“You ready?” Finn asked as Kurt paced the living room nervously.

“As I’ll ever be.” He laughed.

“Come on, we’re going to be late for our first day of school.” Finn smiled grabbing his car keys.

“My boys are going to be seniors!” Carole cooed from the kitchen.

It was the first day of their senior year, and Kurt’s first day back to school since the incident.

“Text Blaine and tell him we’ll meet him outside the main doors and we’ll walk him to the office so he can get his paperwork and stuff from the transfer.” Finn suggested as they made their way to the car.

Kurt sat in the passenger seat and typed out a quick message to Blain, hey babe, we’re on our way. We’ll meet you at the front entrance so we can walk you to the office :)

Kurt immediately got a response back, Okey dokey, can’t wait to see you <3333

Yeah, his boyfriend was adorable.

A few minutes later Finn pulled into the senior parking lot of McKinley High School. Not gonna lie Kurt was a little nervous walking up to the front of the school. Everyone was staring at him and he felt uncomfortable, that is until he saw the reassuring smile of his boyfriend, and he knew everything would be okay.

They walked Blaine to the office and showed him to his locker. His locker was only a few down from Kurt’s and they shared a majority of the same classes.

This year was going to be good.

Kurt was greeted by his friends and even some people he’d never talked to before asked him how he was doing.

Rachel talked incessantly about how Kurt was the reason they didn’t even place at Nationals, all though he knew from Mercedes that her and Finn’s ‘superman of kisses’ was a major part in that.

Still it hurt for her to constantly blabber about how it was all his fault and that they really needed him and that he let them down.

Rachel was a real bitch.

Sensing how uneasy Rachel was making Kurt, Blaine stepped in to the rescue.

“Rachel, please, I mean this with love. But seriously shut up.” Blaine smiled.

Rachel frowned; I don’t think anyone has ever told her to shut up so blatantly. She looked all shook up.

It was actually quite funny.

Later that day they had glee club and Blaine would be auditioning. Kurt was really excited.

“Okay!” Mr. Schue said clapping his hands once. “First off welcome back Kurt, we really missed you.” He smiled softly. “And secondly, I do believe we have a potential new member that would like to try out.” Mr. Schue smiled and Blaine took the stage.

Blaine picked up a guitar and started plucking a familiar tone. Dancing along to the beat.

Blaine ended his song smiling at Kurt and everyone applauded and Mr. Schuester welcomed him to glee club.

This year was going to be perfect.

As long as Kurt had Blaine and as long as Blaine had Kurt this year would be just fine.

After all they were the perfect two and with their love nothing was impossible.

This was going to be a good year.
