"Excuse me? Can I take your picture?"

Blaine had seen the boy before, his otherworldy features almost demanded your attention. Milky white skin, the almost elfin features, those piercing blue eyes. Usually he’d watch from a distance but something felt different today, whether it was the extra shot of espresso in his morning coffee, or the fact the boys usually well composed face had changed to one of melancholy, whatever it was, today Blaine decided to finally bite the bullet & finally ask the boy what he’d been dreaming of for months. It was just one picture, right?
The boys eyes snapped open, he’d been sitting upon a bench in the butterfly house, eyes gently closed before Blaine approached him. His body tensed as he blinked slowly, relaxing as he gazed into Blaines eyes.
“Hi. Sure. I guess so.” His voice was unlike any Blaine had ever heard before, almost.. musical. “What, what do you want me to do?”
Blaine twisted the lens of his camera nervously, he’d never expected the boy to agree. “Just.. look at the butterflies like you usually do?” He realised as the words left his mouth what he’d said, that he’d revealed the fact he’d watched the boy before. He felt his cheeks heat up, a blush creeping upon them. If the boy noticed he didn’t say anything, just slightly raised a perfectly shaped eyebrow before standing. Blaine held out his hand “I’m Blaine by the way.”
The boy smiled, “Kurt.”.
