"It was 4am in the Hummel house and Kurt rose from his bed" ok no really I need to stop thinking I’m some cool person in a TV show... I walked to the night stand and saw I had a text from Blaine he was fine good I left to go see him not reading the full text message 

As I walked in to the hospital I went to the front desk "hi I’m looking for Blaine Anderson?" 

The lady looked at me and smiled "um he is on the second floor room 785" she pointed the the elavator and I skipped to it as I got in and hit the button I saw it said ICU/ PRC

I was wondering in to what place I was going I walked up to the first nurses Desk 

"Hello I am looking for room 785" the lady looked at me and smiled

"Um are you family?" she asked this and I lied  

"Yes I’m his cousin" she smiled and said 

"Um he is in the ICU and he will be happy to see someone no one has came by"

"How old will he be in there?" 

She smiled and saw I was worried "he will be moved tomorrow if everything is fine then he would go home probably a week later" 

I smiled at her and walked to the big doors she opened and headed to room 785 

"Blaine! I called as I walked in" he was looking at me and smiled as he cried 

"Kurt what are you doing here how did you get in?" I walked over and held his hand 

"I told them I was your cousin and they let me in" Blaine was happy to see me then looked at me and asked me something

"the Doc was just here she said I can go home tomorrow ... but um I can’t go home I need some were to stay till my parents get back?" he looked up at me with his puppy dog eyes and I could see what he was getting at 

"first the Nurse lied to me she said 2 weeks  that bitch and  I think my dad will let you sleep over how long till they get back?"  She smiled and looked at me then spoke 

"I’m not sure my mom said 2 weeks but with her you never know so for now 2 weeks" Blaine  smiled and looked to the window  I pulled out my phone and texted my dad 

Me: hey dad you know the Blaine kid who kicked that kids but at school the boy who hurt me... well Blaine needs some were to stay for 2 weeks can he stay with us please please please?

"Ok I asked my dad we will wait and see ok" Blaine smiled again and then looked at me and went to speak when my phone wrong

Dad: um I don’t mind ... he has to sleep in your room can I trust you?

Me: yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes dad you can thanks so so much 

I had a big smile on my face 

Dad: ok but you have court in 2 days and need sleep you better come home to night by

Me: by dad thanks 

"Well Kurt what did he say?" I looked at him and made a said face 

“I’m sorry Blaine my dad said ....Yes!!!!"

"I knew he would say... what he said yes?" he held my hand tighter and he looked so happy 

"Yes he said yes and you get to sleep in my room if that’s ok?" Blaine blushed and smiled 

"Kurt that is just fine"

I left the at this point and headed home

Blaine’s POV

The next Morning

I was waiting for Kurt and his dad as I sat in the lobby all signed out and ready to go the pulled up and Kurt jumped out of the car and ran in to the lobby

"Blaine I missed you are you ready?" I felt safe and wanted  

"I’m all ready to go get me out of here please" he came behind me and pushed me out and his dad helped me get in the car 

"Thanks Mr. Hummel this means a lot to me really it dose" Burt looked at me and raised an eye brow 

"Call me Burt kid or dad I guess anything is better than Mr. Hummel it makes me feel old" Burt smiled at me and I laughed as Kurt got in the back

  We drove to his house as we pulled in the drive way Finn Kurt’s brother was there and his mom waiting with a welcome home sign

  I smiled at it I guess for a bit this was going to be home. Kurt Jumped out of the car and opened the trunk pulling out a wheel chair  

"Thanks Kurt” I tried to move but Finn stopped me 

"Blaine let me help you we don’t want you getting hurt by moving your leg to much” I smiled and kind of felt helpless as he picked me up and put me in the chair next to him  

"Thanks so much Finn I think I can wheel myself in side at least” Kurt’s eyes got wide 

"Fuck shit  ... dam it!!" I looked at him and his dad looked at him 

"Kurt watch your mouth!" he dad looked mad and Kurt looked at him 

"I’m sorry dad it’s just my room is down in the basement and he is in a chair?" he dad laughed and then spoke with a clam voice that was loving 

"Son your cute I opened the basement door and put in the ramp he has to go down there from outside but there is a bath room so he will be fine at night"

We both let out a breath of calm and I went for the back door wanting to see the room I would be in with Kurt for a full 2 weeks 

"Kurt can you push me please I am sleepy" I asked him this ones we were away from Finn and the others.

"Yes I can I hope you like the room I move a few things to make it easy for you to get around and my bed is a king size so I won’t kick in my sleep"

 I was kind of shocked at the size bed he had and kind of wanted to know why 

"Why king size?" he laughed and smiled 

"When I have sleep over’s with the girls we all sleep in the bed its fun" 

"Now now kurt you sound like you’re going straight with all the fun you’re having with the girls” I laughed and he blushed as he pushed me down in to his room.

I was shocked it was amazing the room was white really white  

 is was nice he had a swing chair and a couch and love seat with a desk then there was two doors and the stairs going up to the rest of the house

 In the first door was his bath room with a nice buck and walk in shower and a Black toilet and he had a desk net to the sink with a mirror and skin care products 

 the next room was were his bed and a big walk in closet was  and the bed was big and the covers were black gold and white I was looking around  when Kurt came up behind me and hugged me 

“So you like the room?" I hugged him back with wide eye 

"Like I love your room can I steal it please?" I pulled out my puppy dog eyes again he laughed and spoke a whisper in my ear 

"You can have my room when I can have you" he purred this in my ear as he kissed my neck then moved away as his face and mine went red.

"So we need to get you ready for the night we have court at 3am" he moved to the closet and pulled out some pajamas 

"This should fit you" he handed the bottoms to me and I smiled waiting for a shirt 

"Um... Kurt a top?" Kurt’s smiled  

"um Blaine I don’t have PJ tops I sleep shirtless I hope that’s ok" he smiled at Me and I Blushed  knowing I had to go shirtless to  this was going o be a long night

Kurt’s POV

I left the room to let Blaine get Dressed when the next thing I knew 

"Kurt why did you leave I can’t do this by myself”

My eyes got wide and I did not know what to do help him or get Finn to help him...

 come on Kurt you can do this its Blaine you don’t know him the best but he risked his life for you at lest you can do is help him dress 

"Um... yeah sorry coming" I walked in and saw him he was cring  

"Oh my what’s wrong Blaine?" he looked at me and said softly 

"I can’t dress myself that’s what it sucks"

 I giggled at his pouty face and came over and picked him up sitting him on the bed so I could take his paints off...

 As I pulled them down I saw him hip bone and was shocked at how defined it was then I saw...

 Oh my monkeys he is wearing boxer briefs not boxers not briefs but boxer briefs the one thing that took a man’s legs and hugged them tighter then skinning jean this was killing me really killing me Blaine smiled as he saw me stop 

"Kurt um its cold could you hurry"

 He laughed and I snapped out of it and slipped on the PJ bottoms and helped him to sit up 

"Thanks Kurt and um you should get ready so we can get to bed" Blaine put his hand on my arm and squeezed it 

"Yeah ill go get ready I’ll be back”

 I turned and walked out of the room I got changed and came back in Blaine was sitting there no shirt on and oh my holy monkeys he has abs and pecks and his arms.

 I stood there mouth open as Blaine patted the spot next to him I slowly walked over and sat down. Blaine came up to my ear and poke in a hushed tone that was rigged and sexy 

“Kurt you know when you look at me like that it makes me think dirty things and makes me want to kisses you all over"

he Placed a few kisses on my neck then moved to my jaw line as his hand was on my knee I closed my eyes and moved my head to the side as he  attacked my neck  with more kisses and  then slowly he  licked a spot that got me,

 Next thing I knew my hands had found his un-geld hair and I was morning as he pulled back and kissed me on the lips I pulled his hair and he made the cutis nose as we kissed

 his lips  perfectly fitted to mine and  his left hand on my lower back and his right hand was on the back of my head pulling me in close my lips parted  letting mine and his tongs inter twine in the most placement kiss iv ever had  then Blaine pulled away looked at me

 "Kurt I’m yours if you’ll have me I think you are amazing person and I feel like I’m in heaven when you smile at me and when your lips touch mine its like nothing in this world matters anymore." I smiled and kissed him again 

"Blaine  my room is yours hehe" his eyes got bright and he pulled me in  to kiss me as we laid down just sharing kisses and hugging till we both fell to sleep.

(Next morning 1Am)

Beep I like to move it move it Beep I like to move it move it

My alarm went off and it was one of my fav songs and I song along I looked next to me and Blaine was out cold. I got up and got really letting him sleep for a bit longer 

(20 minutes later)

I walked out of the bath room in nothing and then I heard a voice 

"Well well look who let me sleep ... hello sexy!" I took the towel off my head and put it to my waste as I looked at Blaine in his chair in the living space of my room 

"Blaine I did not think you would be up I was going to get you up when I was don’t" I was panicking and Blaine was laughing 

"What’s so funny?" he looked at me as he wiped his eyes 

"Kurt you don’t got nothing I don’t, I have the same body parts it not like I am going to jump you when I see you naked I’m kind of stuck in a chair without any help and um I need to take a show  ...

 I can’t do it by myself' Blaine was Blushing and I was red to  

"Wait what!! You need me to bath you?" Blaine smiled and laughed 

"No Kurt even though I would love that no but I do need you to take my clothes off so I can clean myself in the shower and then I need you to dress me"

 I knew I was Pail I knew I was but I closed my eyes and took a deep breath 

"Ok then Blaine let’s get you ready for your shower love"

 I put a smile on my face and pushed in into the bathroom Blaine smiled at me and blushed as I took his clothes off and sat them on the desk and smiled

  Then Blaine got an evil look and pulled my towel off me I covered myself as Blaine laughed and he covered his face handing the towel back 

"Blaine I was mean see if I help you get ready" I turned and left the room  

(20 minutes later)

"Kurt will you please help me please Kurt please" he sounded so sad so I walked in saw his all wet and he had a towel on his lap 

"oh honey you’re like a sad wet puppy  let me get your clothes"  I grabbed  his pants and  put his boxer briefs on first then his pants and handed him his shirt and gave him a kiss 

"Thanks Baby I’m ready when you are" I pushed Blaine outside and headed to the car.

Court POV 

(1hours later)

Kurt, Blaine and David took their seats along with their lawyers and there families sat in the crowed 

"Please take your seats" the man said as he sat down 

"We are here today on the behalf of Kurt Hummel and Blaine Anderson Verses David Karofsky with the following charges

 1. Rape to the First degree

2. Attempted murder

3. First degree hates crime.

 Defendant you get to open and prosecutor will close please if you would Defendant present your case"

 Kurt sat there holding Blaine’s hand as David’s lawyer came forward...

"Hello my name is Mr. Brad Falchuk and I am here today to prove to you my client if innocent and is the victim here. This young name was brutally beaten to a pulp by Blaine Anderson and was harassed by Kurt Hummel and made to face Kurt flaunting his Sex preference every were."

David’s lawyer went on for 30minuts till he was done and took his seat and Kurt and Blaine lawyer stood

“Hello I am Mr. Ryan Murphy and I would like to call a Kurt Hummel to the stand  ... Kurt if you would please" he moshed kurt to the stand Kurt walked up and sat down and was swor in 

“know Kurt if you could in minor detail tell us what happen on the night in question?"

"I was minding my own and drinking coffee at the Lima Bean

  When I left David was there he pushed me against a wall and then tied my hands behind my back

 He pushed me to him car I tried to run but he tripped me and I hit my head and everything went black when I woke up I was in David’s car

 He pulled in to a drive away and there was a shed... David he took me in the shed and proceeded to rape me..." Kurt looked down and was crying all he wanted was to be with Blaine and for Blaine to hold him 

"I have no further Question at the moment"

"Defendant please cross examine"

“Kurt this time at the Lima Bean on the night in Question you said dived raped you can you tell us how and why you did not fight?" 

Kurt’s eyes got wide as he cried and was getting mad 

“look at me I might be tall but David is big I can’t fight I tried I did and when he start I could not speak I was in shock till he said something that snapped me out if it and I yell I yell rape and he ran and I laid there crying for 2 hours oh so please don’t tell me I did not fight cause I did" Kurt sobbed now and David’s lawyer spoke

"Um... no no feather Qeshton” the jugge looked at the Kurts and Blaien lawer 

"I have no more Questions for Kurt your honor I would like to call my second witness to the stand a Mr. Blaine Anderson” he then nodded at Blaine and Baine was sworn in 

"Blaine please tell the court why you did what you did to David"

"well I got to school and Kurt’s eyes was black and he told me the David hit him so I found him and asked him what he did and he said and I quote 'lets just say I see why you guys like asses so much there nice and tight' and then I punched him and he pulled out a knife so I got my brass knuckles and defended me and Kurt"  

"I have no other question your honor" Ryan sat down as Brad stood 

"I don’t have any Question" he sat down David looked at him with shock 

"You may take your seat Blaine" Blaine walked over and sat with Kurt  

"Call your witness Please Mr. Bard”

Brad stood and spoke "I call David to the stand" 

David got up and sworn in “David can you please tell me what happen the day in Question?"

David looked around and then he spoke 

"I I plead the 5th " he looked around as every ones mouth drops open 

"Well then I guess we move on Ryan um close us please"

Ryan stood and walked over to make his case 

"I’m here getting Justas for my two victims Kurt and Blaine they were both Treated bad for the sex preference

 Kurt was Rape Blaine was almost killed by a knife in an artery in his leg look at them they are hurting and want Justas for the crimes committed thank you and have a nice day"

 Ryan sat back down as the judge spoke

“You all have heard both sides and are to use the evidence provided to make your ruling please go... every one ells please sit sight I have a feeling this won’t take long" 

Every one sat there and they were scared 

(30 minutes latter)

"All rise for your honor”

"Please be seated"

 The man said as he sat done 

'Have you come to a verdict?"

"Yes we have your honor in the case of Kurt and Blaine Vs David we find the defendant guilty of all charges"

 The lady who read the verdict sat down and the man looked at us all and spoke 

"Well then David you are under arrest for 2 counts of hate crime one count of attempted murder and one count of rape in the first degree...

 You here by are sentence to 20 years to life in Ohio state prison court dismast" 

Kurt and Blaine smiled and hug each other and kissed 

"He won’t hurt you again boy" Ryan smiled at them 

"Thank you so much I can sleep with no worries to night"

 Kurt and Blaine hugged again and walked to their families as Kurt looked Back David was cuffed and took away and Kurt had the biggest weight lifted from his shoulders.
