“No.”
“I said get your shoes off my goddamn table right now!”
“And what are you going to do about it Hummel.”
“Dad! Tell Finn to get his dirty feet off my new designer table!”
“Finn.”
“Finn!”
“Thanks dad, Carole.”
“Get me some coffee.”
“Finn. I’m not your bitch.”
“You said it.”
“Fine!”
“Hey sweetie, is my son being a hassle? I can make him run some errands if you’d like?”
“No, he’s just being Finn. I can run the errands if you’d like? I have to get Finn a coffee anyway.”
“That would be lovely. Here, you can take him with you if you’d like?”
“I think I’ll let you keep him. Because I’m generous.”
“Alright, Well I’ll see you when you get back sweetie. Be safe.”
“Excuse me? Sir? Hello?”
“Oh god. I’m so sorry.”
“Deep thinking?”That smile.
“I guess. Eh. A latte, and three regular coffee’s please.” His hair.
“Thinking again?”
“What?”
“I asked you if you wanted anything else and you didn’t reply. Are you thinking?”
“Sorry. I do that sometimes. No that’s it.” “Nine dollars.” “Thanks…Sorry about that again.” Kurt left the store quickly, embarrassment leaking out of him like water.
“Not here.”
“What?!”
“They did text you.”
“No they-“ He checked his phone. There were three texts from Burt.
“Well, let’s not let this coffee go to waste then."
“They said something about going to that fancy restaurant down town."
“Very explanatory Finn.” He rolled his eyes.
“I’m seeing Rachel later.”
“So you all come to visit me then leave me alone?”
“Basically.”
“Oh. Get your feet off!”
“Dude, calm down.”
“You are so irritable…”
“You love it.”
“I don’t like your friends. Plus you’ll just try to get me drunk.-Kurt x”
“Don’t be sour Kurt. Get your fine ass down here.-Craigx”
“You expect me to show up with that tone. I can’t anyway. My family are visiting.-Kurtx”
“Fine. You’re no fun.” Kurt sighed, why was his life so messed up sometimes.
“Don’t be mad. I’ll come down now.-Kurtx”
“Yay! I’ll meet you down by That little bar near Central Park.-Craigx”
“Craig. I need more details.-Kurtx”
“It’s called Terra Blues.-Craigx”
“Baby!”
“You are drunk. Figured.”
“No. hmmm. I’m not. I-I just wanted to see…”
“See what.”
“Guess.”
“My eyes.”
“nu uh.”
“Do I HAVE to play this game.”
“You do indeedy.” He chirped
“My ass…Oh god Craig you are so.” Kurt hissed as Craig nodded.
“Oh no Kurt. Your ass is so.” He pulled Kurt flush against him. “Not here.”
“Why?”
“Public indecency is one word for it.”
“Lighten up Kurt.” Craig kissed his neck. “Craig.” He bit down.
“Get off!” Kurt push against his chest.
“Why are you being a bitch tonight.”
“I’ll call you when you’re sober.” He turned on his heels.
“Where do you think you’re going?”
“Home. Good luck on being the number one dick in the club.”
Kurt managed to storm his way down the streets, his objective was to get home and mumble angry words to himself.
“Bitch…How am I even.” Kurt looked to his left and saw the coffee shop, he knew exactly what he needed to calm his burning rage. Hot chocolate.
“Hot chocolate please, Extra cream.”
“Bad day?” It wasn’t the gorgeous man from earlier, but a woman with bright azure eyes. She seemed genuine to Kurt.
“You could say that.”
“Here, have this one on me.”
“I couldn’t poss-“
“I insist.” She smiled.
“Thank you” Kurt took a seat at the back of the store and pulled out his phone. There was a text from Craig.
“Babe, Come back? I’m sorry-Craigx”
“I’m home now. There would be no point.-Kurt”
“Can I call you?-Craigxx” “I need time Craig. Just go have fun-Kurt” He put his phone away and sighed heavily into his hands. Sometimes he wished Craig would be Romantic, instead of the ass obsessed boyfriend he had.
“Finn? Carole? Dad?”
“In here sweetie!”
“Where were you bud?”
“I just went for hot chocolate.”
“Kurt. Honey. Have you been crying?”
“Just tired Carole. I’m going to bed goodnight.”
