Author's Notes: Sorry this took so long, I had a bit of writer's block.

Blaine decided that while he wanted Kurt back as soon as possible he’d wait a few days before he serenaded him, he decided that in order to do it properly he needed time to prepare first of all because he was incredibly nervous but also because he needed to find the perfect song, he couldn’t think of one song that said “forget about that homophobic jerk and take me back because I love you and that’s all that matters.” All the song writers in the world have really let him down this time.  He’d have to settle for a run of the mill “I love you, please take me back” song, but which one? He couldn’t sleep that night as his mind kept thinking of song suggestions and then rejecting them, no song he could think of seemed perfect enough, but then when it came to Kurt nothing was perfect enough in Blaine’s opinion. It seemed to Blaine that he has just gotten to sleep when his alarm went off after it wouldn’t shut off just by him glaring it he got up and went to shut it off himself, cursing himself for deciding putting it across the room was a good idea, he had done it to avoid the temptation that was the snooze button but goddammit he could really use that snooze button right now.

Blaine was running a bit late that morning due to the fact he may or may not have fallen asleep in his cereal, ok he totally did but only for a few minutes. He barely had enough time to stop by the Lima Bean before school started and that was probably not the best idea but he needed his coffee.

“Good morning Kurt.” Blaine said pausing at Kurt’s locker on his way to his own.

                “Blaine.” Kurt replied sharply.

“Here’s your non-fat mocha.” Blaine handed the drink over to his ex-boyfriend.

“Thank you Blaine, but you really should stop bringing me coffee in the morning.”

“Nah, I like it doing it so I’m going to continue.”

Kurt shook his head not wanting to argue.

“You look beautiful today Kurt.” Blaine smiled.

                “You say that every day.”

“You look beautiful every day.” Blaine replied walking away.

He wanted to stay and talk to Kurt longer but he was running late for class and besides he could see Kurt was beginning to blush and Blaine figured it was best to quit while he was ahead. Maybe today isn’t so bad after all, Blaine thought happily; only to be pulled out of his revere when he felt ice cold liquid hitting his head.  He reached up and wiped the slushie out of his eyes and then quickly turned around to make sure that Kurt didn’t see, thankfully he was walking the other way deep in conversation with Rachel and had no idea that Blaine was just slushied. Blaine locked eyes with Karofsky neither saying anything until Blaine grabbed a bag with a change of clothes out his locker and went to the nearest bathroom. Blaine set the plastic bag on the bathroom floor near the sinks and closed his eyes trying hard to breathe willing himself not to have a panic attack.

“You ok man?” a voice asked.

He shook his head.

                “Want me to get Kurt?”

He paused, part of him wanting to say no but the other part of him really needing Kurt.

                “I’m going to text Kurt.”

“No don’t.” Blaine managed to say weakly opening his eyes.

“Too late, he’s on his way.” Finn shrugged.

Blaine closed his eyes again as he felt his panic attack increasing. He really didn’t want Kurt to know he was slushied again.

“Blaine?” Kurt said his voice full of concern yet surprisingly gentle.

Blaine didn’t answer he was still trying not to have a panic attack.

                “Are you ok?” Kurt asked.

“I will be, just give me a minute.”

Blaine felt a warm damp cloth washing the slushie off of his face, he relaxed a bit at Kurt’s touch.

“Who did this to you? Was it Karofsky?” Kurt asked.

“No, no…it was just some random jock.” Blaine lied.

“See this is why we can’t be together, people never used to do this to you.” Kurt told Blaine as he washed his hair.

“Kurt people never used to do this to me because they never noticed me, they’re still going to do it now that they realise I exist and am gay. You and I should be together because it would make us both happy.” Blaine reasoned.

“Blaine you have to stop this.”

“Tell me you don’t want to be with me and I’ll leave you alone.”

Kurt didn’t say anything as he finished washing Blaine’s hair and handed Blaine a towel. Blaine took Kurt’s silence to be a good sign and leaned forward gently kissing Kurt, giving the taller boy more than enough time to pull away if he so chose not only did Kurt not pull away but he wrapped his arms around Blaine’s neck and pulled him closer.
