Author's Notes: Alright! Chapter Seven already! I hope you guys are still enjoying this! Here's Part 1 of Blaine's Bash! Warning! This chapter has swears, kids!
Blaine was feeling anxious as his parents stood in the doorway and continued to go over, for the third time, the list of phone numbers to call in case of an emergency and the chores he and Rachel were to do while they were gone. In about two hours, the rest of the Glee Club would be showing up for this party that Blaine was putting together and he had to make sure everything was perfect. “Okay, Mom, I got it. Bye,” Blaine said as he nudged her onto the porch.

“But are you sure? There’s a list on-”

“Mom, honestly, I could recite the lists even if I got into a car accident and lost my short term memory.” Blaine’s mom’s face churned with worry.

“Oh, God, don’t get into any vehicles!”

“Bye, Mom! Bye, Dad!” Rachel called with a small wave as she eased the door closed. Blaine sighed.

“Finally,” he groaned and turned to Rachel. “Help me get the basement ready?” Rachel raised a brow at him.

“Oh, I’m sorry; I thought this was ‘Blaine’s Bash.’” Blaine scoffed.

“Puck came up with that, not me. Seriously, Rach, I could use your help.” Rachel stared at her brother for a moment.

“You so owe me.”

“You’re the best!” he said and motioned her to follow him to the basement. “So here’s what I’m thinking…”

The door bell rang faintly in the background and Rachel scowled at her brother. “You better not get out Dad’s alcohol,” she said menacingly before running up the stairs to open the door. As soon as she was out of sight, Blaine dashed over to his father’s liquor cabinet and fiddled with the lock. Blaine heard someone shouting upstairs and soon their voice traveled to the stairs.

“Blaine’s Bash!” he heard Puckerman shout and Blaine couldn’t stop himself from smiling. He then heard Finn let out a cry and Rachel tried to shush them. Blaine turned as he heard footsteps clamoring down into the basement.

“Hey guys,” Blaine said. “Puck, can you help me out?” Puck jogged over and inspected the lock.

“Blaine, no! Dad’s cabinet is off limits!” Rachel cried.

“It’s better than you’re idea,” he argued back. Rachel looked toward Finn for help.

“Dude, she’s right. Your dad would kill you.” Rachel smiled smugly and put a hand on Finn’s arm.

“Relax, I’ll fill it back up tomorrow,” Puck said from behind Blaine, already opening the lock.

“See? It’s fine,” Blaine said, but Rachel was still unconvinced.

“Blaine, no. Just… no. It’s already bad enough that I’m letting you throw this party. There’s no way I’m letting you steal Dad’s alcohol! Besides, I already got wine coolers.” Finn froze then and seemed to decide something in his mind.

“I’m with Blaine and Puck,” he said and Rachel hit his arm.

“Finn!”

“I’m in!” Puck shouted in triumph.

“I’ve heard that before,” a voice called and soon Quinn was in sight with Santana and Brittany.

“Good one,” Puck said sarcastically as he brought out a few bottles and began to pour some into cups.

“Can I get some help?” someone called from the top of the stairs and a second later Sam was helping Artie down the stairs. Blaine smiled at the guests and went to turn on some music. We Are Young by Fun began to play throughout the basement and Blaine couldn’t help but feel like it was the perfect some to start off the night with. He walked back over to the growing crowed and took a cup from Puck.

“Hey, Stranger,” Blaine heard as someone bumped into his. Blaine almost choked on his whisky and when he looked over he saw Kurt looking breath taking in a three-quarter-sleeved blue and white striped shirt. Blaine peeled his eyes away from the boy’s body and focused back on his face.

“Hey. ‘Bout time you got here.” Kurt blushed a little and Blaine chugged his drink, trying to diffuse the awkward tension and hoping it would make him a little more confident. “You want a drink?” he asked and Kurt nodded.

“Sure.”

“I’ll be right back,” Blaine said and made his way to the small bar in the back of the basement. Puck nodded at Blaine as he neared.

“Awesome party,” Puck said as he bobbed his head to the beat. Blaine grabbed two cups and stood next to Puck for a moment.

“Thanks, man. Glad you’re having fun.”

“Blaine!” Blaine whirled around and saw Rachel standing on the tiny performance stage on the opposite side. She held out a hand that wasn’t holding a wine cooler and beckoned for him to join her. “Come sing with me!” Blaine shook his head and smiled, none the less. He walked over to Kurt on his way over to the stage to hand him his drink.

“Thanks,” Kurt said softly and Blaine let his fingers linger on Kurt’s.

“My pleasure.” Blaine was feeling good. He felt warm from the whisky and had a sudden spurt of confidence as he strutted to the stage and took one of the pink bedazzled microphones. “What are we singing?” Blaine asked his sister when suddenly a melody began.

“He sits alone, waiting for suggestions,” Rachel begins and Blaine smiled wildly as he began to dance around the stage. Blaine gets into the song and midway through walks off the stage to dance around with the others. Once he reaches Kurt, Blaine throws his empty cup and takes Kurt’s empty hand in his before twirling the other boy around. Kurt laughs and Blaine sings right to him.

“If you want my body and you think I’m sexy come on sugar let me know.” Kurt bits his lip and begins to shake his hips. Blaine looks away from Kurt and back to Rachel who is watching with a giant grin on her face. Blaine takes a steadying breath while Rachel sings her part because Blaine can’t handle this. Kurt, fucking Kurt, is shaking his ass right in front of him and Blaine has to use all his energy to not rip the boy’s clothes off.

Blaine walks away from Kurt then and back to the stage to finish his song. “Oooh, if you want my body,” he and Rachel finish and the rest of the group begins a chorus of applause and cheers.

Blaine walks off the stage and looks down to find another cup in his hand. When did that get there? He thinks. He takes a sip and suddenly Rachel is shouting over the crowd. “Who wants to play Spin the Bottle?” Blaine raised his cup in the air and cheered along with the rest of the crowd.
