Please God
Kurt couldn’t remember most of the horrible fight him and Blaine had. All he remembered was it ended in tears. He decided that it was enough; he couldn’t bear to be apart from Blaine for much longer. He walked up to Blaine’s large house in the frost of the October morning.
KNOCK KNOCK!!
Cassandra, Blaine’s lovely mother, opened the door to a rather cold looking Kurt.
“Hello, Cassandra!” Kurt said, putting on his fakest happy voice, although he felt terrible inside.
“Ah, Kurt dear! Are you here to see Blaine?” Kurt realised that Blaine hadn’t told his mom about their fight. Kurt nodded and walked upstairs.
He walked over to where Blaine’s bedroom was. It meant so much to him; there were just so many memories buried in the midst of his room. He heard a sniffling sound, it was clearly Blaine.
“Blaine…” Kurt thought sadly to himself. He heard hushed speaking coming from Blaine’s bedroom.
“P-please, God. Please let me and Kurt be ok. Please let this just be a small fight that means nothing. Y-you know how much he means to me…” Blaine sighed loudly, he prayed to god whenever he was sad, “I love him, more than anything in the whole world, a-and i-I just don’t want us to be over!” Blaine sobbed loudly. “Please, god. Just do this one thing for me… Amen.” Blaine closed his eyes and reopened them quickly as he heard a cough from outside his door.
“K-Kurt?” Blaine said as he looked to the door. Kurt saw how hurt his boyfriend was, he couldn’t bear to look at him that way.
“Hey…” Kurt whispered as he sat down next to Blaine.
“How much of that did you hear exactly?” Blaine was suddenly worried. What if Kurt thought it was really weird? What if he hated religion?
“Enough to know that you’re religious.” Kurt replied quietly, he thought it was adorable that he was religious.
“D-do you think it’s weird?” Blaine whispered worriedly.
“Not at all.” Kurt reassured him. “In fact, I think it’s good that you have something to still believe in. I don’t have anything.” It was true. Kurt wasn’t religious in any way.
“That’s not the only thing I have,” Kurt looked up into Blaine’s wet eyes. “I have you, I have us. I believe in us. Just that we can have a future together and stuff…” Blaine tried to make it sound sweet and loving but he just didn’t know how.
Kurt laughed slowly. “You’re right, I believe in us too.” Kurt took Blaine’s hand in his.
“Blaine, I’m sorry about our fight. You were right, I do get a bit competitive and I-I’m,” Tears began welling up in his shining eyes.
“Shh. I know, I’m sorry too. I do act too old for my age and I do dress like an idiot sometimes.” Kurt looked at his heart-broken boyfriend.
“I love you. I love you, I love you, I love you. I love you so much, Blaine. Forever. And I’m sorry about our horrible fight.” Kurt whispered.
“I love you too. And you know what? These last few days have been the worst for me. Worse than when you were in hospital because I knew, or at least I thought, you didn’t love me.” Blaine couldn’t hold in his tears anymore.
“You’re wrong. I always love you. I always will, even when we have fights.” Kurt neared his boyfriend’s teary face.
“I will always love you too.” Blaine whispered as he felt Kurt’s warm breath on his wet cheeks.
“Always and forever.”
