything.”

“Blaine?” Kurt said stopping the motion of their hips rutting together, stopping his fingers from tugging at Blaine’s loose curls, stopping his lips from pecking sweetly as his loves jawline.

“Yes?” Blaine asked looking directly in Kurt’s eyes.

“I love you.” Kurt said, his voice flooded with raw emotion, his eyes full blown and lips swollen from kissing.

“I love you.” Blaine said the same amount of passion coursing through his words.

That night they made love. It wasn’t the messy casual, yet passionate, sex they had had in the past. This was different. This was something more. It was just as sexually satisfying, but somehow more intimate. Like it meant something. It was almost like a promise. A promise that meant something.

They fell asleep that night in Finn and Rachel’s bed and stayed together wrapped in one another’s arms until morning.
