“Hey, Can we just sit down for a minute” asked Blaine, “I want to tell you about Sebastian.”

“Sure sweetie as long as you’re ready” Said Kurt pulling Blaine over to the nearest bench.

“Right well” Blaine began sucking in a deep breath “I first met him when I started the High School at Dalton”

He began to fall back in to the memories, all the pain, the joy, the sadness, the stolen glances, the fleeting touches… his whole relationship with Sebastian.

“He was amazing, I mean he was so out there and proud, he was so sure, he didn’t seem to care what people thought of him or his sexuality, he was one of the main reasons I came out. He inspired me, he was the type of person I wanted to be” Blaine admitted.

He had aspired to be like Sebastian, he’d wanted to be as proud as he was. He didn’t want to be like Sebastian anymore. In fact he wanted to be the exact opposite.

“He made me realise that I shouldn’t care about what the world thinks of me,” Blaine continued, reaching across and taking Kurt's hand “about people like us. But anyway, about a month after I came out, he started making passes at me, flirting, asking me out, I really liked him and he made me happy, so eventually I said yes” Blaine hadn’t realised he was crying until Kurt's arm was wrapped around his shoulder and he was wiping Blaine's cheeks with a tissue.

“We had been dating a month when he started asking me for sex, trying to pressure me into it, but I didn’t want to, I just wasn’t ready… and when I was I wanted it to be special, but he kept asking anyway.” Blaine said casting his eyes downward, as fresh tears stung his eyes.

Kurt pulled him closer.

“Shush baby, you don’t have to tell, me I understand okay? I’ll never pressure you into anything…ever” said Kurt as he rubbed small circles on Blaine’s lower back.

“No, I want to, I’m ready… it just still hurts a little, and I know you wouldn’t baby” said Blaine as he took another deep breath and spoke again “A few months went by and he was being very secretive, staying out late coming home smelling like another guy, he kept giving me all these lame excuses like ‘I ran out of cologne so I borrowed John’s’ or ‘Liam forgot he was driving me home so I had to walk’ I can’t believe I believed some of the crap he came up with. One day I’d decided to surprise him, it was nearing our six month anniversary and we’d both been busy with school work so I’d laid out a beautiful picnic, candles and everything, in his dorm room it could have been the perfect evening.”

Blaine sucked in yet another breath; he hated Sebastian and ‘John’.

“Well, when he got back to his dorm he wasn’t alone he was with this other guy, they entered the room and Sebastian had the other guy pinned to the door kissing him, whispering ‘tell me how bad you want me, baby’ then as the turn to make their way to his bed Sebastian saw me, I was horrified… heartbroken, he’d shattered my little world, we had a huge fight, lasting long in to the night, he dumped me… just cause I didn’t put out… he was my first boyfriend”

Blaine was not dissolved in tears, as he remembered that he’d even ditched his two best friends for Sebastian, he was so glad Nick and Jeff forgave him for that… he didn’t know what would have happened without them.

“Oh Blaine” said Kurt, after a moment of silence, pulling Blaine out of his thoughts. “I’m so sorry”

“No need to be sorry Kurt, he was an asshole, I didn’t tell you about it back then because, well I didn’t know your views, or that you were gay too.” said Blaine smiling weakly.

“Well back then I wasn’t even sure myself, I mean I liked boys and I experimented with girls. Anyway I think I need to take you home”

“O-okay, thank you Kurt, sorry for ruining our anniversary” said Blaine, he didn’t want it to go like this, with him being dragged back in to his past…

“No! You didn’t ruin it, this was one of the best evenings ever, best night of my life so far, because I spent it with the guy I love” said Kurt “… I love you Blaine”

“I love you too” said Blaine through his tears, he really loved Kurt; sometimes he loved him so much it hurt.

Kurt leaned in and planted a kiss on Blaine’s lips tracing them with his tongue; he dipped his tongue in to Blaine’s mouth when Blaine parted his lips. He swirled his tongue around Blaine’s running it over Blaine’s teeth, he withdrew his tongue to allow Blaine’s to explore his. Blaine brought his hand up to cup Kurt’s cheek, tears still rolls down his face, they parted and stared in to one another’s eyes, Kurt’s eyes shone in the moonlight, they had never looked as pretty as they did right now.

“Come one let’s get you home” said Kurt.

Blaine nodded.

“But how will you get home?” asked Blaine.

“I’ll call my dad to come pick me up; you are in state to drive Blaine”

They walked to Blaine’s car the journey home was quiet, Blaine didn’t like it, without the distraction of talking to Kurt he fell further back in to the memories of his relationship with Sebastian , all the pain and heartbreak he went through. He was so lost in his thoughts that he hadn’t notice that they had reached Dalton and Kurt was guiding him up the stairs to his dorm.

“Hey Coop.” said Kurt “He told me about Sebastian and I didn’t think he should drive home”

“Thank you Kurt” said Cooper “Will you be able to get home?”

“Yeah, I’m just going to call my dad… he’ll come and get me”

Kurt left and Cooper closed the door and turned to Blaine.

“B., are you okay?” He asked.

“Yeah, I’m fine… I forgot he worked at Breadstix… He was our waiter” said Blaine his eyes stinging but he refused to cry again, Sebastian wasn’t worth his tears… not anymore. “But I’m fine because I have the most amazing boyfriend… just look at what he got me”

“Oh B. you are too adorable” said Cooper giving his younger brother a small push.
