Blaine and Kurt walked to the bar to meet Tobias and Ryan. They both embraced their significant others and entered the bar.

"So what's everyone having?" ask Tobias "First Round's on me"

"Light beer please, darling" Blaine said, smiling at him.

"Beer please" Ryan said, trying to sound macho, Kurt stifled a giggle, Ryan Jabbed him playfully in the ribs with his elbow.

"OW!" Kurt laughed, "I'll have a Bloody Mary, Thanks Tobias. I'll give you a hand"

He stood up and walked with Tobias to the bar leaving Blaine and Ryan on their own. Each boy felt slightly uncomfortable around the other, nervously glancing at one another and trying to act natural. They both felt intimidated by each other. Blaine felt surges of guilt towards Ryan after enjoying dancing with Kurt, and wanting to kiss his soft pink lips. Ryan was the first to strike up conversation.

"So... Blaine," he said, trying to figure out a sentence in his head. "How are you?"

"I'm alright... You?" said Blaine throwing him an odd look

"Yeah, I'm good..." said Ryan

"Good... Good..."

"Look, I know we haven't exactly got off on the best foot" said Ryan sincerely " You mean a lot to Kurt, I saw that when he came back from Lima... and I want to try and be friends... for him"

"Okay... for Kurt" said Blaine smiling. "I'd like us to be friends... I know you must hate me. I hate myself, Kurt's an amazing guy. And he deserves to be happy... and I can see that you make him happy. "

Ryan smiled over at Kurt, he was snapping his fingers trying to get attention from the bar man.

"He makes me happy..."

Kurt and Tobias soon returned with the drinks, the four men sat around and chatted, drinking. As the night drew on the Blood/Alcohol level rose and the inhibitions lowered.

"Come on lets sing" Kurt said, grinning widely

"Yes, yes come on" Blaine agreed

Tobias and Ryan looked dubious but obliged all the same. Blaine got up first; he sung a beautiful rendition of 'Cough Syrup'. Kurt watched as he remembered the first time he heard Blaine sing this song, it was when they were back in high school, Kurt knew there was deeper meaning to the song, much deep than Blaine had let on at the time... and the fact that he was singing it now worried Kurt deeply. Blaine saw the worry in Kurt's eyes and threw him a smile; He then looked towards Tobias who was beaming up at him, enjoying hearing his boyfriend sing. When he had finished the other three men cheered and clapped.

Kurt was next and he performed 'Being Alive' from Company, Both Blaine and Ryan watched enraptured. Tobias glared at Blaine, he started to get a little jealous things started turning in his head... he started to think, to worry, they spent so much time together... they were so close.

Tobias knew that Kurt made Blaine happy; he was practically glowing when he came back from seeing Kurt... He was a different man to the one he met a year ago. He'd seen Blaine a couple of times before they officially met, he'd thought he was cute but never thought he'd stand a chance with someone as hot as Blaine. Blaine was happier... he was more confident in himself, he was facing his fears, going out later at night... he didn't mind so much when Tobias snuck up on him anymore. Something about Kurt being back in his life appeared to be having a positive effect on him. Tobias couldn't deny that it made him happy that Blaine was getting better and moving passed the assault. He was just a little jealous of how close they were and how Kurt could help Blaine in ways he obviously couldn't.

Ryan caught Blaine staring and couldn't help but get a little jealous... He was trying to like Blaine he was but he found it hard. He'd tried but he could see how much Kurt still meant to Blaine, He wanted to like Blaine, he knew what it meant to Kurt for them to get on. He said to himself that he'd keep trying and tried not to see Blaine as much a threat.

Next up was Tobias; he sung Beautifully, He kept his eyes fixed on Kurt as he sung 'The Boy Is Mine.' , he sung with so much attitude and passion, staking his Claim on Blaine. Blaine watched Tobias sing, he sounded so powerful in his voice, Blaine couldn't help but feel a little turned on by the passion in his boyfriend's eyes. Kurt felt slightly uncomfortable under Tobias' stare, it was like he could read the thoughts that were going through his head... he looked away busying himself by taking a large swig on his third Bloody Mary.

After Tobias had finished and Several Tequila's later Ryan got up and walked, well more staggered, towards the stage, Kurt was pleasantly surprised singing wasn't exactly Ryan's cup of tea.

"This song is for some one very, very, very special" He said, swaying slightly. He grinned over at Kurt.

He began to sing James Blunt's yours beautiful, he was slightly off key but Kurt couldn't care less. It was the one thing he'd wanted more than anything, just one big romantic gesture. Kurt cast his gaze sideways Blaine who was snuggled up against Tobias. He looked back to Ryan his eyes pooling with tears, he smiled up at his fianc�. Kurt looked back to Ryan up on stage, his eyes watery, smiling widely. Ryan finished sings and climbed of the stage, Kurt ran up to him as he walked back to the table giving him a big hug.

"I Love you, I love you, I love you" Kurt repeated, Kissing Ryan's face all over. "That was beautiful...thank you!"

"I can't sing though..."

"I don't care" said Kurt "It was romantic and I loved it..."

"You deserve it..." Said Ryan, slurring slightly "I know I'm not the most romantic person and I struggle with showing you how I feel and that I know that suck with words but I promise that I will love you until forever.... I Love you five-ever"

The four men drank some more, laughing chatting. At the end of the evening they parted ways, Kurt feeling happy that his Best Friend and future husband were getting on finally. It meant a lot to him for them to be friends... he couldn't lose Blaine again. He'd really missed him and his nerdiness.

A week later Kurt and Lotti walked in to Bar 4, Rachel was doing a gig and they'd come to support her. Tobias saw him enter and felt a surge of Jealousy. He tried to like Kurt he knew what it meant to Blaine, He was aware of what Kurt had helped him though.

Kurt walked towards the Bar spotting Tobias serving. He walked over and waited to order a drink. He smiled, but still felt a little guilty for the dancing lessons.

"Oh... Hey Tobias" Kurt smiled "How are you doing?"

"I'm fine thanks. Kurt." Said Tobias with an edge to his voice

"You okay?" said Kurt , "You seem a bit edgy"

"I'm FINE, Kurt" he snapped.

"Okay... okay... no need to yell at me"

Kurt ordered his drink and sat at the bar. Not too long after Tobias took his break, he sat down at ta Table Kurt went over to Join him.

"What's really up? You were perfectly fine with me the other day"

"Just leave me and Blaine alone. Yeah?"

Kurt looked slightly taken aback.

"Oh... Um... What, What's brought this on?" Said Kurt slightly flustered, worrying he was about to be called out on his small crush.

" I don't like the way you look at and talk to my boyfriend" said Tobias "I don't like how close you are, how familiar and friendly.... I don't like how he looks at you..."

"Well that last one is something you'd need to discuss with him as for the others its worth you remembering that I. AM. ENGAGED!"

"Oh Please! You were practically drooling over him the other night!"

"I. Love. Ryan." Said Kurt pointedly

"Don't lie, you couldn't keep your eyes off Blaine when he was performing!"

"That's because I was concerned about him! That song... it means something to him..."

"I am aware, as I am his boyfriend after all"

"Yes I know... but... he'd just told me about the assault and well I panicked.... He's my best friend... My first love... I can't lose him... not again."

Tobias stood up squaring up to Kurt.

"Leave him be... He's mine... Like I said in the song... He Belongs to me... so back off or else"

"He is he own person, not a piece of meat. Let him decide if he wants to be friends with me... you don't own him." Kurt argued "He has the right to choose who he is friends with... but im not leaving him after what's happened. I'll be by his side, as a friend, for as long as he wants me to be."

"Don't ever tell me what he wants!"

Tobias raised his hand to slap Kurt across the face; he couldn't believe the other man's cheek. He couldn't believe he thought he had the right to tell him what his boyfriend wants. Before he could strike Tobias' manager came out to tell him that his break was over. Rachel went on to perform her set; Kurt spent the remainder of the evening avoiding Tobias.

Later That Day

Blaine and Tobias had now been together for three months and they were happy, Tobias had since moved in with Blaine, Kelsey and Darren. Tobias loved spoiling Blaine taking him out to dinner, watching him play at Bar4, buying him flowers, cooking him dinner. Blaine was happy with Tobias, he loved him, but he couldn't help his mind drifting back to Kurt every now and then... He couldn't help how excited he got when he was meeting up with Kurt. Blaine couldn't help some of the dreams he had.

"Honey I'm home" Said Tobias as he walked in to the living area.

"Hey Baby." Blaine said grinning as he walked towards him to give him a hug. "How was work?"

"Oh Just the usual..." He said leaning in for a kiss. "Angry drunks, annoying boss, you don't want me to bore you with the details"

Tobias avoided mentioning the earlier argument with Kurt, knowing that it would upset Blaine. He knew he cared deeply about him and he hated that fact. But Tobias couldn't begrudge Blaine a friend; he knew how lonely he was before they started dating. He just couldn't control the Jealousy that came over him when he saw how Kurt made Blaine smile.

Blaine smiled into it and kissed him back slowly. Tobias backed Blaine up against the wall slowly kissing him deeply and passionately. He sucked Blaine's lower lip into his mouth nibbling on it gently, a soft moan escaped Blaine's mouth as Tobias slowly kissed along his Jaw and down his neck. Tobias' hips grinded into Blaine as he picked Blaine up and held him against the wall. Blaine tilted his head back to give Tobias access, their breathing ragged. He pulled his shirt up over his head and began kissing at Blaine neck again.

"Baby, I want you so bad" mumbled Tobias against Blaine's skin, his hands fumbling with Blaine's pants.

Blaine reached down and put his hand on Tobias' waist pulling them away from where they were pulling on his pants. Tobias tried to go back to remove them, and again Blaine moved his hands, this time by taking Tobias' hands in his.

"mmm, Baby... st-stop" Blaine panted softly, "I'm, I'm not ready... I'm just not ready to go there again... I'm sorry"

Tobias put Blaine down. He understood that Blaine needed to be ready and that Blaine couldn't be as intimate as he would like him to be, but it didn't stop the rejection from hurting. He never wanted to push Blaine in to something he wasn't ready to do. A Few months ago they'd had a small fight about this, and Blaine had explained about how he wasn't ready, he told Tobias about the marks that had been left and how he didn't really want Tobias to see him like that... He didn't want to break his heart. He'd never normally get this angry at Blaine but it had been a long hard day, Kurt had got him all worked up and something inside him just snapped.

"You're never ready" he snapped, walking away from Blaine. "I've had a really crappy day, and then when I try to blow off some steam you go all fucking frigid on me!"

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry" said Blaine, visibly shrinking. He'd never seen Tobias this angry before.

"I barely see you anymore you're always off with Kurt planning his wedding!"

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry" said Blaine again verging on tears.

"How do I know you're not screwing him? Huh? They say once a cheater always a cheater!" he screamed, he wasn't proud of it... in fact he instantly regretted saying it.

"You think I'd cheat on you?" said Blaine dumbfounded, "You think I'd do that again? You know better than anyone that it was one of my biggest mistakes of my life!"

"So you'd rather be with him than with me?" Tobias challenged

"Of course not" Blaine said tears streaming as he collapsed to his knees.

"But that's what you're suggesting... you're fucking him and that's the real reason you won't sleep with me!" said Tobias "There never was an assault was there? You've been lying this whole time because you're actually still in love with Kurt. You're just a liar Blaine Just admit it"

"I'm not in love with him still." Blaine half lied. He loved Tobias, he did, but he couldn't help how Kurt made him feel, sometimes.

"Whatever, Blaine!" he snapped. "They say once a cheater always a cheater"

"Believe what you want! I'm going out"

"Going to see him are you?" he challenged

"Yes, as a matter of fact I am, I'm going to go see my best friend, because my boyfriend is being an asshole, if that's alright" Said Blaine, squaring up to him, trying to not show how terrified he was right now.

Tobias didn't know why he did what he did next, the very next thing he knew Blaine was cowering on the floor cradling his cheek next to the side table. Tobias himself was shaking; Blaine didn't know what hit him, literally. Tobias just slapped him out of nowhere, his left cheek stung painfully a dull ache flared in his right temple and down his shoulder; Tobias crouched down next to him. Blaine shied away; he was shaking tears streaming down his face. His cheek was bright red but the rest of his face was white as a sheet.

"Blaine?" said Tobias slowly. "I'm so, so sorry, I didn't mean-"

"Get away from me..." Blaine ordered, crying.

Blaine try to stand up, his legs were shaking. Tobias backed off obediently, hating himself for hitting Blaine... he didn't even remember thinking about it, he just did it... It just happened. Blaine gripped the entrance table to steady himself; he grabbed his coat and left slamming the door behind him. He left Tobias stood in the living room, staring unblinkingly at the door hoping for Blaine to return. But he knew he wouldn't... not tonight.

Tobias had never been a violent man, he'd never lashed out like this, and He'd never been so jealous before. He hated himself for what he just did... It wasn't him, it was out of Character. He knew what Blaine had been through; he knew all about his dad and how he used to hit Blaine. He really hoped Blaine wouldn't leave him... He loved him more than anything... he couldn't bear the thought of losing him.

"What happened?" Kelsey said when she heard the door slam "Where's Blaine?"

"We had-had a fight"

"and What happened?"

Tobias shook his head, knowing Kelsey would flip if she knew... Blaine would probably tell her anyway, he'd have to. There was no way he could hide it, Tobias had hit him pretty hard.

"I didn't mean to" he said quietly.

Kelsey tried Blaine's phone, they heard it ringing on the side table in corridor. He'd left in such a rush that he'd left it behind. Tobias looked down, feeling terrible, as he listened to the ringtone.

"That's our song..." He said slowly "To make you feel my love. It the first song we danced to, He sang it so beautifully"

Tobias went to their room curled up and hugged Blaine's Pillow. Its smelled like him, he buried his face in it, hoping that he would come back tomorrow.

Blaine left the apartment hailed a cab; he debated over where best to go. When he'd decided gave the driver the address and he drove off. He tried to calm himself down and failed. He couldn't believe what just happened he couldn't believe that Tobias would do such thing to him. He was always so kind... so understanding, so gentle. It scared Blaine more than anything; It was like his dad all over again. He used to be so kind and friendly, he was such a great dad... until Blaine came out then he just turned nasty.

The cab pulled up outside the apartment block. Blaine climbed the stairs and pressed the buzzer.
