“Firstly I promise that I’ll never wear this sweater again,” Blaine took Kurt’s hands in his own; “I know how much you hate it.”
“Tell me Kurt, do you think that Defying Gravity or For Good is the better song from Wicked?” Rachel and Kurt walked down the long corridor of McKinley High.
“That’s a hard decision but personally I think Defying Gravity has the edge for me,” Kurt’s mind wasn’t on the conversation as he twisted Blaine’s ring around on his finger.
“Exactly what I was thinking!” Rachel beamed happily. “I just really-“
Kurt felt the cold ice hard hit of the slushy on his face. He stiffened for a moment before he looked over at Rachel who was also covered on dripping red slosh. Then Kurt stared down at his designer clothes.
“They’re ruined,” He whispered. Rachel looked at him helplessly.
“Kurt! Rachel!” Kurt heard the familiar voice and turned around, “Oh, are you guys ok?” Blaine asked looking at the red slushy covering his boyfriend and Rachel Berry.
“No, not really,” Kurt said.
“Of course you aren’t,” Quinn who had approached with Blaine put her arm around Rachel. “Come on, let’s get you cleaned up.”
Quinn guided a degusted looking Rachel from the scene while Blaine took Kurt by the hand.
It took a while for Blaine to wash and wipe the slushy from his boyfriends face and hair. Kurt could feel Blaine’s tender hands slip through his hair as he combed the front half back into place.
“There,” Blaine smiled and kissed his boyfriend’s beautiful head. “All better.”
“Thanks Blaine,” Kurt stood up and turned around kissed Blaine slowly and gently.
Reluctantly Blaine pulled away. “We need to get to first period. Meet you at lunch?”
“Yeh, see you then,” Kurt smiled. He bent down to pick up his bag and looked in the mirror once more. He saw Blaine’s reflection in the mirror and frowned. “Blaine, you’re wearing the sweater.”
Blaine turned around and looked at Kurt for a moment before realising what he meant. “Oh sorry, I was in a bit of a rush this morning, must have been the first thing a saw. It doesn’t matter though right?”
Kurt tired his best to smile, “No, no, it doesn’t matter at all.”
