Author's Notes: So I'm pretty sure you'll all be upset with me after the last chapter so hopefully two new chapters today will make you forgive me?

The next day Blaine’s mom drove him to school on her way to work. His eyes still were red and puffy from all the crying he had done so he worse his glasses, once he had the glasses on he just decided to say fuck it and wear his old clothes and slather his hair with gel. It’s not like he had to look good for Kurt anymore anyway.

He walked down the hall of McKinley to his locker, he kept his head down and ignored Mike when he called his name, he walked past Brittany and Santana pretending he didn’t see them waving him over. And when he saw Kurt he pretended his heart wasn’t being ripped out of his chest. He just kept walking.

He got the books he would need for his first class and then was going to head to class, he looked at his watch and saw he was twenty minutes early or what he used to consider right on time when his locker was slammed closed. He jumped when he saw Karofsky standing beside him.

“Is it done? You dump him?” Karosfsky asked.

“Technically he broke up with me, but it is done.” Blaine said pushing his glasses up his nose.

“Whatever as long as I don’t have to see you disgusting homos spreading your fairy dust all over the school I don’t really care.”

“So you’ll leave me alone now?”

                “Sure.”

                “Him too?”

                “What?”

                “You’ll leave Kurt alone too?”

“That was never a part of our deal.” Karofsky said smiling before he walked away leaving Blaine staring after him.

Blaine looked down the hall towards where Kurt was standing talking to Rachel and Finn. He figured that he’d find a way to warn Kurt later but until then he’d be fine as long as he wasn’t alone. Blaine turned and walked the opposite way to class; once he got there he took his seat in the front of the room and pulled out his text book as well as the book his cousin sent him from her college’s bookstore on the subject.  Old Blaine would’ve been able to get immersed in the college book as the rest of the class staggered in but today Blaine couldn’t focus on it, every time someone walked into the room Blaine would peek over the top of his book to see if it was Kurt of course the one time it was Kurt Blaine couldn’t actually look at him for longer than a few seconds. But Blaine did see Kurt pull Mercedes past him and heard her ask why he wasn’t sitting with them.

Once class started Blaine found it rather easy to slip back into his old routine as soon as the bell rang he was out of his seat and headed towards his next class. He knew the next class could present a bit of a problem as it was the one he shared with Mike and Tina and he knew they would expect him to sit with them. He took his seat in the front of the class knowing there wasn’t enough room for them to sit there with him.

“Hey Blaine come sit in the back with us.” Mike said when he and Tina entered the room.

“Ummm…I’m good up here, thanks.” Blaine said.

“Come on Blaine; don’t make us tell your boyfriend on you.” Tina teased.

“I don’t have a boyfriend.” Blaine said firmly.

Mike and Tina exchanged a look.

“We should go grab our seats.” Mike said grabbing Tina’s elbow and leading her away. Blaine thought it was because they didn’t want to be around him if he wasn’t with Kurt but really Mike was just trying to give Blaine his space.

Lunchtime really sucked for Blaine. For so long his lunch breaks centered around Kurt, first trying to find the courage to speak to him and then for two wonderful days sharing a meal with Kurt and his friends but now Blaine was alone again. He was glad he had the forethought to bring his lunch with him so he could avoid the cafeteria. He sat in front of his locker and ate his sandwich as fast as he could; once he was done he went to the library and spent the rest of his lunch break reading in the back corner. He looked up at the clock and saw he had five minutes until the end of lunch; it was then that he remembered he had English next; English, the class where he and Kurt were partnered up for the big assignment. Fuck.
