Author's Notes: This is in Kurt's point of view.

Kurt was tired but he couldn’t bring himself to sleep, his dad was sick. Finn wasn’t home, and Blaine hadn’t texted him back. He’d talk to Carole but she’s been busy with work. He didn’t want to bother her at the moment.

He lied in bed and stared at the ceiling, thinking about what those people had told him earlier. He knew it wasn’t true, Blaine would never do that. As much as they both hated that boy with the obnoxious CW hair, or at least Kurt hated him. He couldn’t speak for Blaine.

He hated feeling like this because he knew, he knew Blaine and he knew that he would never do that. He couldn’t help but feel empty anyway. He never slept the same if Blaine hadn’t told him goodnight first. Which he knew people would think was stupid, but he was his other half. Blaine had all of him. Kurt gave Blaine all of him because he loves and trusts him. Blaine had been acting so strange lately and Kurt didn't know why... After being told that Blaine was cheating on him- Kurt was pretty well numb to the idea because his boyfriend had been distant and he didn't understand it. He knew Blaine though, and he knew who he was, and he was not a cheater. He knew that whatever it was that Blaine would tell Kurt when he was ready.

He continued to stare at that stupid ceiling, the same ceiling that always stares back with no emotion. It’s times like these that he misses his mother. She used to stay up all night talking to him about how “Life worked in mysterious ways” She could always make him smile no matter what mood he was in. He wanted to call Rachel, but being as it was almost 1:00 in the morning, he didn’t think it was the best idea.

So he just stared at the ceiling for the majority of the night, waiting for it to end so tomorrow could begin.

Hopefully he’s okay, hopefully they were wrong… hopefully Mr. Shue didn’t pick a stupid song for us to sing… well not so much stupid, a little old for our taste maybe. I’m sick of Journey quite frankly. I speak on behave of the entire Glee Club on that one.

He laughed quietly to himself. Things would be alright. He knew this for sure.
