After breakfast Blaine sat in the living room with Kurt and Candie as Kurt made sure she had everything ready for school.
“I don’t wanna go to school daddy.” Candie complained as any child would.
“Oh really? And why’s that?” Kurt laughed kissing her on the nose.
“Is the teacher that boring?” Kurt teased and Candie laughed.
“Hey!” Blaine laughed and Candie’s smile grew.
“I’ve heard the teacher is adorable.” Kurt said leaning over and giving Blaine a chaste kiss on the lips.
“KURT! Quit sucking your boyfriends face off and go do the dishes!” Santana yelled.
“I wasn’t sucking his face San! And you do the dishes lazy bitch” Kurt yelled back.
“Daddy, language.” Candie playfully scolded in a way similar to how Kurt scolded everyone else.
“Sorry sweetheart, it won’t happen again.” Kurt laughed.
“We wouldn’t wanna have to wash his mouth out with soap now would we?” Blaine teased and Candie smiled.
“Kurt has a filthy mouth, especially in bed. But I’m sure you already know that.” Santana said peering out of the kitchen to wink and Blaine and watch Kurt blush.
“What does that mean? Do you like talk in your sleep?” Candie asked curiously.
“I hate you San!” Kurt yelled after her and Blaine laughed louder than he probably has in months. “Yes sweetheart, I talk in my sleep and sometimes say bad words.” Kurt replied awkwardly while he blushed like crazy.
“Oh, that’s not good.” Candie said concerned.
“Yeah, I’ll have to work on that or something.” Kurt told her before coming up with a topic change. “Go grab your bag so we can get you to school. We’re gonna walk mommy and Auntie Rachel to work first though.” Kurt said shuffling her out of the room.
“Is he coming with us?” Candie asked gesturing with her thumb to where Blaine was sitting.
“Sweetie, I’m sure Blaine has work to tend to before you and all your classmates show up. But of course he’s more than welcome to come if he wants to.” Kurt smiled.
“I actually do have to get going and get everything set up for the day, but I’ll see you both soon.” Blaine shrugged.
“Okey dokey artichokey.” Candie giggled and left the room to grab her bag.
“Will I be seeing you again?” Kurt asked hopefully as he stepped closer to where Blaine stood wrapping his arms around his neck and looking into his eyes.
“Of course you will.” Blaine said kissing Kurt’s lips fiercely.
“Mmm good I’m glad.” Kurt replied peppering kisses down Blaine’s neck in between words as he spoke.
“My brother is coming into town this afternoon so I’m not sure how free I’ll be the rest of this week. But Friday, me, you, date. A real date. I’m going to take you out to dinner and do romance and all that shit.” Blaine said before meeting Kurt’s lips again.
“Sounds perfect, I guess until then I’ll be seeing you whenever I drop Candie off or come to pick her up.” Kurt replied.
“I’ll be looking forward to it.” Blaine smiled kissing Kurt passionately their lips parted and their tongues meeting. The kiss became heated but broke shortly after. Blaine giving Kurt a peck on the lips and hollering his farewells’ to the rest of the house occupants before leaving.
“So you and Blaine?” Rachel asked as the all walked to the coffee shop. Finn was already in his first class and Brittany was already at the community center preparing to teach another dance lesson. Santana and Kurt were each holding one of Candie’s hands as she walked happily between them and Rachel walked next to Kurt.
“I’m not sure what we are, we’re gonna meet up again, but I don’t know what else. I mean I have a child; he’s not gonna want to get to involved or anything. Be serious.” Kurt shrugged and Rachel stopped walking.
“Kurt Hummel! He loved our family and he loves Candie just as much as I’m sure he loves you! He’s not going to leave just because you have a kid. If he likes you he’ll stay. Give it a chance Kurt, you deserve love.” Rachel explained flailing her arms dramatically as she talked.
“Berry’s right. He would’ve run screaming at our little parent-teacher conference had he not had some form of interest in you. You need to give yourself more credit Kurt and you need to give him a chance. Give this a chance. And if he does leave, who the fuck cares? You’ll still have us. You just need to grow a pair and put everything on the line, give love a chance Kurt.” Santana said smiling over Candie’s head to look at Kurt.
“Thanks guys, I will.” Kurt smiled as they walked into the coffee shop.
“Rach, make me a medium drip to take to Blaine.” Kurt said smiling as Rachel and Santana took their places behind the counter.
“Awwh you know his coffee order” Rachel cooed appreciating the romanticism of it all.
“Stalker.” Santana laughed.
“I’m not a stalker. I know my coffee, and having it spilled all over you and smelling like it all day I think one would remember.” Kurt laughed thinking about how adorably flustered Blaine looked when he bumped into him.
Had that really all just happened a day ago?
That’s crazy. It felt like it’d been a lifetime.
Or maybe a Lifetime movie. Because let’s face it, these things don’t happen in real life.
When had his life taken on the role of romantic comedy?
Everything was just so beyond crazy.
Kurt was interrupted from his day dream when Rachel handed him the medium drip. Kurt put on the cardboard coffee sleeve and took it to go, walking with Candie back to her elementary school where he knew he’d find Blaine.
He was going to give love a chance.
And hopefully everything could work out in the end. If there was anything Kurt Hummel deserved more, was his own happy ending.

Awes, cute chapter :) but seriously. They needs a bigger house if Blaine's joining the family
They need a real house in general. Haha thanks for reading!
I love this story and the crazy family! I' m confused though, doesn't Cooper teach at NYADA? why would he be coming into town? Again, love this storyline!
