Author's Notes: Warning, talks of self harm and eating disorders.

He cleaned himself up and changed into some pajamas.

At first he worried people would see his scars, because of the short sleeved shirt, but then he remembered he was safe.

They were hidden and he was safe.

He washed up the sink and any blood that had dripped before exiting the bathroom and returning to where Finn and Blaine were sitting.

He glanced at the clock, he hadn’t been gone for too long, so for now he was undetected.

He joined them and listened to their conversation.

Before long Carole and Burt and a nurse were walking into the room.

“You two have been cleared to go, so here are your things we collected when you were admitted.” She said handing Kurt his phone, wallet, and pocket knife.

He gulped.

“Nope, I’ll take that.” Blaine said grabbing the knife from Kurt’s hand and throwing it into the nearby trash can. “You’re welcome.” He joked looking back at Kurt.

“So, you two are free to go. I advise getting as much rest as possible and then heading back to school when you are ready.” She explained.

“And Kurt, your parents have your many medications were instructed on when to give you them and proper doses. You are not to touch them unless supervised. Understand? Along with the medications for your physical ailments you’ve also been prescribed a much stronger dosage for the antidepressant medication you take. Your parents shall also supervise you on that. You should report back if anything goes wrong. Hopefully nothing will.” The nurse explained.

He shook his head and thanked her.

They were on their way home.

He hadn’t been home in ages.

But they missed the turn off?

“Where are we going?” Kurt asked from the backseat.

“To get dinner.” Finn replied.

They had taken separate cars and we’re going to meet up with Carole and Burt.

“Oh thank God, I’m starving!” Blaine said cheerfully. “I haven’t eaten a proper meal in two days!” He exclaimed.

“I would have died if I were you.” Finn laughed.

“And Kurt, you haven’t eaten since the incident aren’t you hungry?” Blaine questioned.

“Not really, I guess it’s all the medication but I don’t think I’ll be able to eat. I’ll sit there with you guys, but I doubt I’ll be able to eat anything.” He replied.

He was lying and Blaine knew it.

It wasn’t the medication; Kurt just didn’t want to eat.

Blaine noticed how skinny he was and he knew Kurt hadn’t been eating. Hell he hadn’t been eating since long before the incident. He needed help and Blaine knew. He would take care of him, he decided.

Kurt would get better.

“Okay.” Blaine nodded.

Kurt knew Blaine was on to him but was too tired to really care.

Another side effect of not eating, he was always so tired and fatigued.

Oh well.
