Kurt and Blaine looked up at the sky to see a hovercraft drawing closer and closer to them. It was moving slow as if searchign for something. Kurt's eyes widened. The Capitol. "RUN!" he shouted to Blaine.
Kurt and Blaine linked hands and ran for their life. They dodged fallen branches, thick shrubbery, rocks, and samll creeks as they ran and ran, panting fast with the sounds of their hearts thick in their ears. The hovercraft followed them.
"Don't look back, just run!" Kurt yelled to Blaine at the feel of Blaine slowing down, falling back behind Kurt slightly.
The world changed faster than expected. THink of it as a slow-motion movement. Blaine and Kurt were running side-by-side until Kurt's foot caught under a hidden log. Kurt's hand had ripped from Blaine's grip as he toppled forward, his head reaching the Earth first as it clonked against a large rock. The world was spinning as Kurt looekd up at a very worried and scared Blaine. "Run!" Kurt yelled with all of his strength. They were in a clearing, a meadow.
And then everything went black as Kurt lost all of his consciousness.
Blaine was freaking out. The sound of the hovercraft was close, but Blaine dared not to look. He grabbed the hand that had left his moments ago, tugging on it as if it would wake Kurt up. Blaine let out a whimper as he tried to pick up Kurt somehow. But it was no use. Kurt was larger than Blaine.
A gust of wind covered the two as Blaine looked up to find the Hovercraft stopped just above them. No! I won't let you have him! Blaine thought angrily as he eyed the hovercraft.
Blaine tumbled to his knees and hugged Kurt close, trying to cover as much of him as he could. Please don't die. Please. I love you. By now, tears were falling down Blaine's cheeks. Please.
After moments of crying, a hand clasped Blaine's shoulder. Blaine's eyes opened in horror. I will fight for you. Blaine whipped his head around and let go of Kurt for one mistakable moment, clawing at the official that had touched him, angry and frusterated noises coming from him. Someone sneaked behind Blaine and grabbed him, pinning his arms to his sides. The official before him was a womane.
"Whoa, whoa," the woman hushed in a gentle and surprised voice. She then turned her head to look at the others that were a few feet behind her. "We've got ourselves an Avox."
No! Blaine thrashed around, managing to reach a hand towards Kurt's body. The official that had Blaine's arms pinned, let him go, allowing him to topple to the ground to grip onto Kurt.
"He's protecting someone," the woman then announced. "He's wounded, but I can sense that he's still breathing. We'll take them back to the base. Coin will want to question the Avox before anything can be done. The other will immediately go to the hospital."
Coin? Who's Coin?

Kurt's eyes slowly opened as a splitting headache wrapped around his head. He groaned. His eyes surveyed his surroundings in time enough for his eyes to widen. The room he was in was cold, metal, uncomfortable, and smelled like a hospital. Oh, he was in one. A faint beep coming from a machine connected to him told him he had been passed out. Blaine! Kurt kicked the sheets that covered his body off, stiffening up as he pulled the IV's out from his skin. He had just put his feet to the cold metal surface of the room when someone appeared in the doorway. A little girl with blond pigtails and large brown eyes. Her eyes glanced at Kurt and then widened. She was carrying a tray of food.
"What are you doing? You're not supposed to be out of bed. You're still healing!" she squeaked as she shut the door behind her and sat the tray down on one of those trays that swiveled around to be over the hospital bed.
Kurt then felt a pain seer through his left rib. He clutched it, hissing. "What happened?" asked Kurt as he settled back so that his back was to the metal headboard of the bed. The girl covered him with his blankets, then swiveling the tray around for him. Oatmeal, toast, and a glass of a weird looking liquid Kurt had never seen before.
"They told me you tripped. When we brought you back here, you had damage to your rib," she said as she pointed to where Kurt was in pain.
He sighed and looked down at his food. Where's Blaine? Kurt looked over at the girl for a moment. "Do you know where they have my friend?"
A bright smile appeared at her lips. "Your friend is fine. He's alive and walking. Perfectly healthy, actually."
"But I want to see him," Kurt then said.
"You will. But first you need to eat and heal."
Kurt sighed and ate.
"I'm Primrose Everdeen, by the way."
"Kurt Hummel," Kurt mumbled.
Her eyes widened. "Hummel?"
Kurt looked up at her and swollowed a bite of bland oatmeanl. "Yeah."
"We have someone else here with that last name."
Kurt straightened up. Dad! "What's his first name?"
"They told me his name was Finn or Tinn or something like that."
Kut's heart sank lightly, but Finn was alive! "Does he know about me?"
"Not yet."
Kurt nodded his head.
A knock sounded at the door as a head popped in. "Oh great, you're up! We've got a visiter for you."
The woman looked aged and withering. She had blonde hair pulled back and tired hazel eyes. Kurt caught a glimpse of her name tag, which read 'Doctor Everdeen'. Prim's mother. And the a person appeared in the doorway slowly. Kurt's eyes fell on him and his eyes widened.
"Blaine! You're alright!" Kurt said as he pushed aside his tray and put his arms out, begging for Blaine to come to him.
Blaine looked different, wearing something that looked similar to what Prim was wearing. But his face was the same and he seemed so happy to see Kurt. He rushed passed Prim and Doctor Everdeen and into Kurt's arms, hugging him close. Blaine began sobbing.
"Shh...I know baby...I'm here...you're hear," Kurt whispered in a soothing voice, rubbing soothing circles into Blaine's back and cringing under Blaine's hold.
"Blaine can't stay for long. Visiting hours are almost over. We'll be outside," said Doctor Everdeen.
"Thank you," Kurt said to them as they left and closed the door politely behind them.
Blaine watched and as soon as the door was closed, he turned back to Kurt and crushed their lips together eagerly.
