Author's Notes: Not really a need for warning in this chapter.Okay so this is super short because I had so many ideas for I want to happen next and I deemed this the most appropriate place to stop.So enjoy and the next part should be up soon enough.

Kurt slowly made his way down the hallway dreading his visit with Ms. Pillsbury.

His body ached as he walked at a slow pace, for two reasons really. One he didn’t want to get there. And two he was in too much pain to walk any faster. He was just beaten up after all.

Maybe he should go into the bathroom to clean himself up some, nah what was the point. It’s not like he had a reason to care anymore.

Well there was one reason he should care, Blaine.

Oh right Blaine.

The boy he promised he’d call if something went wrong.

Something had gone wrong.

“Hey babe. Slight confrontation today in the hall, but I’m fine. Finn had my back. Nothing to worry about, just letting you know. See you later. Love you <3” Kurt quickly texted Blaine.

“Love you to <333333 you sure you’re okay?” Blaine typed back in a matter of seconds.

“Yup. I have to go now, but I’ll see you soon!” Kurt replied before turning his phone on silent and entering Ms. Pillsbury’s office.

He walked through the doorway and stood there awkwardly because she wasn’t there yet.

He walked back out into the hallway to see if she was coming and was greeted by Mr. Schue’s friendly gaze.

“Hey Kurt!” He said cheerfully as he walked up to him. “Oh my God. Kurt what happened? Are you okay?” he asked nervously as he gestured towards his now battered face and blood stained clothing.

“Oh yeah. That.” What was he supposed to say to Mr. Schue? That he’d just got his ass kicked in the hallway but was meeting with Ms. Pillsbury on a totally unrelated note about how not only other people harm him but now he does as well.

“Come on Kurt, let’s get you to the nurse and cleaned up.” Mr. Schue said dragging him away from the doorway to Ms. Pillsbury’s office.

At least he’d get out of that awkward meeting for today.

The nurse examined him and told him he should go to the hospital this afternoon because it appeared he had a few broken ribs. Luckily enough he was already so messed up from the situation in the hallway she didn’t even notice the red gashes that plagued his arms.

He left the nurses office with enough time to get to his next class relatively early. It was his last class of the day. That was something he liked about McKinley. You had for 75 minute classes a day those classes alternating each day in a weekly cycle.

Breaking up the classes like this gave an opportunity for two nights to complete assignments because whatever class you had Monday you wouldn’t have again until Wednesday.

It worked out nicely for him when dealing with the work load. Kurt was in all AP Honors classes and the teachers liked to give out somewhat excessive amounts of work.

He arrived in his class and sat down in his usual seat next to Tina and began to talk about nothing important until the teacher came in and silenced the class.

The class ended quickly and Kurt stood up to leave grabbing his books in his arms and walked towards his locker.

He’d pack up and go to glee and his school day would be over.

He went to his locker and was greeted by a friendly smile.

“Hey babe.” Blaine said pulling Kurt into a quick hug, looking around to make sure no one was watching.

“Hi sweetie.” Kurt said cheerfully pulling away and going to open his locker.

He had just entered the combination when he was shoved up against it and he heard the-oh-so familiar voice of one David Karofsky echoing down the hall mumbling something about Kurt being a fag.

Kurt brushed it off and re-entered his combination as Blaine stared at him.

“What?” Kurt asked.

“You’re so calm! After all this I’d be like crying. You handle things so well. I’m sorry I ever doubted you. You are so strong Kurt. And I love you. You know I wish I had the courage you do, I wish I had been able to face my tormentors with half the guts you have. I admire how brave you are Kurt.” Blaine said sweetly.

“Awwh thanks babe, I love you too. Now come on before you get to watch how bravely I take a punch.” Kurt teased as he slammed his locker shut and grabbed Blaine’s hand leading him to the choir room.

End Notes: TBC.
