Crowds upon crowds of screaming teenagers bombard Blaine as soon as he steps out of his car with Kurt following closely behind.

"Who is he Blaine?" A girl screeches.

"Your boyfriend?" Screams another.

"Blaine, tell us!" Cries a third.

"Girls, he's a friend!" Blaine laughs, holding the door open for Kurt to walk in.

"Hey, ladies and gentlemen!" The host of the bar says into his microphone, "If I'm not mistaken; I think we've got our very own Mr. Blaine Anderson in the house!"

This leads to more cheering and whooping.Blaine rolls his eyes and slips a word to the barman, "Is there some place quiet we can go?"

The barman nods and guides the two boys to the far end of the building; away from all the commotion.

After thanking the barman and taking their places at their table, both boys sit in silence for a while before Kurt eventually breaks it.

"Sorry Rachel couldn't make it. She's busy at school."

"It's okay Kurt," Blaine smiles, "I'm just glad someone could actually make it seeing as Kitty is rehearsing and Artie's a moody guy who never enjoys anything."

Kurt laughs before regaining his posture, looking into Blaine's eyes, "You know what I wouldn't be able to do?"

"What is it?"

"Do what you do, be a celebrity. I wouldn't be able to handle the obsessing teenagers; the paparazzi constantly in your face and the lack of peace and quiet everywhere."

Blaine laughs fondly, "Well I couldn't agree with you more. The only good thing about fame is that people respect you; even though I'd like to gain my respect without the fame."

"So fade away. Become un-famous."

"Wow...I said I'd like to gain my respect differently; not go off the face of the universe." Blaine giggles.

Kurt shrugs, "Sorry."

"Don't worry about it. It made me laugh."

"I'm glad."

"You should be."

"So, Blaine,"

"Yes Kurt?"

"Why did you invite me here?"

"As I said before, so you can show off your beautiful voice."

"And...?"

"I don't know. Well, you interest me Kurt. I bet there's a whole new world within you just bursting to get out. You seem so calm and nurturing; I want that, would like to find someone like that."

"And you will. These things don't just get handed to you on silver platters Blaine. You only find things if you actually go looking for them and from what you've just told me; someone's not a very good explorer."

Blaine snorts; "I s'pose so. I'm bored, let's get out of here...say, come back to mine?"

"Sure."

"I still can't get over the fact that I'm in a celebrity's home," Kurt says as Blaine joins him on the sofa, handing him a glass of wine. Kurt raises a sceptical eyebrow, "Trying to get me drunk Anderson?"

"Nope, I'm innocent." Blaine laughs; taking a sip of his own.

"But why me? Why am I the one in your house?"

"Why not you?"

"Look at me," Kurt says; gesturing to his clothing, "Do I look like the type of guy who'd be hanging around with celebrities?"

"Well, for one I'm a fan of your clothing so yeah; I'd say you are."

"You like my clothes?"

"You don't?"

"I love them but not a lot of people outside of my world do."

"Well they don't know fashion when they see it."

"Oh," Kurt blushes, "Stop it."

"Somebody's blushing!" Blaine winks.

"Am not!"

"Are too!" Blaine says; gently kicking Kurt's side – making him laugh. Blaine stops just to look at Kurt. He's so beautiful. With his strong jaw and delicate features. The way his eyelashes flutter ever so slightly when he giggles just put Blaine's stomach in a twist.

How can he feel like this in less than a day of knowing the boy. Kurt's everything Blaine wants. He's got the humour; personality; fashion and the looks. He may be a little taller than Blaine but all Blaine can think about is him on his tiptoes and cupping Kurt's jaw; pressing their lips together.

"...And that's what I'm doing in New York. Trying to get into NYADA yet trying to get my fashion out there," Kurt finishes; unaware Blaine is not paying attention him as he is completely awestruck by the boy beside him.

"Sorry to rattle on about my struggling life in New York," Kurt laughs, "At least I'm finally here though, it seems so long ago when I was-" All of a sudden; Blaine caves in, crashing their lips together.
