“Daddy you’re home!” Candie yelled running over and hugging him.

“Hey kiddo how was school?” Kurt asked kissing her on the cheek.

“Awesome! This is Conner, he’s my bestest friend!” She squealed pulling said boy over to meet Kurt.

“Hello Conner, how are you?” Kurt asked politely.

“I’m good.” Conner shrugged.

“Okay, so do you know what time your mom gets off work?” Kurt asked; he was NOT babysitting all evening. He had his own child to take care of, well children actually if you’d count the rest of the family. Which he did.

“Maybe 5?” He replied holding up six fingers.

“Oh okay.” Kurt shrugged. “Candie do you have homework or something?” Kurt asked.

“It’s preschool why the hell would they have homework?” Finn laughed.

“I don’t know. Never mind.” Kurt laughed. “My little girl is just growing up so fast.” He said giving her a hug.

“Don’t worry daddy I’ll always be your little girl.” She said kissing his cheek. “Even when I’m a big girl.” She giggled.

“You’re sweet, now go run along and play.” He said playfully shooing her from the room.

Kurt and Finn talked while Rachel went and colored with Candie and Conner.

“Home fucking sweet home.” Santana announced as she walked in with Brittany around four.

“Hello to you too.” Kurt laughed. “San, please, language. Candie brought a little friend over from school and so everyone try to be on your best behaviors.” Kurt explained and Santana laughed.

Kurt shot her his best bitch glare and she shut up real quick.

“Sorry. Sorry, I’ll be good.” She said sitting next to him and leaning her head on his shoulder. “So why did she bring a friend home?” She asked.

“Ugghh. He didn’t have a ride home from school so we got stuck with him because Candie said it’d be cool for him to stay here.” Kurt sighed resting his head on top of hers.

“I wanna meet him!” Brittany smiled brightly.

“They’re coloring with Rachel in her room if you want to go join.” Kurt smiled at Brittany’s enthusiasm.

“Yay yay yay!” She smiled bouncing into Rachel’s room.

“What times the brat getting picked up?” Santana asked.

“Be nice.” He warned. “Kid says five.” Kurt explained.

“Five! God I hate babysitting.” She complained.

“Says the women with a child.” Finn laughed.

“Well she’s ours so she’s not a problem. It’s the other ones that bother me.” She laughed.

“You’re terrible.” Kurt said kissing her forehead.

“Am not!” She exclaimed.

“No. We’re not doing this.” Kurt laughed. “Are too.” He said rolling his eyes.

“Am not.” She laughed excitedly.

“Are too.” He teased.

“Am not.”

“Are too.”

“Am not!!!”

“This is annoying.” Kurt laughed.

“Damn Kurt, you’re usually stubborn and fun.” Santana sighed. “Now you’re all boring and shit.” She added.

“Am not.” He complained and Santana smiled wickedly. “Damn.” He frowned.

“Are too!” She replied.

“Am not!” He laughed cupping his hand over her mouth so she couldn’t speak.

“There, I win.” He said still silencing her.

“Ew, I’m going to pretend you’re not licking my hand.” Kurt laughed. “Ew San.”

“Ouch! What the fuck!” Kurt yelled removing his hand from her mouth and clutching it to his chest.

“Kurt, please, language.” Santana teased.

“You bit me!” He yelled and the two of them started laughing hysterically.

“Daddy are you okay?” Candie asked running into the room dragging Conner along with her.

“Yes sweetheart, I didn’t mean to worry you. Mommy bit me.” Kurt laughed.

“Why would she? I don’t wanna know.” Candie trailed off and walked back towards Rachel’s room.

“She is like mini Kurt I swear.” Finn laughed.

“Yeah but she gets all the good personality from me.” Santana added.

“Yes, hopefully our daughter doesn’t turn into a cannibal.” Kurt laughed. “I’m bleeding.” He laughed extending his hand for her to see.

“I’m not a cannibal, I’m a vampire!” She said licking his hand.

“Ew. Ew. Ew. Go wash your mouth that is not sanitary.” Kurt stared at her.

“Oh lighten up, I’m just trying to be fun.” She laughed. “it’s unfortunate that you don’t bleed rainbows though.” She laughed.

“Santana, any remark from you about my sexuality means nothing to me. Seeing as you are just as gay as I am.” He laughed.

She laughed too. “Speaking of gay how's your hobbit?” She asked.

“My what?” Kurt practically snorted.

“Blaine.” Finn explained.

“Oh, he’s good. I haven’t really talked to him.” Kurt shrugged.

“Candie invited him over for dinner.” Finn added.

“Did she?” His voice cracked and he tried to hide his blush.

“Yeah and then I told him he should come too.” Finn replied.

“And why might you do that?” Kurt laughed.

“Because I totally ship Klaine!” Finn laughed.

“Klaine?” Kurt and Santana asked at the same time.

“Kurt and Blaine, duh. Remember in glee club, ‘Finchel’ and ‘Brittana’ well now there’s ‘Klaine’.” Finn smiled and Kurt face palmed.

“Oh kay.” Kurt laughed.

“So anyway I’m helping in any way possible to make Klaine happen.” Finn smiled.

“Kurt has been awfully lonely. It’s about time he gets some action.” Santana winked.

“Oh god.” Kurt groaned burying his face in his hands.

Kurt was cooking dinner when there was a knock at the door. “Can someone get that!” He yelled from the kitchen.

There was another knock. “Really guys?” He laughed putting the stove on low before walking over to the door.

“Hi Jenny.” He said opening the door with a smile. “Candie! Can you tell Conner his mother is here?!” He yelled back into the house.

“Hello Kurt, how are you?”  She greeted walking past him and entering.

“Oh, um, I’m good..You?” He asked as he watched her walk in and make herself comfortable.

“Absolutely perfect.” She smiled at him.

“That’s nice. Let me go get Conner.” Kurt said opening Rachel and Finn’s room where everyone was lying on the floor coloring.

“Kurt look what Candie and I drew!” Finn said waving a colorful piece of paper in his face excitedly.

“It’s beautiful.  Just like you.” Kurt smiled at Candie. “Now run along and go hang it on the fridge.” Kurt laughed.

“Conner, your mom’s here.” Kurt said turning around to lead the boy out only to come face to face with Jenny.

“Oh, um, hi?” Kurt laughed awkwardly.

“You must be Kurt’s friends? It’s a pleasure to meet you.” Jenny said not turning way from facing Kurt.

“This is my mommy, Santana, and my Aunt Brittany, and Aunt Rachel, and Uncle Finn.” Candie introduced with a smile.

“How nice.” Jenny replied not quite caring.

“Daddy can Conner stay for dinner?” She asked happily.

“Shit I left the stove on.” Kurt exclaimed before running out of the room.

“Mommy can he stay?” Candie asked.

“Um. Well that’s up to his mother. I’m sure she’s super busy, so just tell Conner goodbye and say you’ll see him tomorrow.” Santana hinted hoping they’d just leave.

“We’d love to stay for dinner.” Jenny smiled. “I’d really like to get to know Kurt better.” She winked and Finn laughed uncomfortably.

“Okay so I made spaghetti. Nothing fancy.” Kurt said putting on a smile and trying to hide how uncomfortably he was about this woman inviting herself into his home and staying for dinner.

“It’s smells delicious.” She said sitting uncomfortably close to Kurt.

“Thanks.” Kurt said moving away.

No one was eating, they all watched in amusement as some strange women tried to seduce Kurt and he fidgeted uncomfortably.

There was a knock at the door and Kurt jumped up quickly. “I’ll get it!” He yelled even though everyone was sitting right there in the living room.

“Hey baby, whats up?” Blaine greeted when Kurt opened the door.

“Blaine! Thank god!” Kurt exclaimed pulling him into a bone crushing hug and locking their lips together pulling him into the apartment not breaking the kiss.
