Author's Notes: Sorry for the delay, but here's chapter two! They meet! :)

It’s almost 1 o’clock when Kurt finally finishes everything for the cupcake workshop this afternoon. He, Rory and Rachel have been busy all morning with preparations, birthday orders an regular customers. Wednesdays are Kurt’s favorite days. He loves to bake with kids, it always ends as one big mess, but he doesn’t care. All those happy little faces makes it worth it. Just as Kurt is putting the cupcakes in the oven he hears loud amused voices coming from the store. He’s about to walk to the counter when he hears his name.

“Kurt!!” Tina storms in to the kitchen, looking way too happy. She closes the door behind her.

“Whats up, Tina?”

“Kurt, you won’t believe it. The most adorable and handsome man *ever* just walked in to our store! He’s with two really cute girls and they’re here for the workshop” Tina says, almost hyperventilating

Kurt laughs about Tina’s hyperactive happiness. “Well, if you came here specially to tell me, then he must be something special, therefore I think I should at least take look, right?” Kurt says grinning.

Kurt quickly walks towards the door and peeks through the window. As Kurt looks in to his store he sees two happy little girls chatting with Rachel and a young man, a small young man with short dark curls, slightly coloured skin, broad shoulders in a stylish black coat, with a white buttonshirt underneath and a light denim skin tight jeans. Damn, he has one fine ass Kurt thinks.

Kurt smiles curiously. “He does looks really fine, Tina. But I can’t see his face..”
“...And I see Rachel has set eyes on him already, and who says he’s on my team?” Kurt tries not to sound jealous.

“Ooh Kurt, you’re such a drama queen. Get your ass out there, start the workshop and chat with him!” Tina says with a smile.

“Yes yes, miss Bossypants” Kurt laughs.

When Kurt walks into his store it’s already filled with lots of happy loudly talking kids and several parents. Kurt winks at Rachel and Tina. It’s busy. That’s a good sign.

“Welcome” Kurts says raising his voice to make sure everybody hears him.

Kurt explains everything they’re going to do this workshop while Rachel and Tina make sure every kid gets an apron and 5 already baked cupcakes they can decorate. Rory is distributing all the suplies and 15 minutes later, Kurt can start with part one. He tells all the kids to pick any kind of figurestamp they like and start punching their figure out of the fondant, to carefully pick it up and place it on a cupcake. He learns them how to make little eyes on an animal and how to use the tools.

While Kurt’s walking around and helping the kids, he really tries not to stare at the the beautiful young man in the back. You can’t get distracted now Kurt. You have to teach these kids, not dreaming about some cute guy. Kurt thinks as he walks away from a girl to help a little boy on the other side of the room. What Kurt didn’t expect when he turned around was for the beautiful man to be right behind him..

*BANG!*

They crash into eachother. Kurt clumsy as he is, falls on top of the beautiful man and causing him a face full of flour. The box Kurt was holding 2 seconds ago.

Kurt rushes to his feet, face turning slightly red and he starts apologizing. “Oh my god! I’m so so so sorry! Are you ok? Sorry I wasn’t looki-”

“Wow, ok stop!” The beautiful man laughs. “I’m ok! Don’t worry. Seriously. I can handle.. this..” he says smiling while brushing the stuff of his face and looking up to Kurt’s face.

Their eyes meet.

Kurt feels like somebody put the world on-hold. He is staring into the most beautiful pair of eyes, ever. He’s trying to figure out which colour they are. The warm brown colour reminds him of honey and fudge, but the golden sparkle inside them is like sunshine. Wow. Watching those sparkles makes Kurt wonder if they are even more beautiful in the real sunlight and..

Woohoo. Kurt thinks to himself. What the hell am I doing? Realizing he’s just standing there staring, for what feels like an hour, into these eyes and completely forgetting about everthing around him.. including the eyes that stare back.

“Eh.. Ok.. So.. Eh.. You’re okay?” Kurt stumbles, snapping back to reality.

The beautiful man gives him a warm and carefree smile and says “Yeah, don’t worry ‘bout me!”

Kurt’s threatens to space out again and just stare at his face when he hears a little girl’s voice behind the man.

“Don’t worry about him. He’s used to these kind of things. He’s kind of clumpsy, you know..” She says while making a funny face and rolling with her eyes.

“Oh, listen to her, with her big mouth being all grown up” the man laughs.

Kurt laughs too.

“Are you always making fun of your dad?” Kurt asks while looking at the girl.

“Dad?!” the girl almost screams. “He’s not my dad! Jeesz, no.” she laughs. “He’s my uncle! My dad is way taller than him..” pointing at the beautiful man. “..and a doctor. He works a lot and when dad can’t get time off for me and my sister, his brother takes us out to go and have fun. But as you just saw, that’s mostly getting him into trouble.” She says proud while laughing.

“Well, thank you very much, Bee.” the man says and tickles the little girl. Then another little curious girl appears, Kurt guesses it’s the other girls sister.

Staring at them and the looking at Kurt. “Hi” she says. “I’m Sofie” giving Kurt a bright smile.

“Hi, Sofie. I’m Kurt. Is she your sister?” Kurt bends down to talk with her.

“Yes, she is. Her name’s Bridget. But you can call her Bee.”

“So you two girls are having fun here in the shop?” Kurt asks them.

“Yes!” they say at the same time.

The girl called Bridget looks up at her uncle and then at Kurt. Then she starts smiling. Kurt wonders why. She starts pulling on her little sister. “Come on, Soof. Let’s finish our cakes.”

While walking away she turns and winks at the man. Kurt has to stop himself from laughing out loud.

“Eh.. well. Yeah. Ok.” the man stumbles.

“That was awkward” he laughs while running his hand trough his curls.

Kurt has to stop himself from staring again, but the way his hand moves through his hair while looking a little unsecure. How sexy can you be, Kurt thinks.

Without thinking about it he pulls out his hand and smiles. “Hi, I’m Kurt.”

“Yeah I got that” the man says while grinning and smiling back. “My name’s Blaine.”

_____________

Blaine was lying on the couch watching a movie, he just putted the girls to bed and was thinking about this afternoon. Blaine always loves to go out with his nieces and have fun. He loves to buy them new stuff and just wander around all the stalls at Portobello Road. But today was different. Good different. Oh yes. The girls begged him to go into that shop and join the workshop. He really likes cupcakes and help the girls decorate them was so much fun. But then that boy.. eh man, Blaine corrected himself. Kurt had the presence of a boy, but the figure of a man. He’s taller than Blaine, with amazing long legs and broad shoulders. He had beautiful brown hair and deep blue eyes. Those eyes that pierced into his after they crashed into eachother. Blaine couldn’t stop thinking about them..

But his thoughts were interrupted as he heard keys and saw Cooper walking in.

“Hey little brother! How’re you doin? Ugh, tough day. You want a glass of red wine?” He asked as he hung his coat and walked to the kitchen to pour himself a glass of wine.

“Yeah thanks”

“So how was your day? Did you guys have fun?”

“Yes, we did. We went to Notting Hill again, walked past all the stalls at Portobello Road, the girls got there faces painted into butterflies and I bought them some new toys and shoes.” Blaine told him with a smile on his face. “We joined a cupcake workshop at that cute little coffee/pastryshop called Just Around The Corner. There were quite a few kids there and it was really fun. I helped the girls decorate the cupcakes. They had so much fun!"

He paused.

“And..”

“There it is!” Cooper said laughing. “I can see the sparkle in your eyes, Blainey. What else did you guys do that makes you so happy?”

Blaine laughed too.

“There was this guy... a beautiful guy. He’s the owner of the place and he gave the instructions for the workshop. Well.. he was helping a girl in front of us and I was about to walk to the toilet, but then he unexpectedly turned around and we crashed into eachother. He fell on top of me, covering my face with flour.”

“Only you..” Cooper laughed. “Only to you something like that could happen.”

Blaine grinned. “Well, thank you. Your daughter said something similair”

Cooper asked Blaine what else happend and Blaine told him about the 5 second stare that felt like an hour, that they introduced eachother, that his name was Kurt and that they talked for a little while after that. Blaine told him that he didn’t get his phonenumber and his brother teased him about him happiness. They talked about how Cooper is doing, his day at work, the girls and about Blaine’s job and the meeting next morning with his dad.

When Blaine walked towars the subway to head home that night, he sighed happily. He decided on going back to the shop the next day and talk to Kurt, maybe ask him to join him for lunch or something.

He didn’t know why, but he felt like something was going very right.

End Notes: It turned out a little different then I thought, but I like it. I hope you guys like the way they met. Let me know! :)
