It had been two weeks since Kurt transferred to Dalton. He found Dalton to be something out of a dream, a place where he wasn't criticized for his sexuality. At Dalton he didn't have to deal with Neanderthal jocks screaming out "fag" or "lady boy," the stress of death threats, and most importantly Karofsky. His whole body froze at the memory of Karofsky planting him that passionate, unwanted kiss in the locker room. Cringing out of the memory, Kurt remembered that he didn't have to deal with that anymore. He was at Dalton now, he was safe.

Of course transferring at Dalton so late did have a major downside, he really didn't know anyone at school. Transferring to Dalton so far into the year made it difficult for Kurt to make new friends. Besides Wes, David, and Blaine, he had no one to talk to. Kurt shook his head, trying to get rid of his pessimistic thoughts. Like usual, Kurt knew he was over analyzing the transfer to Dalton. Things would soon get better… or at least he hoped they would.

Kurt swallowed deep and gradually walked down the halls of Dalton. He had a free period to waste and nowhere to go so he thought slowly gallivanting around the halls wouldn't be such a bad idea at the moment. Bored as ever, he reached into his pocket of his new Alexander McQueen Khaki's and grabbed his phone. He quietly questioned himself, "Now, who could I text?" Kurt paused, contemplating who to text until whom else but Mercedes popped into his head. He began to text, hoping Mercedes could cure his boredom. "M, save me from my boredom… free per..." As he was about to finish the text to Mercedes, suddenly his phone was flung to the ground as a result of being bumped into as he was turning the corner.

Getting knocked out of his daze and returning to reality, he knew he wasn't paying attention to where he was going. Too deep into the text he was sending like usual, he automatically began to apologize to the boy who had already been bending over to pick up Kurt's phone for him. "Oh gosh, I'm terribly sorry. I wasn't paying attention to..." Kurt was quickly interrupted by the boy with the angelic voice. "Kurt?" Kurt recognized the voice in an instant, his heart fluttered. "Blaine?"

Blaine stood back up, smiling with that crooked smile that made Kurt melt into a billion pieces. "You're lucky you were the one who bumped into me. If it was anyone else, we might have had to take this outside." Blaine handed Kurt his phone, who was already quietly laughing. "Oh is that right? I never saw you as the fighting type, Blaine." Kurt took his phone out of Blaine's hand, slightly sliding his thumb over Blaine's palm. Kurt tried to keep his composure. Whenever he felt Blaine's touch, he felt as if he was about to evaporate into thin air and float away. He couldn't help it, Blaine was clearly so hot. He was the most attractive guy he'd ever seen in real life. Blaine flashed a smile over at Kurt, flashing him those piercing brown eyes. Ever since Kurt had saw Blaine and the rest of The Warblers perform two weeks ago, he couldn't get those eyes out of his mind. They were the kind of eyes that were flashed to you and you felt pregnant. "I'm a love and a fighter. I'm the complete package!" Kurt couldn't help to think, "Obviously you're the complete package! Speaking of package…" He quickly started to daydream off into his own little world where package and Blaine only lead to one thought.

Kurt began to feel his face turning red and just shook his head. He had almost forgotten that Blaine was standing right in front of him and replied with the first thing that came out of his mouth. "Well I know you'll make some guy very lucky." Immediately Kurt hated himself. He knew he didn't have to take the conversation to that level. After all, this was just a small conversation where Blaine was being charmingly funny as usual. Kurt pursed his lips in fear of his jaw dropping from the last comment he made. Blaine shrugged, a quiet hmph sound left his mouth. He took a step towards Kurt and folded his arms. Blaine nonchalantly leaned against the wall, tilting his head as he smirked over to Kurt. "Oh you honestly think so? Don't lie to me." Blaine was being sassy, and god did Kurt love when Blaine got sassy. "Damn it…" Kurt softly managed to slip out under his breath.

If it was possible, Kurt would've hopped into The Deloren itself and went back to the future. He dug himself into this hole and now he had to answer Blaine. He couldn't lie to him. Blaine was his first friend here at Dalton, his mentor, the boy who he wanted to ravish ever since he laid eyes on him at the bottom of the staircase. Kurt knew he had to keep it cool and maybe if he was lucky, Blaine wouldn't think twice about this conversation after it was finished. "If we're being honest…" Kurt paused, trying to figure out something to say that wouldn't end up with him crawling under a rock and dying. He let out a quiet sigh and continued. "The guy that gets to be yours will be the luckiest guy in the world." After letting that out Kurt couldn't look Blaine in the eye no matter how hard he tried.

"Aw…" Blaine scoffed lightly. "Do I detect jealousy, Kurt Hummel?" Kurt's mind was shouting at him. Fuck. Shit. There's no way out now! Way to go Hummel! Kurt managed to gather himself together and look back up at Blaine. "What if I was jealous? What would happen then?" Within seconds, Kurt felt Blaine's lips on the corner of his mouth. They felt warm and perfect. Yes, it wasn't a kiss on the lips, one that Kurt had always hoped for… but it was something, and that something needed to go away fast because Kurt cheeks were as pink as a flamingo. He never wanted to take control and pounce on Blaine more than he ever felt now. Blaine noticed the shade of pink that was filling his cheeks and let out a short laugh. The tone of the laugh however, was something Kurt had never heard before. It was the sexiest noise Kurt had heard come out of Blaine's mouth to date. His laugh was sexy… could a laugh be sexy? "You're adorable, you know that Hummel?" Kurt could do nothing but stand there as stiff as a brick, trying not to make eye contact with Blaine. He couldn't believe that Blaine, the hottest guy who he had been swooning over, just practically kissed him in the hallway.
