“Wh-what? Kurt, are you…sure? I mean, I can wait, I can, I just…I don’t want you to feel pressured because of this whole thing…” Blaine said, worry engulfing his small face.
Kurt stood up and offered his hand out to Blaine. With a confident smile, Kurt helped pull Blaine up and brought him close. “Blaine, I’ve never been more sure of something in my entire life.”
Blaine looked meaningfully into Kurt’s eyes. He was serious. A smile slowly, but surely, spread across his face. He tackled Kurt, wrapping his arms around him once again in a bone-crushing hug. “Oh, Kurt! You have no idea how…happy I am right now… Not just because we’re doing it but…but because I just…I’m so so so ready to go all the way with you. You know I meant that, right? When I was singing Teenage Dream, I mean. Sure, maybe then it was a little less…meaningful…but. I do. I do want to go all the way…no regrets, just love,” Blaine announced enthusiastically, his eyes filled with love and excitement and pure happiness.
Kurt hugged back with as much ferocity, putting all his love and strength into the embrace. “I love you, Blaine, and this would just be another way of me showing that love to you. It’s about time, anyway. Actually, pretty close to our anniversary. Well, our first encounter anniversary, at least.” His eyes sparkled at the memory, remembering that first wonderful moment that felt so long ago.
Blaine smiled back, kissing Kurt sweetly on the cheek. Pulling back, he looked at Kurt with a serious expression on his face, bordering on bashfulness. “Kurt… if we’re…going to do this…I think you need to know what…happens when two men make…love.”
Kurt chuckled at his Blaine’s solemn tone. He cupped his face in his hands, looking on at him tenderly. “Blaine, sweetie, I’ve already got that covered. My dad…he gave me some pamphlets…and…toast…and well, let’s just say after a very awkward conversation, I’m pretty much filled in on everything, now.”
Blaine looked back at Kurt guiltily. “I…I may have had something to do with that, actually. Do you remember last March…after our performance of Animal? When I attempted to speak to you about that stuff and you wouldn’t let me?”
Kurt nodded, his expression wary.
“W-well…I took it upon me to speak to your dad about…maybe educating you a little more about the whole gay sex thing…b-but only because I was looking out for you! I was genuinely concerned!” Blaine attempted to explain, his eyes wide with alarm and, honestly…a little fear.
Kurt’s face was emotionless. He didn’t, however, let go of his hold on Blaine. His eyes remained locked on Blaine’s.
What the hell was he thinking about?
Finally, he cracked. Lips parting into a grin, eyes crinkling and nose scrunching, Kurt gave Blaine a peck on the lips. “That has to be the sweetest, most considerate, most adorable thing someone has ever done for me. Talk about foreshadowing, huh?”
Blaine sighed in relief, thanking the heavens that Kurt wasn’t mad at him. That was the opposite of what they needed: another fight. He snaked an arm around Kurt’s waist as he spoke. “Well, I must be either really really smart,” he pulled Kurt closer, their faces inches apart, “or just some kind of psychic.”
Kurt giggled nervously, his eyes shifting from Blaine’s lips to…further down. “Y-yeah. I guess so.”
Unable to resist any longer, Blaine smashed his lips into Kurt’s. Pulling them towards the bed, Blaine let his tongue slip into Kurt’s mouth, exploring every nook and corner of it. Kurt’s tongue soon met his, doing a dance with Blaine’s.
His knees hitting the edge of the bed, Blaine gently laid down on the bed, Kurt on top of him. He slid his hands up Blaine’s shirt, loosening his bowtie and throwing it on the floor. Carefully and nimbly, he unbuttoned his shirt, making sure plant a kiss after everyone.
Blaine shuddered at the gesture, lacing his fingers through Kurt’s hair.
With shaking hands, Kurt fully removed Blaine’s shirt, marveling at the sight before him.
Sure, he had seen Blaine without a shirt on over the summer at the local pool, but…he had never actually been this close to him.
Blaine’s torso was subtly sculpted, muscles defining his smooth, tan skin. His chest was bare, smooth, and the only hair that was present was a small trail that started at his bellybutton and continued down into his waistband. Kurt’s eyes lingered there, his hands frozen right above Blaine’s chest.
Blaine cupped a hand under Kurt’s chin and tilted his head up to meet him in a kiss.
The kiss was sweet and safe, just the kind of reassurance that Kurt needed to carry on.
Pulling away for a moment, Kurt grabbed his shirt from the bottom and lifted it over his head, exposing his silky, cream-colored skin.
Blaine’s let out an audible intake of breath, his eyes as wide as saucers. He had never seen anything more beautiful in his life. Kneeling before him was the manifestation of loveliness and magnificence, and…love.
And so, with little hesitation, he let his hands wander over the supple expanse of Kurt’s torso. Leaning back down to a lying position, the two boys searched each other, discovering spots of softness and warmth, marveling at the intimacy of the moment.
Without pausing, Kurt dragged a hand down Blaine’s chest, letting it hover just over the zipper of his jeans.
Blaine’s pulse began to race in anticipation. He looked Kurt in the eyes, silently asking him if this was okay, what he wanted.
Kurt’s eyes gleamed with sureness and certainty as he slowly placed his hand over Blaine’s arousal.
Eyes rolling back in pleasure, Blaine instinctually bucked up into Kurt’s touch, silently begging for more.
And holyshitdidthatfeelgood. Pure ecstasy. Kurt continued to palm Blaine over his pants, his eyes dark with lust and longing.
Blaine clutched the sheets, never having felt this kind of…pleasure before.
A small voice, however, made itself present in the back of his head.
This is not right. It’s not time.
Things are moving to quickly.
Blaine struggled to pay attention, for Kurt’s hands were doing wonders on his arousal.
He tried to tune it out, he really did.
Stop this before you go too far.
But he knew it was right.
Blaine tenderly pushed himself away from Kurt, his body screaming in protest at the sudden absence of satisfaction.
Kurt looked up at Blaine with confusion. “Wh-what’s wrong? Are you okay? Oh, God, was I doing something wrong?” Kurt quickly got off the bed, panic ridden on his face.
“No…crap…no, Kurt, not at all. That was…this…amazing. It’s just…this doesn’t feel 100% right. It’s not…we’re not ready. “ Kurt opened his mouth to protest. “Now, don’t go trying to say otherwise, because I know the truth. I know you, Kurt. I…I want this to be roses and candles and soft music, and…perfection. Because you deserve that much.”
Kurt nodded in agreement. “No, you’re right. I mean, that was amazing, but it wasn’t…it wasn’t the moment. Soon though, right?” Kurt asked hopefully.
Blaine walked towards Kurt and cupped his cheek.
“Soon.”

Something's coming...something good. My favorite line from Blaine's audition song! BTW, great story. Can't wait to read updates!
