When Kurt reached the door to the classroom, he should have been in for the last 20 minutes, Quinn quickly pulled him inside. "Do you even know how much luck you have?", she scream-whispered, so they wouldn't attract attention.
"Sorry, what?", he asked confused, his head still heavy from the confusion, that settled in it after the incident.
"First, you can chill with Santana everyday and now you skip class and no one will ever know", she expressed frustrated.
He looked around the room. Everyone sat on the tables and chattet with each other, no sign of the teacher. Kurt turned back to Quinn, frowning: "Is that bad?" He didn't mention, that he didn't try to skip, because that would lead to her asking questions and that was the last thing he needed right now.
She sighed, her thin shoulders slumping in defeat: "No, I'm sorry. I'm just a little stressed lately and you seem to have everything coming to you and you have so much time, while I'm getting from one thing into the next." She tiredly rubbed over her eyelids, whereby she smudged her make-up over half of her face.
Kurt bit his lip, when he wanted to return, that he was far from lucky, but it didn't seem like the right thing to say with the obviously exhausted and emotional unstable girl in front of him, so he just took his messenger bag and sat down on one of the tables in order to pull out a mirror to give it to the blond cheerleader.
She only groaned quietly, when she examined her face and pulled some stuff out of her own bag to control the damage.
They didn't speak for the rest of the hour, what was bad, because he needed someone to take away his thoughts from the other boy, who had made a move and then retreated immediatly two times by now.
At the end, he decided to text Santana, who had given him her number at this very morning, so she "had a drive, when she was out of her mind drunk" as she put it, but Kurt knew, that it was only to conceal her action from appearingtoo friendly.
From Kurt:
Can I talk to you?
From Santana:
Sure, tell me all your dirty, little secrets, Hummel. Math class is boring as hell...
From Kurt:
You're pretty good friends with Blaine, right?
From Santana:
We get along.
From Kurt:
Yeah, sure... you only get along ;)
He didn't really feel like setting happy emoticons, but there was something about the girl, that made him smile, even if he was down like that.
From Santana:
Don't annoy me, Hummel or I won't listen to your problem, anymore!
From Kurt:
As if you could resist the urge to know...
From Santana:
God, just tell me already, so Auntie Tana here can help you
From Kurt:
So, basically, he made out with me and then left without many words
From Santana:
Was tongue involved?
From Kurt:
Santana...
From Santana:
So, it was...
He could practically picture her smirking, while sitting in math class, her feet propped up on a chair in front of her and lazily typing away on her phone, the teacher not even caring anymore, since he knew, that she was a hopeless case to argue with and settling with her being quiet, so he could at least teach the other students as it were with Blaine the other day.
From Kurt:
Not really helping...
From Santana:
Okay, so Blaine just chickened out after he kissed you?
From Santana:
Did you lick his face? Cause that's a total turn off...
From Kurt:
No! Ew!
Kurt wrinkled his nose in disgust at the thought, but then he imagined Blaine doing it to him and the idea was suddenly less loathsome. Good, now he felt like a creep, but then again, Blaine was the one perching up on him this morning and then leaving him behind. He still refused to admit to himself, that he liked it. Not the leaving behind part, but the making out part was actually pretty enjoyable. But if he did this thought would spread itself in his head, he would want more and he couldn't get into this to much (more than he already did), because at the moment, it didn't really look like a happy ending was coming soon.
From Santana:
Antrhing else I need to know?
From Kurt:
I don't think so. What am I supposed to do now?
Should he try to talk to the other boy and get him to explain? Probably a bad idea, considering, that Blaine could break him several bones, if he said the wrong thing. Even if he was never mean to Kurt, not really, he heard the stories as they spread really easily in this school. Just this morning, he was rumored, that he came into a fight with some older men in a bar.
Should he wait? That would kill him. He wasn't really the patient type of guy, especially, when it was something like this. So, this possibility was also out of the options. Oh God, he couldn't find a way to get this thing right without Blaine's support.
He frowned, his forhead hitting the table, while his phone vibrated nervously beside him, making his braine ache even more. He groaned, but then reached out to tug his phone under the table, so he didn't have to move from his current position and opened the new message.
From Santana:
Don't worry! I got this!
Well, now he was worried. If Santana, whose biggest concern was to get everyone, she liked, laid, was going to "fix" this, he couldn't imagine, what would happen. He wanted to text her back "no", but he didn't get himself to do it. At least, he won't be the one to blame, if this would go wrong. And she knows the badboy best from what he heard by now.

"What the fuck, Anderson?", the latina shouted, when she spotted her longest friend leaning on some wall behind the school, inhaling the smoke of a cigarette.
He breathed some of it out through his nostrils, until he finally opened his eyes and spoke in a quiet voice: "What's up, Satan?"
"Haha, very funny", the cheerleader dead-panned, "but I think I'm not the one to give answers here. I want to know, what you did to Hummel and why you did it and I'm not going to wait for answers, Frodo!" She accused him, while pointing her manicured finger into his frowning face.
"I don't exactly know, where you belong into this story - not, that there is one", he spat out, while leaning his head back and closing his eyes, again. The soft sunlight was highlighting his features and combined with the mostly relaxed, but slightly angry expression, he didn't look like someone, you would want to meet at night in an empty street. Still absolutely gorgeous, but all the same frightening.
"Look, Hummel is a good guy and that is a huge compliment coming from me, so don't fuck with his feelings or I'm going to end you! Got it?", she asked, while stepping up to him, nearly reaching his height.
He looked at her again, when he felt her shadow casting over him: "Funny. Yesterday you seemed really enthusiastic about the idea of me fucking him and I mean literally." The teen chuckled lightly, but his heart wasn't in it.
"Oh, I still think so", she smirked, "he is, as I said, a good guy, so he deserves a good fuck and even if I'm fairly mad at you, I'm going to give you this one." The boy bowed shortly in thanks.
"But don't mess with his feelings!" She was back to the evil glare and the pointing, what seriously annoyed Blaine, so he shoved her away lightly. Not so, that it would hurt, but enough to bring over his point of view.
"So, what are you going to do, Blaine?", she cocked her head to the side, her dark eyes just slightly softening.
"What am I supposed to do? I'm not going to be his fucking boyfriend and he doesn't seem keen on the idea of a one-night-stand or something along those lines", he told her with gritted teeth, his face scrunched up in anger.
"Then leave him alone", she statet with a tone, that signaled, that this was the end of the discussion for her.
"Why?", Blaine gave her a dangerous glare.
"Because you won't hump and dump him, if you want to keep your balls", Santana scoffed.
"What if...", he looked to his lap and fidgetet with a strap of his ripped up jeans, while he mumbled something unaudible.
"What did you say?"
"Maybe", he now looked into her eyes, his own in a lighter shade with a few sparks of gold in them, "I don't want to get into his pants."
"You want to be his friend?", she asked incredulously.
"Why is this so hard to believe?", he asked angrily.
The latina thought for a moment, trying to make out, what Blaine was going for, with her well-formed eyebrows knitted together tightly, until she took a few step back and gave him a final look: "Okay, but remember..." She motioned her fingers over her neck in a slitting move.
*****
"Hey", Kurt looked up from his essay, when he heard the familiar voice speaking to him. Great, he put so much effort in finding a quite place -he settled with the library at the end, where he was sure Blaine wouldn't be voluntarily- and now he got the proof, that he was wrong to believe so.
"What do you want, Anderson?", Kurt snarled at the shorter boy, not glancing up from the book, his english class was currently reading according to Santana and that he needed to catch up with. He didn't dare to look at the other teen in fear, that he might as well loose his mind, depending on the face Blaine was wearing. Who was he kidding, he would go crazy no matter, how the other boy would look at him.
"I'm sorry", Blaine furrowed his brows, "did I do something to offend you?"
Kurt's eyes widened in disbelief, his mouth hanging slightly open. On the one hand, he had just heard a sorry coming from one Blaine Anderson and it sounded like he really cared, and on the other hand, he was furious, because, had the teen really already forgot, what he did to him this morning?
"Are you serious?", he spat out, disgust lacing his voice.
Blaine let out a loud sigh, before sliding in the seat across from the boy, who still pretended to read. "Okay, Kurt", the name easily rolling of his tongue with a nice sound, what made heat pool in Kurt's stomach, "would you please look at me?", he asked practically begging, what was already enough for the taller teen to do just that.
"Thank you", Blaine spoke on, his brown orbs striked with sparkling green and gold, "I know, I did some stuff, that wasn't cool, but I thought, that we could maybe... start over."
Kurt eyed him suspiciously for a couple of seconds: "Why would you want that? So that you can pull that shit again?"
"Please, Kurt", Blaine whined, "I'm really trying over here. You have to give me something, too..." He gave a Kurt a pleading look, that he would never wear for anyone else. He flinched at the thought. What was he even doing here? This wasn't going to turn out well. But he also couldn't leave. He wouldn't be able to stand seeing the hurt expression on the other boy's face again.
Kurt closed the book with a rather loud sound and sat back in his seat, examining Blaine further. Worry lines were drawn on his forhead and he was nervously biting his tongue, but what exactly caused this reaction? Hell, they made out in a classroom today with the curly-haired boy initiating the contact, so he didn't stroke him like the shy type of guy.
"Okay, let's have a new start."
Blaine grinned widely. "Hello fellow, my name is Blaine Anderson, what is your wonderful name", he spoke in an extra cheery and slightly pitched up voice, making Kurt throw his head back into his neck in laughter. It made Blaine's heart swell on, that he was the cause of the other boy's joy, before he could press down the feeling.
"Kurt Hummel. Nice to meet you", Kurt smiled, while the teens exchanged a hand shake.
"Nice grip, Hummel!" The words slipped from Blaine's lips, before he could stop himself and he glanced over at Kurt in worry.
The blue eyed boy rolled his eyes: "You really need to work on that!" He really meant, what he said, but he couldn't keep a serious voice, with the grin breaking out on his face.
"I will, I promise", Blaine said in a sincery voice, "so what class do you have next?"
*****
When Kurt walked into gym as his last subject today, Finn gave him a bewildered look: "Where were you at lunch today and why did Quinn told us you skipped the first half of your french class?"
Kurt rolled his eyes, while brushing past the taller boy to one of the lockers. He had no problem with changing, when only the guy's from glee club were there, since they seemed to like him and don't think, that he would try to make a move on them.
"Are you just going to ignore me?", Finn asked angrily.
"What are you? My mom?", Kurt scoffed, while wearing his famous bitch face, but when he saw Finn looking like a kicked puppy, he added in a softer voice: "Look, I just didn't feel like eating lunch in he cafeteria, so I have gone to the library to read for my english class and I didn't skip french... I just couldn't find the room." He felt bad for lying and considering, that he had class in the same room yesterday, it was a pretty bad lie. Anyway, Finn didn't seem to notice, as he only nodded and followed his friends outside.
The moment Kurt was ready to go into the gym as well, a bag fell down onto the bank beside him and when he looked up, he was met with those warm, honey eyes: "Hey, how was biology treating you?" Blaine broke one of the lockers open and looked through the clothes in it, until he found a shirt and some shorts to which he approved.
"It's a bitch, but I can live with it, since at least they are not further in the learning process, than my old school", Kurt sighed, but then scrunched his face in confusion: "Wait, what are you doing here?"
"What does it look like?", the shorter teen answered, as he pulled his shirt over his head to exchange it with the other one and made Kurt's breath hitch. Kurt couldn't stop staring at the exposed tanned skin in front of him, the muscles tightening in a nice shape over the other boy's stomach. He had to bite the inside of his cheek to get himself to turn around, so Blaine wouldn't see him blush and he himself wouldn't let his thoughts get too inappropiate.
"Why?", he simply asked back.
"Cause poorly, I also have classes to attend", Blaine shrugged fully clothed now, while tossing his stuff into one of the lockers and settling down onto the bench, looking up at Kurt through a thick layer of dark eyelashes.
"You didn't bother to yesterday", the taller teen remarked, his hand on his hip.
"Didn't have a reason to", Blaine smirked winking, getting back to his badboy self.
Kurt only chuckled, while rolling his eyes, and than turned around to head through the doors.
Blaine bit his lips, as he watched the other swaying his hips. Damn, it was going to be a challenge to keep his hands of this boy.
*****
They were assigned to pair up and practise stretches, so Blaine instantly scooted over to his new friend, for what the other students eyed him curiously, but the most of them just put it aside in thought, that Blaine was just pining after the boy, while the glee guys watched the pair cautiosly.
Sam squinted his eyes to get a better look at the two of them: "Why is Anderson being so nice?" Blaine was currently laughing at something Kurt said, while they sat in a butterfly seat.
"I don't know", Finn answered as he tried to touch his toes and failed, "but I don't like it.
"Why?", Mike asked, easily going into a split.
"Because all he wants is... you know", Finn blushed, looking to his feet.
"Then we gotta go talk to him after class?", Sam suggested, while the Coach yelled for him to also do his stretching, as he was simply sitting on the ground.
"Yeah", the tall teen agreed, still peering at the two boys, who were nowtrying to touch their noses to their knees, roaring with laughter.
*****
"Okay, spill, Anderson!" Blaine looked up at the three footballers, who were circling him with their arms crossed, as he was putting stuff into his locker.
He furrowed his brows in confusion, when he snarled: "I didn't know, I gave you the allowence to talk to me."
Finn punched the locker, trying to appear intimidating: "I don't need your allowence, asshole!"
Blaine didn't flinch: "Whatever. Now, step out of my way, so I can do something important."
"Lay off my brother!", Finn statet, taking a step closer, Mike and Sam shortly following.
"I don't know, how this is any of your business, big foot", Blaine answered angrily, shoving the guy away. Even if he was a few inches smaller, he still had strong arms and was able to catch the taller teen by surprise.
"He doesn't want to sleep with a whore", Finn said bluntly, while Mike and Sam looked at him, shocked about his behaviour, as they weren't used to him being that aggressive.
"I got a different idea, when was moaning for me", Blaine smirked confidently, secretly hoping, that this wouldn't get to Kurt.
All three of the boys were gaping at him, while the curly haired boy laughed cruely: "Now, fuck off!" With that he brushed past them, as they were too taken aback to retain him.
****
As soon as the trio entered the choir room that afternoon, a furious Rachel stormed in their direction: "Where the hell have you been for the past 20 minutes?"
"What's wrong, we weren't supposed to be here for another ten minutes", Mike told her, tired of her attitude, while he plopped down next to his girlfriend, Tina, who was talking to Kurt about stuff the glee club had done in the past.
Rachel still kept on yelling. "We wanted to talk about some stuff, before Mr.Schue arrives and you ruined all my planes", she accused the remaining two boys
Finn looked honestly guilty, whereas Sam only rolled his eyes: "We're here now. Happy?"
She wanted to respond something, but got distracted by the boy with the mohawk walking into the room. To Finn's mercy, she now turned to the other teen: "What is wrong with you Puck? You're late!"
He stepped around her without paying much attention to what she had said, his eyes on the new student: "Hey, Kurt!"
Said boy looked up from his conservation, that thankfully wasn't interrupted by the small girl's screaming, when he heard the strong voice, and he was visible relaxing, as he realised, who it was: "Hey, Puck!"
"How you're doing, man?", Puck asked cheerfully, while throwing himself into the chair beside Kurt's.
"Not bad", he answered honestly. He felt pretty good, actually. He was on good terms with Blaine and apart from a couple of slurs, the jocks left him alone for now.
"If someone is bothering you, just come to me and I will fix it", the taller teen statet.
"I will, thank you", Kurt smiled.
The rest of Glee practice was pretty amazing. He nailed his audition and it was so much fun to sing and dance, even if some of the songs Mr.Schuester suggested didn't exactly belong to Kurt's favorites. In other news, he got along well with everybody, except maybe Sebastian, who was still sending glares in his direction from time to time. But Kurt didn't care, because in that moment, everything seemed to be allright.

...Blaine was the one perching up on him this morning... - I totally pictured either 2 roosters or 2 pigeons trying to go at it....I have never heard this expression before but it made me laugh and to me laughter is the sexiest thing.... thanks and can't wait for the next chapter. :)
omg i had no idea, i thought i read it before... that's what you get, when english isn't your first language, but I'm glad it made you laugh :D
This was an awesome chapter. I love that Santana called Blaine out and actually told him that he would have to answer to her if he decided to hurt Kurt in any way. I really liked that Blaine actually showed a softer side of himself and actually proved to Kurt that he wanted to be his friend. I can't wait to see what happens next.
oh klaineforeternity, you make me smile like nobody else (i hope you got that reference, if yes, you're double-awesome) :D
