While Kurt’s week was nice and bully free Blaine’s was anything but. It wasn’t anything by Blaine’s standards, just a few slushie facials, locker shoves and one or two dumpster tossings but he didn’t need medical attention so it could be worse. When he got dressed in the morning he reminded himself the bruises covering his body were for Kurt, Blaine being covered in bruises meant that Kurt wasn’t. That’s what got him through all this, well that and the anti-anxiety meds he started taking again, he had taken them after his attack at camp but had stopped taking them after a few years, every time he had a panic attack his parents started hounding him to go back on them and he always refused so they were shocked when he came to them and asked to be put back on the pills but they were more than willing to make him an appointment with his doctor. The pills were really working he couldn’t have a panic attack every time Karofsky slushied him or shoved him into a locker or he’d be constantly having them and his parents would definitely notice that.
Blaine was thrilled to find out that Kurt did still want him and he immediately started going through songs trying to find one that perfectly summed up his feelings for Kurt. Blaine wondered if singing to Kurt in glee club was enough or if he should do it in front of the whole school. In front of the school would be a bigger gesture but it would also be incredibly nerve raking and would really put his new meds to the test. He quickly texted Cooper for his opinion and was told that it had to be in front of the whole school. He really wished Cooper was here to talk to in person about this, he wished he could help him with his song choice and chorography but mostly he wanted to tell his big brother about Karofsky, he knew he couldn’t tell anyone but he really wished he could. Once he and Cooper started talking again Blaine realised how much he missed his brother, he never really knew why Cooper stopped talking to him in the first place, he honestly thought Cooper forgot he existed like everyone else around him but he didn’t know if that was true or not. Maybe one day he’d ask Cooper but not yet.
Blaine shook his head to clear to try and refocus himself and went back to trying to find the perfect song for Kurt, he opened his iTunes and looked at his extensive playlist, he might have been too shy to sing in public before Kurt came along but that didn’t mean he didn’t love music and he didn’t have a rather impressive iTunes library, he slowly started scrolling through the songs dismissing most of them and marking a few done as maybes until one song popped out at him. He wondered why he didn’t think of it before, it was the perfect choice. He put in his headphones and pressed play; he had listened to the song before and even sang along with it but never with the intention of winning back the love of his life, this time listening to it was a serious endeavour as he tried to get not only the lyrics but the pacing and phrasing down just right. Once he had all that figured out he would try and work out the choreography.

Ugh! This is killing me. I really want to know what song it is now! GAH. I guessing Teenage Dream. But would that be too obvious? Well, anyway, it's wonderful! And I bet whatever song Blaine chooses will be perfect!
It's a song they haven't sung on Glee but it has a few lines which I think are perfect for this situtation. That's all I'll say.
WHAT SONG????!!!!!!
